Had a couple teeth bothering me. My wife called the office and spoke to the amazingly friendly staff who immediately took on my emergency. Appointment set for two days later (yesterday). Everything felt right. Polite and responsive the busy staff made a comfy atmosphere for anyone that walked through the door. Dr was the Best. Deffinetly experienced. Made me feel at home. No discomfort what so ever. Thank you truly.

Outstanding dental care for the whole family. Review based on the last decade of visits: Dr. Acres and his staff get 5-stars for patient rapport (great with kids and nervous patients), Invisalign, custom milled ceramic crowns applied in one visit, quick fillings, root canals, and dental implants. Very pleased and thankful to receive top-notch care in the north country. Lastly, it is incredible that the doctor's cell phone number is provided for after-hour emergencies. Dr. Acres sincerely cares for his patients, and it shows!

I called when I was having a dental emergency and they got me in the same day. Parking was easy and the staff answered all my questions. The doctor even took the extra steps to ensure my experience was as painless as possible. I'd recommend them to anyone local who's in need of great dental care at a reasonable rate.

I love this dentist office! I have been going to this office for over a decade. The staff are kind and they always work to get me in when I have an issue. Dr. Acres is fantastic and tells you exactly what he is doing every step during a procedure. I highly recommend this practice.

Got an infected tooth on a Friday night. Called the dr and was prescribed an antibiotic. Appointment was scheduled 3 weeks out when I called, during regular business hours, to set up an appointment I was forced to call back to have the antibiotic renewed as I was only given a 7 day script and my appointment was set three weeks out. then two days before my appointment they canceled and I am unable to reach them. ( called over twenty times and left a message.) So now I'm out of antibiotics, l have no appointment, I can't reschedule and they didn't even bother to recommend anyone else or see why I had an appointment in the first place. (an infection).

I dont want to live off antibiotics! Its not safe to use antibiotics as a scheduling aid., if I can't find another dentist asap, my only option is gin and pliers. I've been an on time, cash paying, patient there for over 35 years and in the last few years there has been a noticeable decline. I will not be back and I recommend you don't go either. Even if they are out due to covid, I feel they should have realized that I was being seen for an infection and suggested other dentists when they canceled my emergency appointment.?

Not treated me like a cleaning. Its clear my well being is not their first priority and that pretty much sums it up. I like the dentist but I feel some of the staff is dropping the ball for whatever reasons.

I recently fell and broke my two front teeth. I called the office first thing the next morning, and received a recorded message that due to the pandemic that they were closed. There was a number to call for emergencies. I called the number and reached Dr. Acres personally. After explaining what had happened he offered to see me that same afternoon, which unfortunately did not work for me.

I did go see him the next morning. After examining my teeth and completing X-rays, my treatment was discussed. Treatment was completed as discussed, with both Dr. Acres and his dental assistant showing extreme compassion and care, and great attention to my comfort, as well as detail to the required work. I was very pleased with the outcome and definitely feel my needs and safety were met during this difficult time! Thank you so very much!

Dr. Acres and his whole staff are excellent! My most recent visit was for a cracked tooth that needed a Cerec crown. They got me in on a days notice and he did the entire procedure in one visit at a lower price than I expected. He also does implants from start to finish now which is great. He's very easy going and caring and explains everything clearly, never pressuring you to have any procedures. He and his staff treat you well and I'll continue to have all my dental care with them. And they play really good music!

I have never been a huge fan of visiting the dentist, but Potsdam Center for Innovative Dental Technologies has changed my outlook! The amazing staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked through the door and Dr. Acres went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. I would highly recommend anyone in need of a quality dentist to call their office and set up an appointment. You will NOT regret it!

BEST dental experience I have ever had, and I have had a lot! I chipped my tooth at 2am and at 9am the same day they fit me in and fixed it as good as new! Everyone was so kind, friendly, and helpful. The experience was quick, easy and affordable. The doctor even gave me his personal cell for after- hour emergencies. I am definitely going back! So thankful for this amazing group!
