Great job by the dentist in all employees very helpful and positive in trying to get things corrected recommend this this business 4 surgery.

I have been a patient since Dr. Hoyal was the original dentist who sold the business to Dr. Young Lee many years ago who with office mgr. Crystal I was as always in good hands. Lately I have been treated poorly even though I have been a loyal patient since 1980. I went in to have deep cleaning and was confirmed that this would all be done in one visit as it was previously.

When I arrived for my appt. The front desk and even Dr. Kerry treated me like I was lying? Telling me that was impossible, ( it was done all in one day in the past). I was going out of town on family business and did not have a return date for as second appt. Today, (exactly 3 mos. later) I called to schedule my 2nd appt.only to be told that there are no hygienists on staff at this time.

They hope to have someone in late November? When I left they had 2 hygienists on staff? Then the front desk advised me that although no one is on staff, they are booking appointments and November is booked up because they are only having a hygienist on Wednesday? It will be 6 months between my 1st & 2nd deep cleaning which could have been taken care of completely 3 months ago? Now you have to look for a Wednesday appt? Sad for Dr. Young Lee.

This is the only dentist I have gone to my entire life (I'm 35) I highly recommend it to my husband and all was great until Crystal was let go and Ximena (the office manager) started. Ximena has been nothing but rude to my family and always tries to over charge us saying our insurance doesn't cover anything. My husband ALWAYS asked her for the dental/insurance codes so that I could double check her and she would always give him attitude.

She even got Dr. Carry to sign a form saying my husband is no longer able to go to this office. Something about them not being able to help.h anymore. Because of that, I do not go here anymore. It's very unfortunate that one bad seed can ruin a great dental reputation.

VERY RUDE FRONT DESK ASSISTANT! You need to find a new one fi you want any business! Poor customer service skills!

Came here for an LHI visit recently. Place is clean and service was friendly. The Dentist was very thorough on her explanations. Reviewed some recent work completed by another provider. Been to these visits more then once and I have never had the same conversation in the past. Iam inclined to give them a try for future work.

Very friendly and helpful. They always explain everything clearly so you understand the procedure before deciding.

I would advise anyone who was going to try this place out to stay away. If you scroll through you can see there are multiple people who've had the same experinece i did. The dentist is unreliable and unprofessional. They dont seem capable of keeping to a schedule. And the staff are infuriatingly unhelpful and RUDE! I made an appointment for me and my husband a month in advance. Confirmed my appointments twice.

Then i showed up to my very early appt at 8AM, and was told "OH OKAY WELL THE DOCTOR WILL NOT BE HERE TODAY!" her tone was like "okay whatever i dont care." she continues to stare off into space. IF THE DOCTOR WILL NOT BE THERE! WHY DO YOU SCHEDULE APPOINTMENTS THAT DAY? it just shows a huge lack of intelligence. Maybe you should notify clients inadvance so that we dont waste our time.

This business is very unorganized. How can you keep bothering people to confirm their appointments. And the doctor does not show up? thats very unreliable! shouldnt your office just be closed since you cant see patients anyway? why hire someone to drive new clients away? The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. She tried to argue with me that i did not confirm my appointments, at which point i showed her the text messages.

She still continued to argue with me. She was careless and incompitent. She could have apologized for HER MISTAKE and then rescheduled me. But instead she choose to argue that i didnt confirm even though i had the proof to show her. Which is no way to conduct a doctors office.

We love Dr. Carrie! She has treated our two daughters who are now adults and also my husband and I. Very personable, caring, gentle and does not try to gouge her patients with unnecessary dental expenses!

For over 30+ years from start to finish I would like to give the whole Plaza Dental an A+ for service. Ximena, Dr. Kerry(Lee) and especially Ashley my hygentist she treated my teeth with TLC. Thank you once again Team!

Rude receptionist and hygenist. My family had been going here for years, and Crystal, their former receptionist was so friendly and polite. One other office staff member is nice, but the one we saw today was just annoyed with me! She said, "You didn't get my voicemail?" (About insurance) - I did NOT, but I just politely said, "We have new insurance." & handed her my card.

She sighed and explained that she would have to check on benefits as if I just interrupted her important work and ruined her day. LOL, Wow. I almost walked out right then, but since I already had my 2 sons there for their appointments, I decided to stay. Maybe time to switch dentists.

I had a cavity filled a few months ago, and recently my molar tooth was giving me issues when I was eating. I went back to see Dr. Kerry to ask her opinion and see if she could do anything about the discomfort because the pain was aggravating. I was able to come in the very next day and she happily replaced the filling with another very professionally.

She did such a wonderful job! In my opinion, I've had no negative experiences with this group (even though I don't like going to the dentist), so I will definitely be coming back.

I like the doctors but awful customer service. They say they recently changed the policy and the latest appointment is 3 pm which makes no sense for patients. Very disappointed how they operate and not coming here anymore.

I am their patients for over 10+ years now. Dr. Kerry has been doing an excellent work for me (never try to recommend for unnecessary work) and this is why I always want to go back for her service. I just switched my insurance and my insurance broker made a mistake and put me on a wrong dentist in my HMO plan so I have do a middle month HMO transfer. However, they don't take mid-month transfer patient so they reschedule my appointment 6 weeks after.

So I have no choice but to accept since I really want to go back to see Dr. Kerry for her superior service and appointment is normally at least 1 month being booked up and this time needs 6 weeks. I called back after a week and see if there is any cancel appointment so that maybe I can go in early. Then the receptionist tell me I cannot schedule anything until my name is in their roster. First, she did not finished listening that I was trying to see if I was trying to move my appointment ahead. Second, if I am not on their roster and how would I had my appointment lined up.

It made me think that she was trying to BS or else how would they have inconsistent policy. Regardless, I would still want to go back because Dr. Kerry has been fantastic and this office will be better if they can have better receptionist.

A client recently put me in contact with Plaza dental. I must admit the dentist isn't my favorite place however these gals make the experience not so bad. The staff at Plaza dental are friendly, helpful and very efficient. Doctor Jang is absolutely AMAZING! Definitely recommendable

If I can give 0 stars I would! Worse service I have ever received. I booked an appointment for my son and that was cancelled and rescheduled twice due to scheduling errors on their part. I booked an appointment for my daughter this time a month in advance and two days before the appointment it was cancelled a nd could not be rescheduled till January. I'm not sure why I have to wait till January if it was an error on their part again. Receptionist was condescending and unapologetic over the phone.

Had my teeth cleaned by Ashley and I have never felt so comfortable. She should have been a surgeon! What a gentle and thorough clean. From now on I will always schedule my cleanings with her.

Lots of "charges" your led to believe are covered until the day you come in for your final work only to have triple the amount due? Oh wait they are willing to work with you? Really? A courtesy call a week, month, months before saying "FYI. your insurance didn't cover what we expected." Patient be aware of what your signing. And expect a much higher bill

Place tried to price gouge me (even through my hmo), so I went to a friend's place instead to get some fillings done. They called me back when I want to go in and I told them my friend already did it so I asked for a teeth cleaning instead, and they told me they had time in 2 months. I thought "oh ok strange." then realized on the initial quote for the filling. There was a 75$ charge for a same day service.

My wife went here all her life and liked them. We moved and switched dentists and now she realizes how much better her new dentist is.

I wish I could give this place negative stars. They keep telling me " you have to tell us what you want, you didn't say it when you make appointments" Excuse me, I didn't go to dentist school, other than the pain I'm suffering what else am I suppose to tell you. IF I know exactly what to do why do I come pay you? Bunch of incompetent buffoons. The office manager especially.

I've been going since high school. Crystal and Florelyn are gone. -= time to find a new dentist i will miss them they were the best. I'll come back when they do.

My wife and I have been patients for 25 + years. Always a very friendly staff and they are very efficient. We've had many appointments over the years and never had a bad experience. They answer your questions very thoroughly and explain the costs. They always call you in advance to remind you of an upcoming appointment.

What a rip off. I had HMO and they said they take it but hey charged me $350 for a deep cleaning on ONE SIDE. Places in Monterey park with well qualified dentists will charge $100 no insurance. When I went to another dentist and asked them to email me my X-rays, they wanted another $35 just for emailing. My ortho emailed me mine for free. Sheesh. Never coming back.

Wow, what a beautiful dentist office in Rowland Heights. I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Plaza dental. They have state of the art equipment and very friendly staff. Keep up the good work. If you are looking for a Dentist in City of Industry or Rowland Heights area look no further. Give Plaza Dental Group a call.

Although they do good work here and the office is nice, they do over charge and even try to charge you extra with your insurance. Be sure to know your coverages because they tried to charge me on two different occasions when my insurance covers 100% of the work. Had to get Aetna involved. Been going here for years and now I need to find another dentist because I feel like I'm getting scam. Update. They dropped me because I got my insurance involved. Wow.

Came here based on a Yelp search and obviously reviews. I was greeted with excellent customer service and dental work. I am due back in January and I'm extremely happy with this place.
