Our office is a caring, gentle, family-oriented dental office that caters to adult and kids's cosmetic and general dentistry. We believe in the theories of Modern Dental Care which do not support the old premise of When it hurts fix it. Through proper preventive care and regular checkups, we trust that it is highly likely that majority of our patients can expect to keep all of their teeth for all of their lives.

I don't understand why this place doesn't have 5 stars. The staff is super nice and the service is great. I mean they provide goggles and put vaseline on your lips - so caring. You can also watch TV while getting treated. I got Doctor Ramirez and he was awesome. They also are very covid cautious, so I love that. Thank you!

This review is for Dr. Jen. She did the most fabulous job on my crowns. I had two crowns right next to each other, one was 20 yrs old and the other was 10, that needed to be replaced. I had heard that she was good at crowns and it certainly was true. She gave me two new crowns that feel as good (if not better) than regular teeth! There are no gaps! My wife is having work done by her as well and she says the same thing, that "Dr. Jen is the best".

RUDE and SELF ENTILED The job Dr. Robert Espeso Jr. did was so unacceptable that his son had to fix all the previous fillings he had done on my teeth the week before. When it was time for my yearly cleaning, I decided to give this place another shot because I didn't want to find another dentist. I spefically asked the front desk not to schedule me in with Dr. Robert Espeso Jr when I made the appointment!.
And guess who was examining me?. Dr. Roberto. At this point I was really agitated and I told him that I don't want him to work on my teeth because of what happened previously. Then he told me that he's the best one in the office because he's the oldest and I should go somewhere else. In my opion, if you can't even do a simple filling with years of experience I don't see how you can see yourself as the best.

I have been coming to this dentist since I was a little girl. This dentistry is family run and it is great. All the dentists here are great and recommend this place. The staff here greet you right at the door and are very friendly. They all are sincere and I have yet to have one bad experience. The dentists always listen to what I have to say and address all my concerns. It is hard to find a dentist you can trust and I can say that at Parktown dental I do not have that problem.

WORST DENTAL OFFICE EVER! If it is not one thing, it's another with this dentist. 1 week giving me a filling, then go back the next week because the filling didn't feel right and all of a sudden I needed a root canal on that same tooth, but instead of reimbursing me for that filling that they missed seeing a root canal was needed, they held up the charge. Months ago I had a cleaning, and after finally being fed up with this dentist I decided to change because the service I was receiving was terrible.
After attempting to start service with a new dentist, I was notified that I was charged 2 services in 1 week, and in turn this didn't allow me to have services provided because my maximum was reached. After calling the dentist, they acted as if they didn't know what was going on, and after being put on hold for almost 20 minutes I was finally able to speak to the manager, that ensured the charge would be "reversed".
I call back the week following asking the status, to which they said they took care on their end and it was in the insurance hands, but after calling the insurance, they had received nothing from the dentist. Now here we are 3 weeks later and the claim still hasn't been reversed because the dentist has not sent back everything needed from the insurance, and I found it funny how the insurance stated that this is not a hard process, this should have been quick. Needless to say, this office gives you the run around, services for things all of a sudden "pop up" and customer service isn't the best.

This place is okay, clean, and nice courteous staff. I like the dentists they are professional and certainly up for your well being. However, i noticed that at the reception area, they kept giving me different quotes for my son's crown, which made me believe they are disorganized or racking up the price. I hope the owners will look into this, bec its not good for the business.

Two stars just for the dental staff and Dr. Robert Espejo. No stars for his daughter Jennifer who worked on my first fillings at this dental office because a whole chunk of amalgam filling fell out only after half a year of placement. She is new to this profession and I know amalgams have a tendency to crack or chip but only after 1/2 a year and a dime size amount at that to fall off?
The way they grind my teeth down to remove my decay is questionable bc now the whole floor of my gums is showing on one side of my mouth. I am very upset and when I call they said I would have to wait til a 2:30p appointment and it was 10:30a at the time. How can I eat or drink? This hole hurts and is throbbing. I feel unimportant and that they suggest I wait for a 2:30p appointment when I can't eat is crazy.

I've been going to Parktown Dental for about 7 years now, (first at the Mountain View location and the past 5 + years in San Jose). The staff is very friendly and the dentists knowledgeable. I typically schedule appointments earlier in the day and usually have a very very short wait time from the time you arrive to when you are called in, (within 10 mins). I've had cleanings, exams, and fillings done here and I'm very confident in their work.
They have good hours of operation so you can go at the end of your work day, (but they are closed on Monday). The staff is typically on top of things as well. They not only send me reminder cards but give me a call when it is time for my next check up. I also want to note that I've practically always get an appointment that is convenient for me. They're never over booked or overly busy. The office is always steady so I feel confident that I'm getting all the necessary attention I need when I get work done.
