I was referred to Periodontics by my regular dentist, because my gums had receded to a point they needed attention. I needed a minor gum surgery, and Dr. Russo and his staff were very clear about the procedure and helped me along as I did have concerns and questions. I found everyone at the office to be highly professional and when I had questions they helped me to understand how to resolve them easily. Overall, it was a very good experience, and the doctor and his team were very friendly, professional and helpful.

Even though the surgery can be uncomfortable, Dr. Russo and his team helped to guide it to the end result, and now my gums are looking much healthier and better. I would definitely recommend Dr. Russo and his team to other potential patients.

Disappointing phone call experience with Molina. I called to ask some basic questions as well as the safety measures the office was taking during these times. While I got the info I needed, she was defensive and somewhat arrogant in her tone so I did not appreciate her attitude. These are tough times and your potential patients have every right asking those types of questions so if you don't like it, you should find a job outside the medical profession. Other specialists I called were very pleasant to talk to when I asked the same exact questions.

I have been a patient of the practice for many years having first started with a wonderful periodontist who has since retired. Dr. Weber treats me now and I cannot recommend him more highly. I recently had an extraction and bone graft that was entirely painless. He communicated the process to me step by step before we began and then let me know what stage we were at as we went along.

Following the procedure he called to be sure I was alright and encouraged me to contact him with any issues prior to my follow up visit. There haven't been any issues. Everything seems fine! Kudos to his dental assistant, too, for being both efficient and pleasant. Although I wish the office didn't require full payment at the time of service, waiting instead to see what insurance pays first, they do accept Care Credit which offers no interest for an extended period of time.

This is a benefit many practices do not offer. The front desk staff were remarkably efficient, patient and kind. Both Lily and Robert helped me enormously with paperwork and prescriptions. And for all the years Lorie has done my in-office hygiene care, I offer my thanks and recommend her both for her skill and friendly nature. All patients, but particularly anxious ones, will find excellent care, patience, undivided attention, and an overall good experience with Dr. Weber and his team.

You are in good hands with Dr. Weber and his team! I am fully recovered from a gum graft, and couldn't be happier with the results and the support I received from this office, from the reception desk to nurses to Dr. Weber. I am squeamish about shots, novocaine, dental work, etc, and Dr. Weber made me feel so safe and comfortable, I will never forget that.

He is so knowledgeable, trustworthy, comforting, friendly - I actually looked forward to the series of appointments. He even helped me with an unrelated issue, and was the first medical professional to give me good information on the issue. If you are getting a gum graft - my advice to you is to take some days off work if you can - I took one sick day and then went back, and regretted it, because talking so much felt like it set my recovery back a little.

They had suggested I bring something to listen to during the surgery which was a big help (if you have an Oculus headset. see if they'll let you use that!). i was numb for the rest of the day and into the next morning. My healing went exactly as they said it would - you can get through it! As for cost and payment - they were up front that it was out of network but that they'd bill my insurance for reimbursement, and told me the accurate cost.

I did have to pay in full the day of the procedure. It was partially reimbursed by my insurance and to me it's well worth paying extra for dental work and major procedures like this if you can, versus price shopping. My experience here was so good, I would go here again in a heartbeat if I have to (but hope I don't!).

My dentist recommended them for my implant. I had never had one before so this was a new experience. Dr Weber, one of a number of doctors there, and his team were terrific. This process takes quite a few months and he was outstanding alone the way. He explained everything he was doing and what to expect. He was incredibly good at managing pain, of which I had none. I am so pleased with the outcome. The implant is sensation free and I'm eating hard pretzels again!

Dr. Weber is excellent - skilled and professional. Nice facilities. One of the receptionists isn't the warmest personality but that's fine by me - the job is done well on all counts. Recommend!

Do not use this dental office. I needed surgery on three teeth. My insurance company clearly communicated that they would cover costs on the two worst teeth (of the three). I scheduled the appointment clearly stating that we could only do surgery on those specific two. I reiterated that to two different people on the day of the surgery, as well. The doctor fixed the worst tooth, and then the third worst tooth.

The insurance company will not cover a large portion of the surgery expense, because the doctor did not fulfill the ask. I am now out ~$900. Somehow the doctor's office is unwilling and unable to remedy the situation. There is no patient advocacy or empathy here whatsoever.

Dr weber is great and a true professional, nice office but the receptionist/guard of the building is very rude and unprofessional at 25 e Washington building, she spent more time talking to the janitor than doing her job, otherwise Dr weber is fantastic

This place is terrible. ONLY TRYING TO GET RICH. They cost me a lot of money. marinello did the work without the materials so it lasted 1 year. just long enough to be reported to the dental board. i went through all the pain and healing. i suffer with it now constantly every day because it was not done right. periodontics know they did it wrong. i tried to get my money back to do it right and they refused.

My dentist recommended that I see Dr. Brodala work on my jawbone and gums prior to replacing old caps. She is an outstanding doctor. I can safely say Dr. Brodala is the best periodondist I've seen. And I have a lifetime of work as comparison. I broke a number of teeth when I was hit by a car as a teen. As a result, I've had half a century of dental work replacing work as needed. Dr. Brodala said there wouldn't be much pain.there was virtually NONE.

And as odd as this might sound, it was pleasant. She has a great sense of humor, she's calming and kind. She made it an entertaining and comfortable experience. She called me the next night to check on how I was healing. Dr. Brodala is the periodontist you want. Really.

ABSOLUTE top periodontist office in Chicago. Dr. Marinello did beyond impeccable, perfectionistic implant. My dentist looked at the work and commented on the precision. Lack of precision has poor cosmetic outcomes, and I have seen some in friends who were anxious to save $500-1000. Not a good choice. Much better off spending the money as the implant is forever. He called me at home to see how I was doing. This office is the PROS

I was extremely disappointed in the service and lack of professional courtesy. The office called at 7:59 a.m. (exactly) to cancel my 8:00 a.m. teeth cleaning appointment because the hygenist called in sick. I had arranged my work travel schedule to accomodate this visit and was already standing in front of the building when they called. How can they not have a back-up person available to clean teeth? Couldn't Dr. Gorin do it himself?

Dr. Brodala is a hidden gem. She's wonderful, and I cannot recommend her enough! I needed a dental implant and researched, visited, and asked about many periodontists in the area before I chose her. I am so glad that I did! Her expertise is obvious and she's clearly very trained but what made a difference for me was that she cared. She spent over half an hour explaining the procedure I was going to have.

The day of the surgery (I was so nervous!) she was sweet and kind and gentle. The procedure passed by so quickly. She called me at home the next evening to check on how I was doing. I told her I was shocked- which I was- that I did not even need to take Advil! No pain. She's amazing. Thank you so much Dr. Brodala! Thank you for making this such a good experience! I hope I never need another implant, but if I do, I'm seeing you. :)

Was referred for a service that cost me $950 UPFRONT and OUT OF POCKET. I would not recommend coming here. Was visiting my dentist, Dr. Katz (at another office), for the first time during a routine cleaning and was told that I needed a procedure done by Dr. Russo of Peridontics, LTD. The desk attendant called Dr. Russo after my cleaning and I scheduled an appointment. Afterword, I asked her "now, they're in network, this is covered by insurance, etc?" and she assured me they'd complete and submit the necessary forms, etc.

Prior to the procedure, Dr. Russo's office called and reminded me of the date/time for the procedure. I arrived, filled out forms, and they took me in for the procedure. I came out and the secretary (this is at Dr. Russo's) said I owed "nine-fifty." I said "nine dollars and fifty cents?!" while my jaw dropped. Apparently they charge upfront and expected me to pay $950 that day!

If that was the case, WHY didn't they tell me that before I had the procedure done?! During the reminder call? Nearly in tears, I was charged half the amount that day and the other half a week later. The secretary said it was Dr. Katz office that was supposed to tell me about the fee and paying up front. Later, I realized that insurance would cover a large portion--WHILE Dr. Russo was STILL OUT OF NETWORK, which Dr. Katz's attendant did NOT tell me even though I asked.

Not only that, but after a single follow up with Dr. Russo, Dr. Katz officed called.and said that Dr. Russo AND Dr. Katz both think that I need to have an additional procedure done, even though Dr. Russo who did the procedure told me it was healing nicely and looked good when he saw me at the follow up! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, COMMUNICATION NEEDS TO IMPROVE.

I had an emergent extraction / bone graft with Dr. Nadine Brodala DDS, MS. (The bone grafting is preparation for a future implant). Dr Brodala is highly educated / highly skilled and she put me at ease instantly. I experienced no post procedure swelling and did not need any of the prescribed pain meds. She was probably the kindest medical practitioner (physician or dentist) I have ever come in contact with.

I truly was amazed at how pleasant she was. She also had a sense of humor. As I had the extraction on July 3rd, she then called on the July 4th to see how I was doing. Who does that?

Everything was ok here, however they DO NOT accept insurance rates so you will pay a lot more than other qualified periodontists would charge by participating in your Blue Cross, Delta Dental, Met Life etc programs. If I had to do it all over again, i would request from my general dentist a referral to an in-network Periodontist.

This being my first implant I was nervous but was immediately set at ease by Dr. Marinello's calm and knowing bedside manner. His dentistry skill was truly a magnificent experience. With precision and remarkable know how the implant was completed and now well over a year later I can attest to the excellent results! Great work!

When I learned I needed to have surgery to repair my gums that were receding I visited two doctors to get two opinions. After visiting Periodontics Ltd, and Dr. Yamada specifically I new I found the right practice. I had my surgery yesterday and Dr. Yamada took excellent care of me from start to finish. He did a great job of explaining each step of the procedure and making sure I was comfortable throughout. If you need a Periodontist in Chicago contact Dr. Yamada at Preiodontics, Ltd.

While I appreciated getting in for an emergency visit, subsequent visits were emotionally traumatic. While the Dr. had taken SOME care of the financial burden I was experiencing, the woman at the front desk Sherry, couldn't care less. Upon every visit, hundreds of dollars were expected to pour out of my pocket. I wasn't even sure why I was expected to go back for so many visits. I'm currently seeking out a new periodontist.

Great Periodontists! I have worked with this group both as a patient and a referring office. Very thorough and comprehensive, will not do surgery if non surgical therapies can be used first. They also do great dental implants. Not that any one WANTS to go here, but if you need Periodontal work, this is the place to go!
