This office has the friendliest staff ever. I had Invisalign treatment and my teeth turned out amazing. The staff was also extremely efficient and had me in and out quickly with a very short waiting time. Dr. Gemmi was my doctor and he is so friendly I don't think he has a mean bone in his body! I also experienced the other two doctors a few times as well and they have the exact same positivity as Dr. Gemmi! I highly recommend treatment here for the efficiency and the nicest and friendliest experiences.

The people in this place are absolutely wonderful! They are the most kindest and caring people and every appointment was an amazing experience. All the staff are really professional and knowledgeable. A special thank you to Dr. Middleberg for treating all members of our family since 2006! My family and I will miss everyone here so much. So excited to share my new smile! Thank you so much guys!

My time visiting Orthodontics Limited has been a pleasure. I'm always greeted with smiles and the best customer service. The process is usually always pretty quick and easy. Dr. Gemmi does a thorough job and makes sure that all my questions are answered. My smile has improved so much in the past 13 weeks and it has been an enjoyable process all around.

Dr. Pale knows her stuff and is pleasant to work with. We just completed treatment for one child and have started with the next. My teeth have always been my biggest insecurity and with big life events coming up, like my wedding, I decided to make a call to Orthodontics Limited to see if there was something I could do. From my very first appointment there, Dr. Pale and the entire team made me feel so comfortable and supported. After talking through all the options and financial aspects I went with Invisalign to finally straighten my teeth and give me the smile I have always dreamed of.

Dr. Pale made the process wonderful from start to finish. Our son can't stop smiling the office staff is also very professional and they did a wonderful job during Covid with all the protocols they put in place and the way they handled patients coming in and Al was spectacular. Daughter 1 of 2 got her braces off on Friday and her teeth look awesome! We came here because Dr. Middleburg was actually the one who did my braces years ago! But due to schedules we ended up with Dr Pale majority of the time and she was just as wonderful! The entire staff was always delightful and the girls never had a problem going! Would definitely recommend!

We have had such an awesome experience with Orthodontics Limited. My son got his braces off today (yay!) and his teeth look great! The process was seamless from beginning to end. They have clear plans in place for each stage of the process and they keep you well informed. I love their technology- 3D prints of your mouth instead of traditional moulds and a more modern perspective on orthodontic care. The other thing that really makes an impact is how friendly and warm the Drs and staff are. We are happy with the people and the end results. Thanks Dr. Pale!

This is my second round with Dr. Middleburg! Two kids needing braces within 2 years. The staff is always accommodating, the office is clean and you never have to wait longer than 10 minutes to be seen. I highly recommend!

Awesome for any age! This practice is excellent on many levels. The staff are very welcoming and the office is highly organized with almost no wait. Dr. Gemmi planned my Invisalign program and gave a timeline, which actually was completed ahead of schedule but you have to be consistent with the trays. I have two trays left and will have a beautiful confident smile for my daughter's wedding. Drs. Gemmi and Middleburg saw me during the one and a half years and they are so very nice, and more importantly, great at their profession. I felt the price was appropriate. My daughter's had their braces at this office and have beautiful teeth.

Dr Middleburg did my children's braces 15 years ago. He did an excellent job; both kids have a beautiful smile! Recently I needed an orthodontic consultation. Dr M saw me quickly and was able to construct an appliance for my teeth. He answered all my questions, not rushing me out. My new appliance fits perfectly, does the job, and did not break the bank! Thanks Dr M Ps. The staff at the Hatboro office is wonderful This was a very positive experience. I highly recommend this practice.

My sister and I have been coming to this orthodontist for years. Our doctor is Dr. Gemmi and he is one of the nicest people I have ever met! Not to mention my teeth look amazing! Staff is super friendly always. Definitely recommend!

I have been very pleased with this office as they have treated my daughter with braces. She is almost done with her treatment as it has been about two years. I was impressed right away as several other orthodontists wanted to put "spreaders" on my daughter before the actual braces. I thought this was a senseless step in the process that would add an extra 1.5 to 2 years. Dr Gemmi agreed a removed a few teeth that the spreaders were supposed to give space so they would naturally fall out.

She had already had to have a few teeth removed to make room for the teeth to have room. Great no nonsense orthodontists that don't need to add the extra cost for additional profit. Also a great lesson for my daughter to shop around and get several opinions as even respected orthodontists would recommend senseless treatment to make additional profit. Have recommended several friends to this practice and will definitely continue to recommend!

By far the best doctor's office I have ever been to! Dr. Middleberg was highly recommended by members of family and he did not disappoint. Both offices are clean and inviting. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. Many times I had someone go above and beyond to find an appointment that worked for me. My insturance did not want to cooperate and again, the office staff went absolutely above and beyond to work with my insurance to get them to cover what they were refusing to cover.

I am very grateful! I am a patient of Dr. Middleberg and my son goes to both Middleberg and Dr. Gemmi. Both are beyond professional, caring and friendly. Dr. Gemmi who is so engaging with kids, I wish he was our pediatrician! He is always willing to explain to my 7 year old exactly what is going on with his teeth. Unlike many of the other doctors who just concentrate on speaking to the parents. Best of all is that I have never had to wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment time!

Probably the best run medical related office we have been to, excellent experience every time with the staff as well as the doctors. Generally, at most places you are lucky to get one or the other. They offer payment plans for the invisiline braces which is a big help. Great waiting room with a nice tv tuned to hgtv, fireplace and a game room.
