We were customers for years and happy with everyone we interacted with for cleaning and Dr. Silvestro has been lovely as well. I found it weird when Dr. Pizzarello would have a conversation with his staff while working on me. Left due to safety concern when Dr. Pizzarello told me that he doesn't think masks work as protection against COVID, puts on a mask when reminded by his staff but then turns around and take them off again, and my wife observed him speaking to a customer without a mask for an extended amount time (2021 Q4).

I lived in Boston for 9 years and never found a dentist I was comfortable with. Since moving to Stoneham, I have been to Pizzarello and Silvestro Family Dentistry twice and have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. The office is very clean and nice and all the staff is super friendly. I feel like everyone there truly cares about me and isn't just trying to take my money (which was my experience in Boston). I highly recommend Pizzarello and Silvestro.

I have been a patient of Dr Pizzarello for about 9-10 years. He takes care of my whole family. He is a perfectionist when it comes to his craft and holds himself to the highest standards. If something is wrong he will make it right there is no grey area of in between. He truly enjoys what he does and uses the latest technology to allow him to give the best most accurate care available. Best dentist I ever had.

At the time of my first visit I lived down the street from the office's of Pizzarello & Silvestro Family Dentistry so it was a quick decision to have them take care of my dental needs. That was 2009 and I've moved since then but I still go back to their beautiful offices on Main Street in Stoneham and will continue to so. If you're looking for a dentist you'll stay with.you just found it.

I've been a patient here for 7 years now and there is nowhere else I will go! Dr. Pizzarello's skills and talent are top notch and his staff are exemplary. I cannot say enough good things about this place. He happily removed all my wisdom teeth with ease when I otherwise would have had to see an oral surgeon. Yes "happily." I've never had a bad experience and I'm always happy to go there. Thank you!
