We have used Dr. R at Smiles by Dr. W and Dr. R for both our sons. They are great. Dr. R and his staff are professional and create amazing smiles. My sons did both phase 1 and 2 and we couldn't be happier. Even through insurance changes, the great service never stopped and they have accepted all the insurance companies we used. They have payment plans for what insurance doesn't cover. We highly recommend them. 5 stars are not enough.

The staff at this establishment has been beyond supportive the past few years that I've had braces. They make it so special for the patients when they get their braces off, and it's truly a wonderful experience. Thank you so much Dr. R, your work is absolutely beautiful, and I love my new smile!

I just completed my orthodontic treatment (at age 78) and I am thrilled with my new smile. I would like to give this office a million stars. They are competent, professional, positive, always cheerful and organized. The cost of treatment was more than fair and worth every penny. They have the most up to date equipment and techniques and really strive for perfection.

Dr R was incredible. His facility was up to date with state of the art technology, very clean, super organized, the staff was extremely friendly and everyone made you feel so comfortable through the whole process. I cant Say enough kind words about each person we spoke with during our hour long visit. My daughter even left happy and excited to go back!

Smiles has been an amazing experience for my son's treatment. He has a complicated dental condition. At first, he was very anxious and scared, but they have a great team prepared to handle these situations. Especially Sandra who knows how to put kids at ease and make them feel comfortable. My son loves her and prefers to see her above anyone else. Everyone in the office is kind and helpful with all the patients. I recommend it!

This office is a well run machine! Every appointment minimal if no waiting. Thanks to the ladies that run the show up front. The Orthodontic Technicians, true professionals, knowledgeable and gentle. Dr. W and Dr. R, PERFECTIONIST. I was referred by my Dentist and as saying goes, "A good Dr. Knows a good Dr." I could not have gone to a better office for my Orthodontic care. A Special Thank you to Dr. Rothstein and Debbie. Whom I saw for the majority of my treatment. I Love my new smile!

We were on vacation and my son lost his rubber bands. I called the office of Smiles but Dr W & Dr R and I spoke to Ronnie. She was so understanding and so helpful. Not only did she give me 1 bag of rubber bands she gave me 2 bags. What a wonderful gesture and I am so appreciative. Great office and staff

Right, so, first things first! They were quick as all get out - I literally walked in with my son, and was met at the counter one minute later with them ready for him. The service was that fast, we didn't have to wait at all, and that's amazing to me. Tells me they do their scheduling right and don't over book people - which is a God Send in this day in age when the last thing I want to do is sit in a crowded Dr. office.

The staff was friendly. They weren't just 'doing their jobs and smiling.' I feel like they were genuinely happy to help us. And that's so sweet for both me and my son who are new to the world of orthodontists and braces. So while I filled out paperwork, they took my boy back and took pictures and x-rays and got everything needed for a (free) consultation.

Then we were helped my Lori, who was fantastic at making my son feel welcomed and ensuring all of the information in their system was correct. And finally, we were seen by the doctor (Dr. R) who will be doing the work, should we choose to go with them. (Spoiler alert - we are TOTALLY going with them.) And he was truly awesome. Young and kind and made sure to include Mathew in everything.

Now they did something that I have yet to see in any doctor or dentist office, and that was - after examining my sons teeth and jaw thoroughly, they created a recording of the treatment plan they recommend for my son. An actual video, showing his teeth and his bite and his issues and how they will fix it and step by step details of what the treatment plan will look like and answered any questions we had all right there on the recording so that I (not a dentist) didn't have to try and remember and explain everything to my husband (who is also not a dentist and couldn't join us at the meeting).

How cool is that?! A freaking video detailing it all so I could show him! Then we chatted with Lori again, going over pricing, which they are flexible on and willing to work with us (Cause braces are expensive) and just all around, it was an AWESOME visit. It was my first experience with an orthodontist office, and I know I should shop around, but honestly, I don't want to.

The fact that I'm just /another/ five star rating here, on their long list of five star ratings, means they're doing something right. And they made us feel so comfortable, that I'm not going anywhere else. Gives these people a try. You will NOT be disappointed. Also - We drove up from Coral Springs to get a later appointment with them so this was their Boca office. But we'll most likely be using their services in the Coral Springs location. But even if we couldn't, I'd make that drive to keep seeing them, they were that good.

I absolutely loved my experience at Smiles by Dr. W & Dr. R! Everyone from the front end staff to the doctors were so kind, helpful, patient and fun! I dealt mostly with Dr. R throughout my Invisalign process. He was the absolute best. Towards the end of my treatment, I requested a couple different refinements to be completely happy with my smile and he went above and beyond to make it happen. I'm extremely satisfied with the results. I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone!

Dr. Rothstein and his team did a phenomenal job for my daughter. She chose Invisalign, and every step of the way, Dr. R and his team were helpful and supportive, and her teeth look amazing!
