Made an appointment to have my wisdom teeth extracted. I was told they would be removed(through a phone call at the beginning of the week)just to find out they scheduled me wrong, everyone looked at me like they had no clue what was happening and all had bad attitudes. They took x-rays and sent me to there "sister store".These people are unorganized, not polite. Unprofessional.

Me and my wife are patients since 2016. All staff is very professional and nice. Doctor Okba is a Top-Notch professional and he always do a great job. Very concentrated and make the job done, no matter what. I had a very difficult situation with my teeth and he is making impossible things with me. My smile and bite are coming back to me, visit by visit.

I am very appreciated for everything Doctor Okba did for me and my wife. Prices are very affordable and to be honest, way below the level of service you are getting here. Girls at the register always could help to accommodate every financial situation and work something out. Now I live almost an hour away, but I still keep coming back at this place no matter what. Highly recommend to anyone.

I actually came to Pearl Dental for a second opinion, after contacting several other dental offices and leaving my contact info on a SECOND OPINION, non of them would call me back! When I called Pearl they got me in the following day! I was very impressed with the staff, I was very nervous and they were able to put me at ease. Everyone was personable and professional, also their $ prices are quite reasonable. Thanks Pearl Dental, I will definitely continue to patronize your clinic.

**UPDATE** I don't know how. But Last night, I was in a bit of pain from the extraction but not too much. When I woke up this morning. No pain. At all. I was anticipating hurting for quite a while. I'm going to make the assumption that they did such a great, clean job that I don't have any lingering pain! I can see the hole where my tooth was and it honestly looks so clean.

My gums that surrounded the tooth look untouched. Thank you soooooo much for such an incredible experience? I've been dreading taking these wisdom teeth out, but I have literally no fear now. ---------------------------------- They work SO fast. I love it. No funny business. I came in to get my wisdom teeth looked at for extraction, I mentioned that I was in pain, and they jumped to help me right then and there.

They extracted the one that was giving me the worst pain and then set me up for the other three. I am really grateful I came here. I was originally referred to a different dentist to have them extracted, but they never answered their phones. When I called Pearl Dental Group, they answered their phones right away, got me in their office within a week, and helped resolve a big pain in my mouth. Thanks Pearl Dental Group! The best Dentist in San Diego county hands down. front desk manager ( Nancy) is lovely professional and wonderful customer service. Doctor Okba is extremely experienced and knowledgeable in his field and he surrounded himself with second to none team.

I've had terrible TMJ since my wisdom tooth extraction at this location. I've called and tried to get an appointment and they did nothing for me saying I signed the paper work and it's not their fault. They told me to wait it out. Now a year later I can't even eat without being in pain with my jaw clicking any time I open my mouth. The lady at the front desk wouldn't even get me in for the doctor to examine me. I wasn't asking for compensation or free health care. Just a simple examination. I never had a fear of the dentist til now.
