This organization has no idea what quality care means. Chose them because of low cost and I'd rather chew nails than give them another dime. If I could give ZERO stars I would. New physicians every 6 months, constantly trying to change my prescription even though I like what I'm on. Providers do not listen and God forbid you need a prescription refilled.

I am very good about calling refills in BEFORE they expire. Eight days and 6 calls later I am told I need to go in for an appointment and now I'm out. P.S. This is medication that makes a difference between having a stroke and not. You'd think they'd care a little more but they absolutely do not. I'm going to UC Health and crossing fingers. It may cost a little more but my health and sanity are worth it. Peak Vista is a joke.

This place is personally not worth your time even if you're on Medicaid there are other options! Better options! The doctors will not answer all your questions will treat you rudely and will rush you through to get to there next appointment! To them you are not a person not even a customer! Never will I take my newborn baby here again! Looking for a new pediatrician!

First off they ran me around for hours and nobody could tell me where I needed to be and each new person I met said "oh idk why they'd send you here" finally got to where I thought I needed to go only to find out they don't help with anything other than the common cold and I get referred to peak view I went to peak view and quickly realized this was not the help I needed and I was LOCKED in the building until I could answer the desk lady's questions. It's illegal to lock people in a building and keep them there to answer all your questions.

Went here in 2020 because I was EXTREMELY sick. I was seen and the NP Laurie smith would not touch me, wanted a negative covid test. After I was NEGATIVE she still refused to examine me and stayed glued to the door despite my symptoms. I went to the after hours clinic and the NP there (I wish I knew her name) got the same history and symptoms and ran lab immediately because there was a clear issue.

Once labs came back abnormal I had to wait weeks for another appointment. This time I requested a MD but was given the same careless NP. I was in physical pain and vomiting blood at this point, still wouldn't go near me. I told her I was becoming depressed because of how I was feeling. I was told 'maybe you should see a therapist'! I left and went to the ER immediately after.

In a matter of 3 hours I was diagnosed with severe anemia, uncontrolled weight loss, dehydration and mal nutrition (couldn't keep anything down), heart murmur, mitral valve disease, endocarditis and I was SEPTIC! Just to name a few things that was wrong with me. I could've died waiting for this place to even figure out what was wrong with me! I had a surgery and was on iv antibiotics and had multiple blood transfusions all before my recheck appointment. Moral of the story, don't go here if you actually need help. I'd give a negative star if that was an option

I came here for psychiatric help. I was told after filling out all the paperwork and the initial appointment that they could help me get back on my medications in a few days and that they just needed my records from my previous healthcare providers. They also referred me for a psych evaluation to 2 different places. The first wouldn't accept my insurance because it wasn't private.

The second never called me back. It has been a nightmare to get in contact with these people at peak vista. As my symptoms have gotten progressively worse, I've left 1-2 voicemails every week for a MONTH trying to get any kind of update and they finally called back today and said they needed some other report if I wanted a refill for my scripts. Horribly frustrated I drove 30 minutes out of my way to talk to someone in person about what the hell was going on and they said they would put in another referral and call me in about a week and a half.

I wish I had never come here to begin with as I've now wasted a month and I'll have to start this entire process over again with another office that hopefully actually cares about their patients.

Terrible service. They hold your meds unless you go in for a checkup after each refill. They don't make you feel human. Just another fucking number.

This place is a joke. Every single time I call to make an appointment I get hung up on After sitting on hold for 30 min. If you have results forget about them. They never actually tell you then when.you force someone to do their job God forbid they get upset with you for "not keeping up with it"

My son has seen NP Orr for a year. She has supported his ongoing need for in-home healthcare until her receptionist discriminated against me as a person with anaphylactic food allergies. At 8:30am the receptionist was eating at her desk without a mask on, obviously. She asked me to sign but before I could explain I didn't want to touch anything for fear of having an allergic reaction, she interrupted me.

I also didn't know what I was signing. She slammed down her hands and said I had to sign. I refused and Dr. Orr decided that my son doesn't need his in-home health care anymore. See a provider who doesn't retaliate.

Absolutely awful service. I just moved here and established care and the doctor barely looked me over. It was supposed to be a "physical." All I got out of the visit was forced medication for my anxiety, And she didn't seem to care about anything else. I felt like she was rushing me out of the office and my questions I had were an inconvenience.

She didn't look at my skin, didn't feel my abdomen, didn't do any of the things that's supposed to be done at a physical. just listened to my heart and that was it. I explained some issues I was having and she didn't seem to care. Terrible. I can't believe doctors get paid this much to do nothing. Definitely won't be going back.

Unprofessional and will not call a patient back to give test results we paid for. 7 business days and no one can be bothered to call us. After reading these reviews, I'm shocked. Will not be returning, they do not care about patients and their health. Stay away.

F this place. I'm still waiting to get a prescription filled that was prescribe 4 weeks ago because the horrid staff won't do their jobs and fill out a pre-auth form with the insurance company. I've had better care in field hospitals in Afghanistan.

This is the worst clinic you can go to, the doctors are truly unprofessional and have no bedside manners, they heard their patients through like cattle, if your doctor goes on vacation, which could be for a month, they won't refill your prescriptions, this could be for heart and BP medications that if you were to stop taking could kill you, just amazing.

The only thing good about Peak Vista is that if you end up in the ER or have a hospital stay they will cover most of the costs. If you don't have or can't afford insurance it's best to be enrolled in Peak Vista but find another affordable primary doctor at another clinic and only go to Peak Vista for medical procedures that are unaffordable due to lack of employment or lack of insurance.

On 2 separate occasions this place schedule an appointment for my child & canceled it with 24 hours of making the appointment & in less than 2 hours of the appointment. I have waited an month for his appointment & even called last week to confirm they had the right type of provider. Today my entire day was planned around this appointment & less than 2 hours prior to the appointment they have canceled again.

They act like it's not a big deal & people can just adjust their entire day at a moments notice. If they can't even get scheduling right, I probably don't want them handling my child's care. Do not recommend.

Horrible people run the front desk. They will blurt out your information so anyone in the building can hear who and why you are there. Called office manager Kathy whom insisted that although I had my children here at 1pm the soonest they could see the kids was at 330 when they close at 4pm. My kids are sick and sat so the front desk could show me who was boss. If you value your children DO NOT HAVE THEM SEEN HERE.

ZERO STARS! Do NOT bring your kids here. I brought my son here because he was throwing up. Doctor sent a prescription to my pharmacy and the pharmacist said they prescribed pills to a 5 year old! My pharmacist called them to have it changed to dissolvable tablets and they told him multiple times they'll send it in. Over 24 hours later, and still no prescription.

I asked the doctor what can I give him over the counter and they said nothing just what I've prescribed. I have called myself 10 times to have it changed and just to be told, okay a doctor will call you back in 15 mins. Hours later, no call. I will never, EVER go back!

The mental health department (suite 100) is absolutely horrible. Specifically, Rhonda Simms, is petty, rude, & EXTREMELY condescending. In my 10+ years of mental health recovery, I've never met someone so truly vile. Not to mention she is EXTREMELY UNETHICAL, BIASED, & JUDGMENTAL. As someone with a degree in psychology, I am absolutely mortified. AVOID HER AT ALL COSTS!

I am beyond frustrated! I was in to see Charles Gray on July 20, 2021 and he sent a lady in from the mental health department. I have lost her card and desperately need to talk to her. I called in four times to the main number and was given the runaround. The first girl gave me a number that turned out to be a fax number. I called back and spoke to someone else, she transferred me to the mental health department and the lady that answered said she had never heard of Victoria Zachary, the lady they said I could talk to.

Again I called back and this time I was told I could make an appointment to see Ms. Zachary, a month from now. When I tried to find out who I spoke to I was told nobody could talk to me. The reason I'm so freaked out is Charles Gray's nurse would not get on the phone with me about my lab results. She told the front desk that she couldn't tell me anything, only that a doctor would have to talk to me.

So now I'm thinking the worst, is something horrible wrong with me? Why is there nobody that can help me? Why are the people answering the phones so scatterbrained and why don't they know anything. Lastly, when I went to the lab last week I gave them and the enrollment department my Medicaid number. Apparently it was not entered into the system, because I was told without insurance I could not talk to anyone. This is so upsetting that a company this large is so unorganized! I even did a Google search for the officers and they give you silly information but no contact number.

Great service with a big exception. My primary care person is at the Lane Center on Nevada. For some reason, patients are not allowed to call there. I've asked for an explanation several times but don't get an answer. I drove over to today from the West side to leave a message for my P.A. because I couldn't just make a phone call.

Worst doctor I've ever seen. I've had issues with my mental health for over 5 years now. I started seeing Emily Dill the beginning of 2021 for my mental health. After it started to decline, I requested and ADA for my work so I would not get in trouble. It took almost two months of back and forth with her to get my ONE DAY of an excused absence for my work with the ADA.

After I told her I needed more days, she refused. She recommended I seek "other options." She also took me off of my medication and referred me to psychiatry. The earliest appointment Peak Vista had for psychiatry was over a month out. Obviously declining, I had to leave my job forcing me to file for unemployment until I get my mental health under control.

I turned in unemployment paperwork for my doctor to sign since she couldn't help me with my ADA. After OVER A WEEK, her MA called me explaining she couldn't sign it. No one could provide me with an answer as to why she could not sign the paperwork needed, especially since she told me to "think of other options." I've never had so many issues with a doctors office like this. They take their sweet time to get back to you and obviously don't care about their patients. Stay away from here.

They don't have doctors on staff anymore. There is 1 NP for the entire clinic on Academy. She called in today to say she would not arrive to work to see patients until 6 hours after she was was due to be there. NO ONE there to cover patients with long standing appointments. (3 weeks in advance) Do not go here if you really need a doctor. They offered to reschedule me in the middle of a work day 4 days later. I had a monthly appointment and that doctor just quit, so they scheduled me at this clinic. The place is galling apart. And they do not care what happens to people.

Peak Vista is the absolute worst group of doctors' offices I have ever been to. They make talking about illness awkward, like it makes them uncomfortable. I showed them a minor skin condition one time and the Physician looked like she was gonna throw up. She turned away and said, "Okay put that away." Wtf? That wasn't professional in the least.

There were plenty of other similar instances that my roommate and I have both experienced. If you can find anywhere else that will take your medicaid, I highly suggest going there instead of Peak Vista.

People are lucky to have Peak Vista. If it's sooo bad why not go somewhere else? I have had issues but that's healthcare in general. Way too regulated. Slot of people in Colorado Springs would be in trouble if it weren't for all of the Not For Profits. I love Peak Vista, definitely appreciate them!

Absolutely terrible. Do not use them. The Doctors interchange so much you never get constant care. When referrals are needed it took months for them to fax simple forms properly. Wait times to schedule appointments are excessively long. Quality of care and service are shameful. If you have someone in your family you hate, this is a good place to send them.

Three years ago I had flesh eating bacteria and was in the hospital for over three months. When finally discharged I didn't qualify for Medicaid and was to young for Medicare. Peak Vista was a godsend. I had all my follow up care with them ever since. The staff, all staff have been great, caring and well you know informed. I have never not been get an appointment within a very reasonable time frame.

I have several times got same day appointment for acute illnesses. I have numerous other medical problems and they have referred me as appropriate. There pharmacy allows me to get the medications I need without putti g me in the poor house. I will be eligible for Medicare this year. I hope to continue my care with them

Worst doctor's ever, the infighting is ramped and unstable place for people to seek medical help because of their unprofessional conduct! I have yet to resolve any of my issues. More to come!

When you go in specifically for blood pressure issues, talk to the doctor about going back on lisinopril for the duration of the visit only to find out (after the prescription was already filled) that she had written me a script for Lipitor instead. I never even had my cholesterol checked. I don't know how she screwed that up but no one will give me a call back.

I went in there in a hypertensive crisis for crying out loud. First lady at the call center I talked to sent the message to the wrong doctor, AND totally screwed up the stated problem I had with the prescriptions. Second lady I talked to notified the correct doctor this time, correctly stated the issue I was having, marked it as urgent and here we're going on day 3 without a response or correction in my prescription.

Today for the 2nd time, 40 minutes before my dental appt, they called and cancelled the appt. My son took off work twice now for these appts. I saw a dentist 1 time in May, had to go to another dentist for my oral extractions as Peak Vista was going to set up 3-4 appts to do the full extraction which was done in 1 sitting end of May. These people are terrible. I am now going to yet another dentist to get my dentures. Oh by the way I am going to be seen tomorrow.

DESPICABLE. I call to make a appointment for my newborn baby and girlfriend for a few days after she gave birth, and you tell me we have to wait two weeks? why is that, because we didnt pay the 12000+$ to have a baby at the hospital? Or why is that because we didnt pay you!? that must be. But yet was still willing to pay a 20$ co pay to just make sure that both of my girls are fine.

Because everything seems fine so far, but i just wanted to make sure from a medical standpoint and you say that we have to wait two weeks. i must be crazy but i think this is SUPER jacked. To top it off. I call and tell you my situation and that we have NO problems or issues, and you called the paramedics and firefighters to OUR HOUSE WITHOUT OUR PERMISSION.

You make me want to spit. HERES THE KICKER FOR YA. EMT AND FIREFIGHTERS GOT TO OUR APARTMENT AND CHECKED HER VITALS, HER BLOOD, AND EVERYTHING RELATED TO THEIR BODIES POST BIRTH AND THEY SAY EVERYTHING LOOKS NORMAL AND HAVE NO IDEA WHO CALLED THEM TO OUR HOUSE. UNTIL THEY FOUND OUT IT WAS YOU. Like doctors wonder why people dont want to go to the hospital anymore. TLDR : Had baby at home, everything went great. Called and ask to have my girl and newborn daughter be seen 3-6 days after birth by a doctor and you tell us no. we only can make appt for two weeks later after birth.

Then you call the EMT and firefighters to my apartment without our permission. They got there and checked vitals and everything post birth delivery and looks 100% normal. you wasted everyones time, money, and youre risking our health by saying our only option is the ER. so what the heck use of good are you then Looking into filing a lawsuit.

Has to be the worst clinic I've ever been to. Computer "had problems" and spent 20 mins waiting for receptionist to see if I was in their system. They sent me a voicemail with date and time, that I even played for the receptionist who still couldnt find me. Then she had the nerve to tell me that she had called me and it was my fault! Dont waste your time and reschedule with a clinic who can track the appointments they set up.

Below is a picture of all the staff available on hand to assist customers! Update: A representative did call me back two days later to ask to reschedule and to say the error really was there fault. You have to be kidding right? Reschedule so they can mess up and waste my time again? No thanks. Read the other reviews and do yourself a favor by selecting a different professional provider.

They charged me for a full visit when I only saw the nurse practitioner who then only talked to me for 7 minutes. She did no medical check on me and then dismissed me. This health center only cares about money. No tests were done when I came in for pain in my abdomen but referred me to get them done elsewhere. Not coming back.

This place dropped the ball on day one. Went to the lab to get blood drawn and the nurse never sent the info over. New Dr spent 5 mins with me and took me off of one type of Insulin for my Diabetes and put me on another with NO follow up to see how I was doing. Had to adjust my own dosages and then couldn't get a refill. Phones only work half the time and you spend more time on hold and being told, "I'm sorry but that person can't be reached" and NO ONE has voicemail so you're lucky if the message you leave some random person gets to the person it was intended for.

The Patient Portal (online account management system) is WORTHLESS. Messages left for providers are ignored, you can't get a copy of your records or lab work and most of the information isn't filled in. Save yourself the stress and headache and fins a REAL Doctor's office somewhere else.

No matter how many appointments you have you will always walk out of this place thinking "Wow, that accomplished nothing". If you get to see a real doctor they have a blank stare in their eyes and all they can do is give you a referral. Every other time you will get stuck with a physicians assistant who also doesn't care about the patient or just simply doesn't have the knowledge to help you.

Try not to have multiple ailments when you go to peak vista otherwise you will have to remind the P.A of the reason why you are there.just so nothing can be done.again. People don't schedule doctor appointments to have nothing done. They schedule them because something is wrong and they need help. The only reason this place got 2 stars is because it's a doctors office and the medical assistant took my B.P and other vitals but other then that the doctors and "faux" doctors completely waste your time.and their own.

If there was a way to give this location NEGATIVE 5 stars, I would. The staff and doctors are extremely rude and have no sense of good customer service. I have never heard of a doctor yelling at a patient for no good reason or telling the reception to tell a patient that their primary doctor no longer works there (even though they do), just so they don't have to see that patient. I have worked in the medical industry for years and this is absolutely unexceptable! If you're in search of a primary care physician, you should look somewhere else.
