The dental assistants and dentists are so nice, gentle, always tell you exactly what you need without trying to "sell" you dental work/procedures that are not necessary to your dental health. I am "one of those" patients. but Pecan Park makes me feel less like a troublesome child and more like an adult who can compromise to not have a terrible experience at the place I fear the most. I explained my dislike of scraping metal sounds and drilling and my unfortunate extreme sensitivity. The entire staff, including the dentist, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, completely numb and communicated with me the entire time. It was the most amazing dental experience I've had- cleaning and fillings! There is a reason I drive 40+ minutes to come see them. Everyone is pleasant and kind!

My treatment at the clinic was well done. The doctor extracted my teeth skillfully and I didn't feel painful at all. The staff are very friendly and helpful! I recommended it to my wife already.

I really enjoyed going to that office it was a happy office the two women in the front were very nice and when I went to the back to talk to the hygienist I told her I had had a knee replacement and she asked if I was allergic to antibiotics or was I allergic to any medication, or plastic gloves she going to give some antibiotics I wonder if any other doctor would do the same thing that makes me very happy that they care for their patients. And the Dentist was amazing explained everything and make me feel. Real comfortable

49 years ago, at the age of 11, I was put into braces for the first time. After having braces 4 times and jaw surgery-my smile was still dull. Dr. Olson listened to me and throughout the veneer process was patient and took the time to ensure I got exactly the shape, color and natural looking smile that I have always wanted. The professionalism and genuine care that I received was outstanding.

From the moment you walk into Pecan Park Dental you feel welcome and well cared for. The hygienists are extremely gentle and thorough and Dr. Hinkle is a superlative dentist. He is kind, intelligent, and so talented and his explanations are always so understandable. I have been seeing a dentist regularly for all my seven decades of life, and Dr. Roth is by far the BEST.

For someone with high anxiety about the dentist, I'm so thankful to have found Pecan Park Dental! The hygienists are so calm and not judgy at all. Dr Olsen is wonderful about explaining your treatment plan. Best dentist office I've ever been to!

I have never felt so welcome in a dentists' office before finding Pecan Park Dental. They are great about scheduling, understanding if you run a few minutes late (not that one should make that a habit), and their staff remembers me by name! Every interaction I've had - from my dentist (Dr. Olson), hygienists, to front desk and everyone in between - has been nothing short of kind and genuine. I definitely recommend this office!

Great experience! Everyone at the office was exceptionally polite. The hygienist explained everything and was very thorough. Dr. Hinkle explained all the photos/x-rays and the aspects of what needed to be done & answered all questions. At no time did I feel like they were trying to recommend unnecessary work. Highly recommend!

I've never felt compelled to leave a review before. Everyone in this office is unbelievably kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. I started going to them at the start if the pandemic for a wisdom teeth issue. They got me in just after the lockdown and relieved the pain I was feeling. After that I routinely went for my 6 month checkups (which they always reach out to me OVER TEXT for!) I'm able to schedule my appointments over text and I can reach out to them for Invisalign needs that way too. Great staff and service. I wish I could give more than 5 stars.

I switched to Pecan Park Dental last year after seeing another dentist for 20 years. I am so glad that I did! This group has been nothing but friendly, professional, and they do a great job with patients like me who have extremely sensitive teeth & gums. The hygienists here have relieved my anxiety of cleanings! I have only seen Dr. Olsen at this practice, and I absolutely love having her as my new dentist.

She also has performed mild dental work on me, and it was a breeze. The office is modern, pretty, and very spacious. The front office staff has always been very friendly, as well.

Service is great and offered same day treatment. staff was very nice and the environment was very welcoming.

OK Thanks. And to add to that I never received the $150 credit like Dr. Bangs had promised for removing the original bad review back in early 2019. But I did get a bill for $15 a year later instead, thanks for that. Maybe if enough people get those "out of nowhere bills" they'll make up for being shut down due to covid? Got to get paid somehow? Look, we all have our problems. If it's not one thing it's another.

Folks! I searched for three years (just shortly after moving to Texas) to find a dentist I could absolutely feel trust and be comfortable with. ( My dentist in home state had been my dentist for about 30 years, so as you can see, if I like and trust a business, I stick like gum to a shoe!) This office came to my attention from my daughter's friend at work and hot damn! am I thankful.

This office is clean, friendly, and you are made to feel right at home. In fact, I cancelled my dental insurance since they wanted me to go to a "factory run dental service." After all, I am not a piece of livestock sent to a factory farm. So, do I recommend this office. You damn betcha'. Don't be lured on by price alone. Look at your health.

Do you want the BEST care for your teeth or are you a piece of livestock? I take excellent care of my mouth, my teeth and rank good dental care right up there with top notch physical health care. This place is amazing I love to get my teeth clean they clean it so good that it feels like even soul gets clean I totally recommend this place.

This place didn't inform my that they're out of my network. I had to pay a $300 bill because they neglected to tell me this until after my second visit. Stay away.

Dr. Schoening and Dr. Bangs, and their team, provide great care. It's easy to schedule regular appointments as well as follow-ups that fit with (or before) my working schedule. Staff is professional and kind.

Dr. Bangs is amazing. I felt zero pain and she made sure that I was completely relaxed the entire visit! I will definitely be back!

I just got back from my appointment today, and these ladies really deserve 5 stars. I was a nervous wreck to get my filling, but Dr. Bangs and Avisha calmed me down and told me step-by-step what they would be doing. I'm so grateful for that!
