Both Dr. Gilbert and Dr. Wells are very professional, and the staff is friendly. I started my treatment with Dr. Gilbert for a few visits and then Dr. Wells almost until the end of my treatment. When I was almost at the finish line, a new Orthodontists took over. Even though on previous visits it was discussed that the braces on my bottom teeth (Which are still not fully aligned) were not going to be removed just yet.

After talking to the new Orthodontists, it seemed like that decision suddenly changed. So, I got the braces off, at the same time with the top ones. Once removed, I visited my dentist for a cleaning checkup. And I was made aware by the dentist of having a deep pocket on one of the teeth and that it may require periodontic treatment. I visited a periodontist and treatment was recommended due to being at risk of losing my tooth.

Once I discussed that outcome with Smiles Forever, they just wiped their hands clean. Did not provide guidance or took my situation seriously. Even though six months before that the deep pocket was not there. It is the same tooth that had a metal brace around it the entire time (Ironic). I honesty was fully satisfied with my treatment until almost the end, but I feel like they did not take my situation seriously. As a consumer it is my responsibility to share my experience in hopes it may help others avoid a situation like the one I am having.

Well organized and very friendly along with highly competent doctors, this office in Duluth holds itself to high standards and excels. I appreciated their concern for my best outcome and could see that they were not trying to get the most money out of me, which I also appreciated. As a new patient, I am very impressed overall with Dr Gilbert and the staff at Smiles Forever!

My daughter and I have both got braces at smiles forever and both experiences have been wonderful. The staff is awesome and our teeth look beautiful. They care about there customers for sure. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a adult braces and for of course the kids as well! You will not be disappointed. Everyone was very nice and professional. Dr Wells was very kind and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and concerns.

I would most definitely recommend Smiles Forever to family and friends! I came back after 6 years to get braces on my bottom teeth (after wearing them for YEARS; totally my fault. Not consistently wearing my retainers). Some of the same faces when I got my braces on initially are still working there years later, which was refreshing to see. The friendliness and level of knowledge is still A1!

I drive over an hour to get to my appointments and I pass by SEVERAL orthodontist offices on the way. I'm not even interested! That says a lot about them that I commute that far. Both Dr Gilbert and Dr Wells are amazing! You won't go wrong choosing them for your orthodontic needs!

Overall experience so far is great! Very clean and welcoming environment. I saw dr. Wells for my new patient visit and he was very nice and informational. Definitely going to get my braces done here!

I was running a little late as I had to drop one child to one location and another to a different location and then go pick them up. They quickly attended to me. X-rays completed within 5min of my arrival and our dentist in my room within 10 min of my arrival. Very pleasant to my son and made him feel comfortable. Definitely a A+ practice. Still a fantastic experience even after 4 years of not having been here, as I needed to get new retainers since my old ones are worn off. The environment is just as efficient, friendly, and professional as before, and the place itself looks more or less the same to the old Duluth location, just more spacious. COVID precautions were done smoothly, as well!

My visit was a very pleasant experience. They take extra precaution to ensure patients feel safe to prevent the spread of COVID-19. The entire staff made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions. Dr. Gilbert was extremely informative and provided me with great treatment options. Friendly staff and wonderful doctors. They put me to ease from the day one for the braces I had to go for. Every visit they answered all my questions patiently. Highly recommended place for the orthodontics procedures.

Many techs are absolute gems! The doctors have a friendly disposition and the atmosphere is pleasant. The reason for the lack of five star is due to one bad experience with a tech who did not handle a sensitive moment well at all. If it were not for the amazing everything else, this review would be negative.

The staff at Smiles Forever is very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to further address any questions or concerns! They go above and beyond to make sure you have not only the best smile possible, but at an expedited time. When searching for an orthodontist, many of my friend would tell me to expect to have braces for 4+ years because that is how long they or their kids had theirs. However, my sister and myself both had pretty bad overbites/overcrowding and saw MASSIVE results in no time. Therefore, at the end of two years, my teeth were looking awesome and Smiles Forever took great care of making sure they did so! Now, my husband and other sister are currently receiving treatment and they are in love with the results seen so far and how easy the process has been so far! On top of it all, the payment plans are super affordable! Would recommend to everybody of all ages, as it's never too late to start!

I was nervous coming to Smiles Forever. This is the second time for me to get braces and I really didn't want to go through the same things I went through with my old orthodontist. But they reassured me every concern I had and the visits were quick and painless. They are awesome at making sure I was comfortable and any emergency appointment like a poking wire or loose bracket they could fit me in either that day or the next morning. Now that I have my braces off I love my smile and I'd definitely recommend anyone to come to Smiles Forever.

Doctor Parson and staff are very friendly, professional and make our son Cory Dalton feel very at ease with the whole braces experience. What I like most as a parent, is they are very proficient! Once having an appointment, they see Cory within minutes, and always greet you right away. No long waiting and the dental technicians always make sure you are aware and understand each step along the way.
