He self diagnosed my child to have autism. He was 4 and when you're trying to just pull open his mouth he is going to be scared. He does NOT have Autism. The dentist was completely unprofessional. Horrible bed side manor. I just couldn't believe it.

Very rude and unprofessional desk/office employees either over the phone and in person. They never keep an appointment even when scheduled months in advance and keep rescheduling due to their own issues. I would not recommend this dentistry to anyone in the Quad Cities.

The office was extremely rude and unhelpful in requesting records be sent to another office for a second opinion.

We waited at least 2 months to get into the this dentist. WE are new to the area and my daughter needed a new dentist. She is under my primary health insurance from work but also has Medicaid as a secondary. We get there on time, I had her the cards she says we don't accept Medicaid patients, I said no worries just use her primary. She tells me ooo no I can't, I need to talk to the dentist.

They REFUSED to see her because of her SECONDARY INSURANCE! The lady did this pretty loudly in front of the other people in the waiting room. So she not only embarrassed me in front of a stranger but also my daughter. So nope, I wouldn't recommend.
