Thank you on my way to good dental health!my cleaning was comfortable and my fillings are doing well.

I preface this with the fact that I am one of those who do not like going to the dentist. I have had a couple of bad experiences and those memories just don't go away. Okay, so now you know that is where I am starting. I went to a dentist as Coronavirus was spreading. Travel from China had been banned and other international travel was getting shut down.

The office I had visited, which was not in Canon City and not associated with Dr. Hall, was very dismissive of the issue and told me that the virus probably wouldn't make it to Colorado. So my confidence was low and I put a pause in my dental care. Earlier this month I did get in to see an endodontist. They are the dentists that specialize in root canals. (Imagine what motivates someone to pursue a career that is synonymous with pain.) The endodontist told me I needed some attention ASAP, but not a root canal if the cavity was taken care of and cooperated.

She got me pushed to an urgent appointment with Dr. Hall. I had a 3:00 appointment and was the only one in the office at 2:30 when I showed up to fill out paperwork. By 3:00 the waiting room had about 10 people in the area. One by one the other patients were taken back. And each one was identified by the tech taking them back. They knew the face that went with the name.

But I was starting to expect that I may not see the dentist until after dinner. What an operation they have. I did get in in short order - probably by 3:15 or so. They really do have a small army of staff that allow them to efficiently serve quite a few patients at the same time. Very, very impressive. What is more impressive is that was the least painful dental experience involving having a cavity drilled and filled that I can remember. Ever.

And my mouth was not nearly as sore as I expected. I went in the next day to have my teeth cleaned and the experience was just as good - in comparison. I will not say there was no pain when getting my teeth cleaned, but that is the nature of the beast. I plan to go back in 4 months to avoid having to have them remove small chunks of concrete from my teeth.

I would recommend Dr. Hall to anyone at this point. Unless you are the person who would cause me to not be able to get in and get my appointment. :) Dr. Hall, Tiffany, and Janine all did work on my teeth.

I always love going here. Everyone is so nice. And I mean everyone. They don't make you feel bad for not flossing as much as you should, the hygienist is so gentle and very nice. And the Dr is amazing! I actually keep my scheduled apps here because I enjoy seeing them!

This was my experience on my first office visit. Dr. Kimra Hall and her dental assistants (Winter and Amanda) had wonderful chair side matter. They were both gentle and extremely caring. The office and treatment rooms had a spa like feel and the staff treated me more like a guest than a patient. I have fears about going to the dentist my personal experience from start to finish was very important and comforting in relieving my anxiety about receiving dental care and treatment. I can't say enough about the level of professionalism and care giving at the office. I look forward to my next visit. Thank You Ryan

Excellent customer service and pain free! I somehow managed to crack a molar in half -very painful! Dr. Hall's staff got me in same day and scheduled my root canal same day as well. The staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I eventually had to have the tooth extracted by Dr. Hall. I took 2 Ibuprofen that evening, and was literally pain free the next day, no problem. Highly recommend

They just took my money, they thought they knew what was wrong. I told them how much pain I was in & they just said take ibuprofen. I told them it wasn't working & they continue to say that was all they could do. I left in more pain than I was in when I got there. Nice ladies at the front desk but the actual dentists/dental assistants service was horrible.

I really don't like dental work, so my oral health wasn't in great shape. All the staff are friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and work to put the patient at ease and explain everything along the way. They did a great job with my periodontal cleanings and fillings. If you are looking for a great dentist and professional service I highly recommended Dr. Hall and Assocs.

Dr Kimra and her team were able to fix my son's front teeth that got knocked out after his pediatric dentist couldn't fix after 2 tries. Dr Kimra's team did the procedure one time & it looks great & were so friendly that Clay is actually happy to go to the dentist!
