What a great practice! All the front office staff are wonderful and Karina and Dr. Oza are fantastic. Very considerate of minimal pain felt by patient. Don't waste your time if possible with having a root canal done at a general dentist, only having to be redone by the experts. You won't be disappointed! Go here!

The staff and doctor were very thorough and attentive. An exceptional standout in their office is a young lady named Mar! She went above and beyond to make sure I had an oral surgeons appointment the next day at 9:00 am. The surgeon told me that Mar's extra effort saved me from being in the ICU. I was in surgery within minutes. God Bless you Mar!

This was my second visit with Endodontic Associates of Arlington, and felt no pain - during, or after the root canal. Dr. Oza was great was great in performing plus explaining everything in detail before we even began. His assistant Mar, was very nice and happy. You didn't get the feeling that it was just another work day for them. They wanted them to be there.

The front staff - Kristi and Angie checked me and out with a smile. When I heard that I had to get a root canal - I knew right away where I wanted to go - AND, I wasn't disappointed.

When you enter the office it is beautiful and you are greeted by two very friendly staff members, Kristi and Angie. I am not a fan of dental work but Kerri and Dr. Oza are so nice, fast and efficient that it made my visit pleasant. I hope not to need any further root canals, but would revisit again if needed.

Everyone was nice and friendly from the front desk to the doctor. They took time to explain the billing process as well as x-rays and procedures. I was very nervous but Kerri and Dr. Oza were friendly and fun and took time to explain everything in detail. I visited for a root canal consultation and I recommend this dental office. Dr. Oza adjusted a crown that was installed in Chicago 2 years ago that never fit quite right. Minutes later - it was a normal bite! Success. Root canal avoided!

If one has to have root canals - here is THE place for the best treatment. I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Endodontic Associates. The entire staff is caring and professional. Dr. Oza has, absolutely, the best chair side manner of any dental specialist from whom I have had treatment. My needs were not routine. I was most impressed as Dr. Oza uses both state-of-art equipment and procedures.

He and his staff work well with referring dentists and I felt that he set me up for future success as I continue treatment. I had neither pain nor regrets, just great service and relief!

If you ever need to have dental surgery, this is definitely the place to go. Super clean and professional. The nurses and staff are fantastic. Dr Oza was really cool and supportive. He talked me through every step of the procedure.

A consultation and ct scan cost $241-$260. My insurance covers this at 100%. The front office is aware of this. However their policy is to charge the patient up front for the service so, and I quote, "so we (Endodontic Associates) don't have to hunt you down for the payment". That comment was made by the front office lady with the red hair and skeleton earrings.

If the insurance covers a service at 100%, the patient should not be charged up front unless they are self-pay patients. This is not a good policy that they have. The only good thing about this place is that the Dentist is very nice and friendly.

They sure do know how to make a girl feel at ease. From the moment I walked in I felt a sense of calm.thanks Kristi and Angie! I recently went in for an evaluation and received top notch service and treatment. I appreciated that Mar was super patient with me when it came to the X-rays (not my favorite part) and that Dr. Oza explained the procedure I will need with such clarity. Definitely would recommend!

I am in amazement at how wonderful this place is and the service they provide. I was shocked at how I did not experience the pain that I normally do when getting dental services done. I felt that Doctor Oza, his assistant Karina, and front office staff Kristi made me feel very comfortable and cared for. Thank you all so much.

I was in absolutely unbearable pain from a cracked wisdom tooth. My dentist referred this clinic and they were able to get me in for an emergency visit. The staff were all understanding of the pain I was in, especially because I had to keep water in my mouth to prevent the pain and needed my wife to speak for me. The process was fast and the nurses made sure I could get my x-rays done with as little pain as possible. Dr. Navid looked over the tooth and other implications nearby before giving me painkillers, at which point I can finally talk.

He took care of the root canal fast and double-checked with an X-ray to make sure it was filled it out entirely. This was great because I had another root canal from elsewhere that was partially unfilled at the ends. I got my crown later through my dentist, but I'm definitely going back to see him and get the other root canal retreated. The billing was interesting as they had to charge full because of insurance related things when the claims with my insurance went through, they automatically reimbursed the overpayment back to my FSA account. Great services, nice staff, and overall skilled doctor!

I don't recommend this practice. The staff was extremely rude and loud. It took a long time for them to get the job done, & afterwards my mouth hurts from keeping my jaw open for so long.
