The group of women I encountered at my visit on 5/09/2022 was phenomenal. From the front desk, to the 3 young ladies who did my X-rays, cleaning & irrigation. This was a totally different staff from my last cleaning 6 months ago. I was in the process of finding another dentist office because my experience last time was not good. I called to cancel my appointment & was told the last hygienist was no longer employed & to give it another go & im 100% satisfied that I did so.

My experience for my annual cleaning this go around was immaculate. I'm not sure the hygienist name but she was extremely thorough i loved her. Definitely recommend anyone to try the lilburn location! See you guys in 6 months. :

This is "MY" first appointment with Polish Dental Center, I brought my son in last week. On both occasions I had a great experience. The staff is friendly, well trained, enthusiastic, and professional. Looking forward to bringing the rest of the family. Shouts out to Shay, Kylette, and Dr Johnson.

Whenever I'm heading to Polish Dental in Lilburn for oral maintenance, I know I'm going where my teeth are being taken care of. The front desk staff are always respectful, responsive and friendly. The hygienists are so knowledgeable and helpful, and super patient when answering any and all questions! Ms. Shay was WONDERFUL during my last visit and the young lady with the super cute black framed glasses who did my cleaning was amazing also.

I feel safe and comfortable every time I'm in the chair at Polish. Dr. Tiff is always welcoming and pleasant, and helped me feel so at ease that time I was terrified of the anesthesia needle . Maybe I'm weird but I think I love going to the dentist now? Pay them a visit, I always enter and leave smiling, and not just because my teeth are squeaky clean .

Unfortunately I feel compelled to share this frustrating, grossly unprofessional experience. I was so excited to find this office located in close proximity & eagerly excited to learn it was black-owned with multiple locations. I scheduled an appt. as a new patient, requested to be seen by Dr. Tiffany. Arrived, x-rays conducted, after various ppl came in & out of the exam room, I eventually asked if & when I would meet the Dr. "A dentist" did come in, examine me & told me she was not Dr. Tiffany, but she was her today.

The dentist also explained Dr. Tiffany is very busy running the offices, she's only at this loc a couple of days a week & she was not present during my visit. I was also told she no longer works with new patients; but they would try arrange for me to "meet" her during 1 of my "future" visits. Would have been nice and considerate to learn this bit of info when I scheduled a new patient appt.

I was disturbed & slightly concerned, at this point. After several minutes of waiting, someone from the front office came in & told me they would reschedule me specifically with Dr. Tiffany for the following business day. The day of my appt., while in route to the office I received a call that the Dr. had an emergency & we needed to reschedule. I pulled over & we rescheduled the appt.

While in route to the 3rd appt., I received a call to cancel the appt., b/c the Dr. was not available. For the 2nd time, I parked the vehicle & asked if we should reschedule now or if they (front office) should get Dr's schedule & call me back; the lady responded, "we will check her schedule & call you back so we don't have to cancel your appt again".

I replied, great thank you. I waited patiently for several days, then weeks & the office never called me again, and at this point, they are not deserving of me as a potent, therefore, I never contacted them. This was so grossly disrespectfully, disappointing, unprofessional & frustrating. Needless to say, I've moved on. Good luck to future patients.

The actual dentist would get 5 stars she's amazing. The dental assistant are great as well. Front desk and financing woman would get 2 stars. I got 4 wisdom teeth pulled a few months ago while pregnant and she did a great job. The office is Very bad with communication For my wisdom teeth I had to call multiple times to get an appointment then I was told I needed a root canal and deep cleaning after Each time I had to reach out to them to try and get this set up, I was told my insurance hadn't gotten back to them but I had to be in the office to get this information because no answer or call back.

I informed them I would pay for the deep cleaning out of pocket if anything because they said that I NEEDED it badly. It's been months I've contacted the office, which I get the answers team (customer service) They say they will pass it along and I have yet to get a call back. I have contacted them over 6 times trying to get this appointment my gums bleed very badly now and I am at fear that the issue has gotten worse. Looking for a new dentist because I am big on customer service and there's is very poor.

Again the actual dentist is great, the dental assistant team is amazing as well! But the front desk and Financing lady do not follow up as they state they will, nor answer the phone anymore.

This place needs a lot of training in a lot of areas. Definitely not a comfortable welcoming staff with exception of the X-ray tech. I would not recommend this office unless you are perfect with no flaws. Beware of this place, they are overpriced judgmental and incompetent.

Went in and ended up needing prior authorization from my insurance. I was told two weeks. Okay cool. I wait three weeks, all while I still have a massive tooth ache, before I call polish on the 4th They tell me no update and that it can take 30+ days (not true) So now I call my insurance and they tell me that they have just now gotten the forms on the 5th. So basically the dentist forgot to send off my paperwork and I will now have to wait an additional two weeks

A rotary file broke in my root canal during a routine root canal treatment. The worst dental service ever. The response I have received from the Lilburn location team and the main office in Alpharetta has been very disappointing. I refused to go back to them after 3 specialists declined to see me. Now they will not issue a refund or reimburse me for the additional specialist expense. A swift and transparent response could would have been the professional way to handle this matter.

Money seekers! I wish I did not have to go out of my way to write this review but I have to. I visited this office Feb 10 2022 for a 6 month cleaning and X-ray check up. I was seen quickly; timing was not an issue. The front desk staff, the assistant and the dental hygienist were beyond amazing! I wish I knew their names to give them a shoutout. They are very nice people and seem like hard workers.

Team work is seen in that office. Now the dentist. Frankly do not remember her name. She was nice but very short with her speech, in a rush, no type of explanations given or "any questions?". She came in to check my teeth for any dental work needing to be done after my teeth were cleaned. The assistant was in the room writing down what numbers and letters she was calling out as she examined my teeth. Spoke a lot of dental jargon so I did not understand much.

I was NOT told what dental work needs to be done when the dentist was in the room with me. It was not till I went to schedule my next appointment with the receptionist that she told me I need 9 fillings done. I am constantly being told I have great oral hygiene and usually do not require much dental work. I was very surprised I needed this much dental work done.

I decided to go to another dental office for a second opinion. I asked for X-rays and after being very persistent and patient with them I was emailed ONE picture file with all 18 X-rays squished in making them hard to see needless to say, the new dental office had to redo X-rays. Turns out I do not need 9 fillings done. Yes there are some dark shadows/stains on my teeth but nothing that needs attention right now. Drilling into my teeth now to fix these minor stains/cavities would hurt my teeth in the long run rather than help them. Anyway, the dentist at Polish Dental was very aggressive in diagnosing.

She rushed her exam and did not talk to me about what she saw during the exam. I asked a couple questions that were never fully answered. I work in the medical field and know what kind of patient care should be given even though I work in a hospital setting and not outpatient. I had high standards for the dentist after seeing how well I was treated by the rest of the staff.

If the dentist had not been so money hungry and a little more personable this office would be amazing. I am so thankful I got a second opining after seeing all the red flags here.

Very disappointed from the service that I have received from this office. With over two years and many visits they have not finished my dental work on a simple crown. I have been to the office over countless paid visits and they have not been able to get my permanent crown completed corrected. Then after not being able to complete the first crown, because they said "they couldn't match it with my other teeth." They then said I needed another crown, and so I was offered a discount (which should have been free) paid for that, and when I went to get both of my permanent crowns, only one was there ( and did not match my teeth).

I was then told I would have to do the procedure over again. NOPE! I've been doing this with them FOR TWO YEARS! I have asked for the return of my money and has yet to hear back from this office. I just want my money back! I am now looking for another dentist to correct the mess they have made. ~Tyeshia Brown
