I drove over an hour for an appointment. When I arrived I was welcomed by Staff ( Liz and Ebony) were really nice and informative. I was able to get my retainers done in a short period of time!

AMAAAAAAAAAZING! Can't recommend enough! My little girl has some fierce anxiety and everyone, especially Liz helped her through all the hard things! My girl walked in scared and left excited to show the world her new smile! Thank you!

I called Ortho360 and they were so nice and quick to help. Shelby in particular did an awesome job, she was very caring with my super sensitive teeth and explained what she was doing as she did it. Very enjoyable experience, thank you guys!

I am sometimes an anxious person. That is especially true about my teeth and talking with doctors. Just about every appointment I would come in with a list of concerns in my mind. The orthodontist always gives an opportunity to share worries. She listens well. She addresses concerns. She makes it seem easy, like only a master of their craft would.

When I first came into Ortho 360 I was terrified since I always have really bad anxiety and now I'm not nervous at all. I have Invisalign and it really has helped my smile. I'm so grateful for everyone here helping me and I 100% recommend!

9 months later and it's time to say goodbye. My teeth look beautiful. Everyone here is so professional and sweet. Thank you Donna for being so kind and gentle when removing my braces. I really enjoyed coming here.

The staff is very friendly. I first had a virtual exam for my son, I sent them his pics and I received a tentative treatment plan immediately. When I took my son to their office, we had such a lovely experience! They took his X-rays and he was SO comfortable! It hardly took any time and in 40mins he had his braces on for his upper teeth : hoping to have amazing 18 months ahead! Can't wait to see his perfect smile!

Let me preface this review by saying that despite my screen name, I am a real person - a lifelong Austin resident currently residing in Leander, so please dont be tempted to dismiss this review simply because I value anonymity. I am a 46 year old male who has lived with (severe) teeth crowding among my front teeth causing overlap and creating problems.

I was self conscious in my youth but I learned to live with it, eventually not even noticing it, but it was always in the back of my mind. In a Zoom meetings era, I often found myself looking at my own teeth, wondering if others were as focused on them as I was. I decided to do something about it, but not sure where to start or how complicated/ expensive/ painful/ inconvenient it might be.

I was referred to Ortho360, and it is no understatement to say this practice changed my life. From the very first fact-finding phone call, I began to feel like "I can do this." The positivity and encouragement from the staff was obvious, but not in a salesy way. The support was sincere, and they took time to answer all of my questions, so I made an appointment to go in for an evaluation.

From there, I met the doctor, talked about their unbelievably generous terms and reasonable pricing, and had X-rays taken as they began to craft my individual plan. The expectations were laid out, the game plan was created, and appointments were booked. Fast forward a couple of weeks, and I arrived for my initial fitting. (this was for Invisalign).

This was the big day. From the moment I walked in, I was treated as though it was a big day for the staff, too! Everyone was excited for me, and I cant describe how "different" this felt. Most other businesses/ employees get beat down by repetition - meaning after you do it for awhile it becomes monotonous and insincere. Not here! The staff seemed as though they were just as excited and brimming with the same anticipation as I felt!

This was so exciting, and I doubt I would have noticed it if it wasnt there, but I definitely noticed that it was. When I was called to sit down, everything was explained as it happened, no pain, no stress, no anxiety. simply, "what I am going to do next is." My 5 year old daughter was invited to sit in my lap as I was getting prepped, and allowed to watch as the process unfolded.

Her curiosity was encouraged. She asked her own questions about what was happening and was treated as an equal, not dismissed. How cool is that? After about 15 minutes, I was standing in front of a mirror staring at the new me. I still had the crowding, but for the first time in my life I could look in the mirror and imagine myself living with perfect teeth.

If you can relate to me, then please, I implore you, give this practice a call. Do yourself a favor, reach out and see for yourself. You have nothing to lose. This practice cares, they want you to grow, and everything from their staff, the facilities, their pricing and financial terms, and the journey is proof that they put the patient experience and your improvement first.

The facilities and equipment are modern, clean, and un-intimidating. They have thoughtfully reduced or removed every possible barrier to entry. If you are willing to see them, they will ensure you get the care you need. If I had known it was this easy, had I known about this practice, I would have done this many years ago. Gracie has touch of an angel. She made the somewhat uncomfortable procedure of apply the attachments for Invisalign so easy that I didn't even realize at first that she had finished.

My five year old son needed X-rays for his front tooth and he was treated so nice by the staff; he stood perfectly still through several long minutes of pictures and the X-rays. So nice to see the staff care for us! They really made him comfortable and able to get the treatment started!

We have not started our treatment plan but we are excited to begin at this office! The staff is very friendly and professional. We were in and out quickly to get photos and consultation done.

I always felt like a friend at Ortho360! Unlike every where else that makes you feel like a patient instead. Normally when I'm seen by a orthodontist, I'm super nervous and scared!! But, not there... My two kids have been in twice and so far really enjoyed it. Everyone has been nice and helpful. Appointments are easy to set up. They work well with our insurance coverage, they provided a clear treatment and financial plan that made it easy to follow along. Love this place! Came in for a consultation for my 9 year old daughter who has a severe overbite. And ended up leaving with braces! The staff is amazing from the time you walk in the door all the way to check-out. Emily the financial coordinator was extremely thorough in giving me great options for treatment and was able to help me get very affordable treatment with monthly payments.

Everyone here is very warming and welcoming! Im certain my daughter is going to have a wonderful experience with ortho treatment. Dr. Burgess is very experienced and definitely gave us all we needed with her style and technique to make the easy choice to follow through with treatment here!

We have been really happy with our experience at Ortho 360 so far and have loved the invisaligners. They are amazing, can hardly see them. I keep asking my kid if she has them in and each time I check, there they are! Impressive.

Both of my sons have had orthodontist care from Ortho 360 and we highly recommend them. They are efficient and friendly at the same time. They are extremely considerate of our time. We never wait more than a minute or two past our set appointment time to be seen. My kids also love the staff.

I've been a patient at Ortho 360 for 2.5 years. I had a severe case of overcrowding, and I wasn't even remotely compliant with my treatment plan. I began with Invisalign and ended up switching to metal braces to complete my treatment quicker, and to take the responsibility of wearing my aligners away from me. lol. Throughout the whole process, I was treated with understanding, empathy, and patience by the entire staff at the 38th St. office.

I would recommend (and have!) this practice to anyone seeking orthodontic treatment, adult or child. I'm 34 and got my braces off today and CANNOT BELIEVE the difference a great smile makes. I spread payments out over the course of my treatment (about $130 a month), so not having to come up with one big payment was also helpful. DO IT!

Best experience ever! I would not go anywhere else - both my daughter and I had as good of an experience as one can have getting braces. The on-going service to maintain our straight teeth has been exceptional. The orthodontists and the techs were all incredibly thorough with great bed-side manners. The best of the best!

I'm so happy that I shopped around before picking an Austin orthodontist. Ortho360 was the only group very willing to go with braces on me (an adult), which allows much tighter control over the teeth, and better results (& more eating during the process, rather than having to worry about taking trays in & out). The doctors & staff are so professional, upbeat, and flexible. Ortho360 patients can see both orthodontists, which provides added perspective.

Their cookies are delicious & their contests fun & informative! My kids love them too, & my husband (whose father was an ortho) feels they are top-notch - as well as very cost-effective. Finally, they are so easy to get to (very central, at their 38th St office) & always willing to fit us in, and proceed at the pace the patient wants. I can't imagine one can do better with an ortho group in Austin!

We had delayed my son's recommended ortho appointment out of sheer laziness (and not understanding why an 8-yr-old needs ortho when he hasn't even lost his teeth). Well, now we know! Staff here is absolutely awesome. Friendly and welcoming. They make it fun for the kids and do a great job of explaining the procedures and plan so both kids and mom understand what's happening.

We were a bit nervous about the cost, but they have a great 0% interest payment plan. easy-peasy. My son's expander is in place and he is dealing with it much better than we could have hoped for :) HIGHLY recommend!

I love Ortho 360! I am a 50 year old woman that wanted to straighten a couple teeth, so my dentist referred me to Ortho 360. I was reticent about wearing braces because it seemed an activity engaged in youth, but I was wrong! To begin, Every team member at Ortho 360 is professional and knowledgeable. There office is impeccably clean, and I never had to wait long for my appointments.

Every team member has a positive can-do attitude, and they are fun! Not only did I end up with a beautiful smile, but I also had an overwhelming positive experience with a whole-lot-of-fun built-in.
