I GLADLY RECOMMEND THE GREENSBORO OFFICE BECAUSE MY GREAT NIECES HAD SUCH A CARING AND PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE WHEN I REFERRED THEM.

We been sitting in the office for 2 hours for 1 filling. ONE. then they come and I'm thinking they working on my son they take 15 minutes to "numb" him and then leave us sitting for another 45 minutes only for them to say the dentist is filling another cavity for someone else and that's why it's taking so long cause they short staffed. NO YALL ARE SHORT BRAINED.

I LITERALLY came to this office every 6 months for 18 years. had multiple cavities filled in one day for HALF the time. i really tried to let it slide when we came for my sons cleaning and that took 2 hours but this this is crazy! A NINE YEAR OLD WITH ONE CAVITY? i bet we are hear til noon for an appointment that was scheduled for 8:30 am

Been bringing my kids here for eight years and I love the fact that they do allow parents to be with the kids during dental check ups and operation. But today of all times that we've been here and this doctor Montilus or whatever her name is is very RUDE! She should be more mindful of what she says or how she treats people. #RUDE#DENTIST

Today we visit this dentist office. After leaving a great practice my wife and I decide to saving a few dollars and stay with in network. Well, where do I start? The front desk staff was somewhat helpful. However, the dental hygienist was very brash to my 15 year son and rule. She was discussing her personal thoughts in his presents about her not wanting to be there and planning to concoct a story to leave. UNPROFESSIONAL!

Wait I'm not done then the Dentist tell me my 8 year daughter has four baby teeth that are coming out and ask if I want her to remove them. I said sure then she said I would have to make an appointment to bring her back. I said I thought they were coming out? The dentist said you can let them come out on their own or we can remove them. I responded by saying we will have to let them come out.

Then the dentist said she has two cavities, really I'm surprise so I ask where she said upper right and left. I said okay guess we'll have to fill them. The dentist ask if I had any other questions I said yes how deep are the cavities and she responded by saying they are not deep at all they are on her baby teeth. Really?! Why didn't you led with that so I said we will leave them she responded with okay have a nice day rudely and walked off. Needless, to say I will never returned to that place they were so rude and unprofessional.

I love this place. The staff is amazing, very friendly. My son doesn't moan or cry when I tell him he has a dentist appt, he is always happy before, during, and after the visit. Dr. Sadri is great and patient with the children. She always answers any questions I may have and addresses all concerns no matter how small they are. Continue to be awesome guys!

I really hate to be on time for an appointment and still wait an hour and 20 minutes to be called back! ( Mind you if your even 5 minutes late for your appointment they make you reschedule) And i watch 2 families that came after me go before me! That's a problem for me. Then i get to the back and the nurses just walking around, in and out doing NOTHING, literally!

Just talking to each other about they own personally stuff.mean while my boys are still waiting in the back and now its an additional 20 minutes later. Y'all need to do better!

The staff were extremely friendly and made my 6yr old daughter very comfortable. I definitely recommend their services to any parent looking for great pediatric dental care. Had a terrible experience at different dental offices and Perry L. Jeffries DDS and Assoc. completely blew those previous offices away.

Doesn't even deserve one star rude people the employees are always talking so much the doctor hurts your mouth for rushing and the ladies at the des are always laughing and not working only 2 dental assistants are there doing there job and I feel bad for those 2 hopefully they decide to quit. Thank God we moved dentist and go to traid kids in greensboro best place ever! Idk why these people are still open if they are gonna treat the patient bad.

I love this place! From the friendly and patient staff, clean office and the toys that they give the kids, this place is great. People complaining about the wait time should expect this from all doctor and dentist offices, as they all over book, especially those that accept Medicaid, to compensate for No Call No Show missed appointments. The main reason I love the office is that the KIDS love the office!

Had an appointment today and we waited 55 minutes before we were called from the waiting room. This is a pediatric dentist office, there should be no reason why people with impatient kids are kept waiting so long. My daughter has been coming here for the past 10 years. It may be time to move on to another dentist. I am so disappointed!

Appt for a CLEANING. IT TOOK 2 HOURS. AT THIS office 8.20 am appt school day. It was for a cleaning, i didn't go to the back with my teens. That been said other parents did, came out a normal time. Time passed 2hrs so i ask were mine having WORK DONE. I WAS TOLD NO. SO WHY did they come out after my complaints that they were under staffed. And they actually need to schedule for work to BE DONE. PISSED ME! ALL that time you could have DONE it already i said! Then my kids told me they were JUST sitting in the back NO ONE PAYING them any attention. Well i go back there every time now that i know mines were being OVER LOOKED.!

Second visit here and will be the last. I would gladly pay out of pocket rather than come back. I'm not sure what the deal with this practice is. They have multiple locations and as I read the reviews they all seem to have poor reviews. The office is closed for lunch 1-2. And I mean doors locked until 1:59:59. When I walked in there was another family of 4 walking in with me and then another family of two after me.

So 7 kids. For 2:00. We were not called back til 2:24. The waiting room is awesome. All the kids channels. 6 iPads for the kids to play on. In the back there is an open room with 3 chairs. Kids all beside each other. Like an assembly line. No privacy or concern. We are now in exam room with 4 other kids. The dentist is nice but came in late reeking if fried food and spent about two seconds with my daughter.

Also we were told that my daughter would not be getting X-rays because she wouldn't hold still. Now my kid is 4 and I will admit she has her moments like they all do. But she never moved and only had to be reminded twice to open her mouth a little bigger. I don't know how much better she could have been, what do they do for children who are scared? Gas them all? Not my kid. Won't be back.

I brought my three-year old son here for his first dental visit and it was a mistake. I arrived at the Hillsborough office for our 9am appointment but the office was closed - they had cancelled my appointment without telling me. So make sure you verify your appointment if you don't get a call. I spoke with the main number and they told me if I could get to the Durham office in 20 minutes, I could be seen.

I was there in less than 20 minutes, so I checked in before 9:30am. We were finally brought back at 10:40am (not a typo) even after I checked with the front desk person and told them I had an 11:20am doctors appointment. Seen by the hygienist close to 11am. They at that point gave me a bill that was twice what I was quoted as a cash customer. They had to make a call and had the amount reduced to what I was originally quoted.

We went back to the exam room and were seen 15 minutes later by a dentist and left after 11:30am. As you can imagine, a dental visit for a toddler from 9am that goes until after 11:30am did not go well. As for the practice, it was definitely not what I want in a pediatric dentist. The exam room had SIX chairs next to each other with patients just sitting in them waiting around. Hygienists float in and out of the room and different dentists float in and out of the room.

They were calling out to each other "What did chair 2 have done? Pictures? Fluoride?" It definitely had an assembly-line feel and really increased the anxiety of my toddler to be in a room with so many people getting various work done out in the open. Once we were seen, it was not even kid-friendly. They asked me to hold his arms down as they quickly did their cleaning brusquely and abrasively. No cute talk, reassurances, or any of the things you would expect for a first-time dental visit with a three-year old. There is no way I would ever come back here.

We had an 8AM appointment. We arrived early but doors did not open until 8AM. No patients were brought back from the waiting room to exam room until 8:20AM (none of us were new patients, no forms needed to be filled out- not sure why we were all sitting there for 20 minutes since we all had 8am appointments). Teeth cleaned and x-rays taken by dental hygienist - finished by 8:35. Had to wait until 9AM before dentist made her 1st appearance - spent less than 5 minutes total with my child. Overall - long waits and poor service.

I went to this office last year to get some dental work done on my then 9 year old daughter. I was trying to get her dental work done before my insurance expired and this was the only place that could fit her in. Worst. Mistake. Ever! I wish I had just paid out of pocket. Their office itself was nice. The waiting area was really fun for my child as it had iPads.

My daughter had 5 cavities, all of which my dentist suggested filling. We took our daughter here to get them filled because he felt that my daughter was too scared and needed nitrous oxide, which he doesn't do at his practice as he's a general dentist. The dentists here suggested pulling two of my daughter's teeth. My husband took her and just thought that the dentist knew what she was doing, so he allowed a tooth to be pulled on the first visit.

On the second visit, I actually called my dentist to get a second opinion on pulling the tooth and took my daughter myself. He said that it was borderline, but the other one should not have been pulled. The main issue that I have is that they didn't do a good job explaining the procedures to myself or my husband. They also weren't very nice to my daughter. And.

I am wondering now if they even needed to fill some of the cavities as the teeth fell out soon afterwards. We recently took my daughter to Mebane Pediatric dentistry and it was a night and day experience. Their demeanor and explanation was 100% better than this practice. Additionally, they made both my daughters (10 year old and 5 year old) feel at ease.

My youngest is looking forward to going back to the dentist (she has no idea it's to fill a cavity, but at the age of 5, she doesn't need to know specifics). I would never go here again. I felt that their dentists were under qualified and that their office staff was just mediocre. My daughter now has an intense fear of the dentist, but luckily, Mebane Pediatric Dentistry has taken that away.
