Appointments are an important part of your treatment, as time has been reserved specifically for you. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may be asked to reschedule.
At Smith and Pisklak Orthodontics, it is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment that fits your budget! We offer in-house payment plans and financing options through CareCredit to meet your needs. For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards, and offer a discount for full payment by cash or check.
Your first visit to our orthodontic office is an exciting time! It's a chance for us to get acquainted, and for you to learn about the treatments and services we offer. When you walk in the door, you may notice that our office looks similar to your regular dentist's office; what we do here, however, is a little different.
Some people need braces more than others, depending on the malocclusion (poor positioning of the teeth or bad bite). There are dental problems and skeletal problems. Skeletal problems (a problem in the growth of one or both jaws), alone or in combination with dental problems, can be more complicated to treat.

Dr. Smith is the absolute best! I was so impressed with the treatment she provided my daughter that I myself went back for adult braces. I've been to other orthodontists where my kids were just another number in a chair, but not at S&P. Dr. Smith and the entire staff is attentive and respectful of our time. Highly recommend!

The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable in what they do. I started my visits with Doctors Smith & Pisklak with an overbite that was causing excessive wear on several teeth, and other teeth were crooked. I was treated with Invisalign and now I have a normal bite and my teeth are the straightest they have ever been. I am very pleased with the results, and my dentist is very impressed on how Doctors Smith and Pisklak were able to correct my misaligned bite.

I've been doing braces here for about 18 months. Everyone in the practice is incredibly helpful, supportive, friendly and very professional. I love my Dr. Smith and Dr. Pisklas, they are so nice and patient. When I have my appointment they are always explain what they will do. I highly recommend Smith + Pisklak Orthodontics. I initially went to an inexperienced Orthodontist provider (I will not mention the name of the practice)which caused major issues with my teeth. I was so frustrated by my experience that I wanted to take my braces off without having my teeth straightened. Just when I thought all hope was lost, my daughter recommended Smith + Pisklak Ortho. and I must say, it was one of the BEST referrals I've received. Dr. Smith was able to correct the issues caused by another office while giving me my dream smile. I also would like to mention how awesome her staff is; you can't go wrong here.

We looked at 4-5 different offices when selecting an orthodontist. We were so impressed with Smith + Pisklak. Dr Smith is beyond helpful and accommodating, she tries to do right by her patients. The office staff are so friendly and upbeat. The office is nice and there is a game room for waiting. We've had the need to come in off-schedule and they are always willing to accommodate us. We've had a great experience and plan to use them for all our children who need braces.
