The fat, blonde tech is far more rude than she is competent. I'd be surprised if she DIDN'T have a stack of complaints. Dental work is stressful enough without a glorified secretary being aggressive towards you and your loved ones for no reason. And as others have stated: the billing operations are a total nightmare! 2 stars is generous!

Absolutely horrible, disorganized practice. I first tried seeing Dr. Morris as that is who my dentist referred me to. I never even met the guy because he was in surgery during my 8 AM appointment on not front-office staff member or nurse bothered to let me know what was going on until I had already been waiting for an hour and 45 minutes. So, I rescheduled with Dr. Tentindo. Consultation was painless, and I got scheduled for wisdom teeth removal in a relatively short amount of time.

My only instructions for surgery that I was given were "make sure not to eat or drink after midnight the night before." I had to GOOGLE how to prepare for wisdom teeth surgery and general anesthesia - huge liability on the part of this office, I'm amazed no one has called you out on that. Fast forward to my surgery date (yesterday), and I hadn't gotten any confirmation calls, texts, emails, or letters regarding my surgery, and NO instructions about how to prep for surgery. *I* had to call *them* to confirm, and they told me that it had to be rescheduled because Dr. Tentindo had been called into an emergency surgery. That's fine, not much to be done there. However, I asked why I hadn't been contacted about that.

The person I spoke to said that they had tried to call me twice with no voicemails but with no luck. I told her I hadn't received any calls on my phone, so I asked if they had the correct number. They had some random number that I have no relation to for the primary number, but the alternative number was my correct number ( I only have one phone). Wouldn't the logical option then have been to call that second number if I couldn't be reached through the incorrect first number?

Then I asked to see if they had my correct email address. No email address, even though I had to send them my x-rays and insurance information through email, so I KNOW they have it (on top of having to fill out 4-5 forms in the waiting room prior to my appointment where I rewrote my contact info I don't know how many times.) I told her yesterday that I hadn't received any pre-operative instructions during my consultation other than to not eat beforehand, and she forwarded me to the assistant's line.

I left a voicemail for them at 8:10 AM. NO ONE called me back yesterday to help me, so I left another voicemail towards the end of the day pleading (and crying) with them to tell me how to prepare for surgery. I got a call back from the front desk this morning, and I decided to cancel the surgery. I don't trust this team to handle putting me under and cutting into my jaw, and I'm baffled by the incompetency in this office. Don't go here if you can help it. I've been in pain waiting to get my wisdom teeth out since early December 2021.

Now I'll have to wait even longer to get a different referral from my dentist and find someone else. Thanks for not caring about the wellbeing of your patients whatsoever, Oral Facial Surgery Institute Team.

If you're referred to Dr. Morris, run as fast as you can. I initially consulted with Dr Noble. Before my appointment to have teeth extracted by Dr Noble, I was informed that Dr Noble had left the practice and was offered an appointment with Dr Morris. I agreed. I arrived early to my appointment but was taken into a room (not a procedure room) 15 minutes after my appointment time. Ok.

I can deal with that. I waited in that room for one hour. The doctor came in one minute before I was going to leave. His first words: so what's your story? Not hello. Not introducing himself. Not one mention of my name. He finally told me his name as he was out of view, not even addressing me. After I stated my displeasure at waiting an hour and 15 minutes, he proceeded to make excuses.

He was seeing patients for two other partners. He had had to tell two patients they had cancer. But, as I told him, that's not my problem. He was obviously not happy with my comments. As he asked again what I was there for (not bothering to look at my chart), I relented and told him what procedure I was scheduled for, to which he responded "today?" As he started telling me what was going to happen, I said "I think I'll pass", which obviously really hit a nerve.

He told me to stay where I was so he could have the office manager walk me out. It's clear that this man has a God complex and no respect for women, in general, and for his patients overall. There are so many other oral surgeons out there. Avoid this one.

They only care about money, not you. Dr Morris gives off the self important & entitled vibe, and interrupts you while you're talking. I felt rushed at my appointment. My insurance covered 80% of my surgery, but they refused to do a payment plan with me even though my teeth are causing a lot of heath issues; sore throat, headache, tooth aches, nausea, etc.

No one told me I had to pay the difference up front ahead of time despite me calling numerous times before my appointment date. I wasted a lot of time that morning, was very hungry, took wasted vacation time that week to have time to recover, and didn't even need to. So now when I have it done, I will be off work with no pay to recover. Not recommended to anyone.

They wouldn't even call me in any antibiotics for my infection! I would have to go in and see him AGAIN even though he just saw me 2 weeks ago. They just want your money! They don't care about you! Go somewhere else, it's worth it.

Doctor Noble is terrific and the office staff is very friendly. I first went to Midwest Oral Maxillofacial & Implant Surgery in Chesterfield to Dr. Urbanek To get a tooth pulled that was rotten and my bill was almost $2000 they put me under general anaesthesia. They told me for my implant procedure I did not need a sinus lift/ bone graft, upon revisiting this office they now told me I need bone graft and the total price was $6940 under anesthesia.

I feel like it was a bait and switch. At oral facial surgery institute with Doctoe Noble my price was $2515, did not need general anaesthesia and did not need a bone graft. The doctor and staff were very friendly and informative. I would strongly recommend Doctor Noble!

Reading the negative reviews on here - is incredibly shocking as I have had nothing but the best experience possible with everyone, I spoke to at the Oral Facial Surgery Institute. To preface. you know we all have that ONE thing that really gives us the 'heebie geebies'. well mine is the dentist/dental work. A common fear or stress of many. My anxiety may as well have been non-existent with the team I had.

It started with calling to schedule the appointment. The woman at the front desk was understanding and kind as I explained how afraid I was coming in. Mind you, this was just for two wisdom teeth to be removed. She said "I will put you with Dr. Findlay because he is basically a teddy bear. He is very kind and patient." She left out that he was incredibly educated, explained things to me in layman's terms, answered ALL of my many questions and was calm, cool and collected to ensure I was as well.

This was just the consultation! My assistant at the time was also incredibly kind. I left the office confident and relaxed. The dreaded day arrived. I was afraid, anxious and trapped in my head. My favorite thing to do during these times is "verbalize my anxiety" which basically means me talking constantly about my nerves. "I trust you guys. I'm just very afraid." Or "other people feel this way, right? Am I doing okay?" The women at the front desk were incredibly informative and helpful with payment and calmed me saying "this will just be the best nap you've ever had!" Then Kaylee and Casey brought me back (who remembered me from my consultation a MONTH prior!) - as I paced around the room awkwardly once again. verbalizing my stress they allowed me to joke around and just talk through all my nerves.

These women were patient, helpful, calming and efficient! It was like a well-oiled machine - which I felt none of the stress of. They moved quickly in a sense to get me in and out to calm me vs. get me in an out as just another patient of the day. We laughed and joked and truly I felt welcomed and comforted by their demeanor before going under. It truly could not have gone better.

When I saw Dr. Findlay walk in, I was ready and relaxed and knew I had nothing but trust in him. When I came to, the kindness never stopped. Both from Dr. Findlay and Kaylee and Casey. It truly was an outstanding experience. I remember asking Dr. Findlay if he would be my regular dentist. although I knew he was a surgeon - I only hope I can continue to find the same comfort and professionalism in all medical professionals moving forward in my life.

I am on day six and healing well. My work seems to be flawless. Pain, yes. but I was prepared for it with information and medication - the healing process was explained from the immediate start of the surgery. I was sent home with everything I could possibly need for my 'post-op' care. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I CANNOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH! ASK FOR THEM BY NAME! You will not be disappointed. I am so incredibly thankful and grateful for the experience I had. 10/10, no questions asked.

I had a severe cross bite that needed fixed. Dr. Tentindo was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was upfront about what to expect during and post surgery. He spent lots of time in the room and answering any and all questions. The billing department was easy to talk to and so was scheduling. I would highly recommend this team!

Listen, i had to have some teeth pulled today. I did it at The Oral and Facial Surgery Institute at Mercy. Im not a very easy mouth to work on. I dont open very wide, and my mouth is small. My doctor, Dr. Morris who has over 30 years experience, was very good. He made me feel very comfortable and the entire procedure went very fast with very little pain. If you need some more detailed and sensitive dental work done I highly recommend them. 10/10

I got my wisdom teeth removed on Monday by Dr. Gregory Tentindo and I just have to say that his staff is AWESOME! This was my first time ever seeing Dr. Tentindo and he was very nice and allowed me to ask him any questions before my procedure. He definitely is a patient-centered doctor. I would recommend Dr. Tentindo to any and everybody. I also have to give a special shoutout to one of his assistants I think her name was Marissa? SHE WAS GREAT!

I was super anxious before my procedure and she was so nice and explained to me in detail anything that I asked her, and overall made my wisdom teeth experience so much better. She was great, and honestly we need more people like Marissa working in this world. Dr. Tentindo is a great dentist and has great staff. 10/10 would recommend for any dental needs!

The Doctors are all Great. IF you can get past the Insurance department! It lacks a LOT. They are cold, and rude. I was told by Insurance dept. that the ONLY way ANY Insurance co. would only cover a certain procedure would be if I was in a HORRIFIC CAR ACCIDENT and NEAR DEATH! I HAD AN APPROVAL FROM MY INSURANCE COMPANY FOR THE SAID PROCEDURE.THEY WERE GOING TO PAY FOR IT!

I DID ALL THE FOOT WORK.the Insurance department REFUSED to work with us OR My Insurance company! My son said MOM.You Know the Insurance People are gonna screw us over again (not our first go round with them) It's not worth the headaches and heartaches! So if you have the money to just plunk down. Go for it the Doctors are WONDERFUL! Most of the staff is great and pleasant. If you have to use insurance. Go else where.

Dr. Findlay removed 18 of my teeth but didn't set up anything with a dentist to get me partial dentures. I live in a nursing home and the dental company that they use sucks I told him because he wanted good dental care after the surgery but he didn't recommend anyone. So right now I'm stuck with eating soft foods I can't even have a burger because I can't chew I don't have any teeth other than that I would recommend them for anyone who needs Oral Surgery

I had Dr. Noble. He did good on pulling my teeth except he didn't really give me any options besides laughing gas. Felt my whole third tooth be pulled. Did call them about my face being swelled up and they tried to tell me it wasn't infected. Sad that my main dr called the antibiotics in for me. He was nice and so was his staff. Just wasn't happy about the infection part.

2 weeks before my wedding, I started having nearly intolerable pain in a tooth that had given me problems off and on for about 2 years. I got an appointment with Dr. Morris the morning after I called his office, and after x-rays he determined the tooth needed to be extracted. I was ready to pull the thing out myself, so was beyond relieved when he said he could do it that morning, as well as prep it for an implant.

He knew I was going out of the country for my honeymoon, so scheduled a follow-up right before my wedding to make sure everything looked okay, and sent me with an extra script of antibiotics just in case I started having problems while traveling. He also told me I could call anytime if I had any concerns. Between the extraction and follow-ups, I probably had 5 appointments.

In all but one, I would say the wait times were completely within the norm for doctor's offices. There was one appointment where an emergency made him run extremely late. He apologized profusely, and while it was inconvenient, I wouldn't go anywhere else given that one morning I was the emergency, and he took excellent care of me at a time when I was worried a stupid tooth was going to derail my entire wedding and honeymoon.

I personally cannot review the doctors at this Institute because my son was the one who went to be seen because of his jaw being locked. After consulting with my son the doctor suggested a mouth piece to wear at night to help prevent his jaw from locking again. With hesitation because my son does not like spending money on "luxury" items, he was told that our insurance would cover the cost of the mouth piece.

The total for this mouth piece was just under $2000.00. We have medical and dental insurance and since he was told it would be covered by our insurance he agreed to order the piece. It has been months now and fighting with our insurance to find out that the piece is not covered! Our son, who is in nursing school, now has to come up with the money to cover the cost.

Of course, to keep our son from being sent to a collection agency, we will end up paying for it. It is very upsetting that they seem to have taken advantage of a college student with a locked jaw, who could not sleep or eat for over 4 days!

Let me first state the positive--the girls at the front desk and the nurses here are EXCELLENT. They provide genuine kindness and individual attention and didn't make me feel like a crazy person for being freaked out by my wisdom teeth surgery. Now the negative. The uncomfortable. Dr. Morris made me feel pretty uneasy at every meeting I had with him.

I like to think that he didn't mean to make me feel this way, but I just want to put it out as a warning to other patients and potential patients. At my consultation he rushed through what would happen in the procedure like a rehearsed speech. He made jokes and stuff which was nice, I guess, but as someone who has never had as much as a cavity I was hoping he would take the time to make me feel comfortable rather than checking the boxes.

He also called me "cutie" several times, which weirded me out. Surgery was fine/as expected, but I had a lot of pain which turned out to be a dry socket or early infection, which we never really figured that out because he barely looked in my mouth before giving me a few Rxs and sending me on my way. As I was checking out he called me cutie AGAIN and put his hand on my lower back to say goodbye. Gave me the creeps.

Just yesterday I went back in to check on the dry socket/infection situation and as he walked in he dragged his hand up my arm while I was laying in the exam chair as he walked in the room which *just* grazed my boob. Was it intentional? I really have no idea. But he asked me "Are we friends?" which felt like when dudes ask "Can I get a hug?".aka NO, please just saw my teeth out of my head like I wanted you to.

From the other reviews, my experience sounds like a fluke, but since I had three total encounters with him and ALL were uncomfortable, I just wanted to send out a warning, especially to the ladies.

Thank you Dr. Morris! Great bedside manner, caring, walks you through procedure, listens to patient, skilled surgeon and even followed up the surgery with a phone call that night. Dr. Morris goes the extra mile and I highly recommend.

Dr. Morris is by far the best doctor I've ever been treated by for my teeth! He is funny, nice, and most importantly makes the surgery a breeze! I didn't feel any discomfort at all, they sneak in an IV and then you are waking up to them telling you it's done! The recovery was a breeze, I'm positive that he is a magician because I didn't even need pain medicine, I took Motrin for a day or two and the pain was gone.

He doesn't want you to feel any pain and that combined with his impressive surgical skills and his bedside manor make him the only oral surgeon I will ever see. I've recommended him to all of my friends and will continue to do so!
