Dr. Russ Ford is a different kind of orthodontist. His warm, fun personality and focus on clinical excellence help both children and adults truly enjoy their orthodontic experience. Dr. Frost earned his bachelor's degree at Brigham Young University, and then completed a master's in health administration at Washington University in St. Louis. I will be cancelling my appointment tomorrow. For those who have delta dental PPO, do not come here for treatment as they're out of network and will waste your time I found that out the hard way and am disappointed. No one from the office informed me that you don't accept my insurance. I don't know why no one told me ahead of time I was referred here by my dentists office.
Someone dropped the ball here I called my insurance provider today and found out that this office isn't covered I scheduled this appointment weeks in advance only to be let down that not even my consultation tomorrow will be covered I have been trying to get braces since I was a teen, but have had nothing but insurance problems as I had to be on Medicaid growing up.
Now as an adult I still cannot find a reputable provider who will accept my insurance. This is incredibly frustrating So I continue to not be able to get proper orthodontic treatment. The only reason for the 2 stars is the front office staff is ok

Dr. Ford and his entire staff are amazing! They are all incredibly friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and provided excellent service. They took the time to explain everything in great detail and ensured we understood the process. The office is clean, and they have state of the art equipment. I highly recommend Pine Top Orthodontics!

I came to Pine Top after having a bad experience with Invisalign. They were honest with me and told me what my best options were to fix my issues and they took time to explain what my treatment plan would look like, what changes I'd expect to see, etc. I'm about 6 months in now and couldn't be more happy. Everyone who's treated or greeted me has been incredibly kind, friendly, and professional and I'm seeing really great results. I saw my referring dentist today as well and he was very pleased with the state of my teeth. I highly recommend Pine Top Ortho.

I love Pine Top. I have been to a lot for different orthodontist and this is the first one I felt confident in. Dr. Ford explained everything in detail to me. I have to have jaw surgery and he had a way of explaining it to me in a way that made sense but didn't make me anxious. He was engaged in our conversation and you could tell he really cared. His team was also incredible and I highly recommend.

My two girls go here and the whole staff has been wonderful and friendly. My little one especially loves it so much that she wears her T-shirt proudly with their logo on it and she even sets up these little scenarios for her toys where they all go to the orthodontist. Too cute and funny but it does speak volumes for their services and their relationships with the kids. I travel 30 minutes to see them and it is worth my time for sure.

I've been going here for about 8 months now and I absolutely love the staff and Dr. Ford. Everyone is super friendly and it's laid back. I saved up for a long time to get my braces and they were very helpful with a payment plan as well and the treatment plan was much quicker than I thought it'd be. Definitely would recommend!

Pine Top Orthodontics Staff is one of the kindest staff I have ever met at a dentist office. They always remember me. As soon as I walk in their smiling faces greet me with such enthusiasm. It must be a great place to work with them being so happy. I enjoy each visit. The dental staff are so kind and very gentle. I have sensitive teeth and they take great care of me, every time I visit.
I am thrilled that I have found them. Thank you Pine Top Orthodontics for being so amazing! Oooo. And they have a new machine that digitally images your mouth and replaces the old clay method for making an impression. WAY, WAY Better than tasting that horrible clay for hours. :

I'd have to say that the folks at Pine Top are simply the best. After my Wife and Daughter had such amazing results with their braces, I opted to have my teeth straightened. This was quite a step for a man older than 50, but the entire staff treated me with respect and smiles each time I visited which really helped me stay comfortable with the entire process.
