They asked my daughter if she could reschedule her appointment and she agreed she'd try to make it. She had to cancel do to transportation issues and they told her she owes $50 for canceling and asked her if she wanted to reschedule. That a hard NO! Plenty of other dentists in the valley. Not a good way to build a clientele, it's essential to treat people right if u want a successful business.

Dr. Kennedy and his staff are truly phenomenal especially Laura. I've been going there for several years and they have always made me feel at home. Going to the dentist is not on my top 100 list of things I desire to do but they always make it a pleasure. He is extremely ethical and honest and will always look out for your best interest.

Dr. Kennedy is absolutely wonderful. He's very personable and goes above and beyond for each one of his patients. He makes you feel like family here and he's quick and painless. The staff is so friendly and outgoing. They make sure you are comfortable and accommodate all of your needs. It feels like home when you walk into their practice. The office is pristine.

If I could give zero I would. Waited 30 minutes to not be helped and about two services ago they accidentally ripped out my permanent retainer because my dental lady was talking and left the floss under it, forgot, and pulled up to take the floss out ripping it off. Held back on leaving a review bc I figured the dentist just always sucks but this is a new level of suck. Wish they did their job properly because the front desk ladies are super nice. The dental staff is just a mess

Just had my first appointment. Not only is this place super convenient but the people there are so sweet and caring. You can tell they actually truly care about their patients. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist. Plus they're super thorough. I've been to dentists who are super quick And I feel like they skip over things.
However Power Ranch Dental is not like that. They go in depth with you and cover any concerns you may have. I'm one of those weird people who likes going to the dentist so I take my teeth care super serious and they made me feel very comfortable. Going to a new place is always scary but they put me at ease. Try them out.
