The best dental care I have ever experienced! The staff was great. Very welcoming and friendly. The dentist was very nice and did a great job with my tooth. would highly recommend to anyone!

Don't get me wrong, I love the people and I believe they provide good services but the price gouging is ridiculous. You can find similar services at through other providers and a much more reasonable price. Unless you have unlimited funds I would stay away.

I definitely give them a 5 stars and would give them more if there was a choice. I got to know Old Milton Dental clinic back in the beginning of the pandemic when I had a very bad toothache and found them in google as the only open office during lockdown. However, I have been visiting this office and taking care of my teeth since then. Professional and caring staffs, reasonable and affordable prices, high tech equipment, the trust they made with me are all the good reasons bringing me back to this office for any dental concerns. I really appreciate it. Definitely recommended

It was my first time going there, but after just one visit I'm sold for life. They way they treated not only myself as the patient but my daughter who has Autism too. I'll never go anywhere else. They brought in their service dog to help calm my daughter.

I wouldn't recommend. I knew about them because i live across the street and I get their mailers. I had pain in my jaw and it was time for my yearly anyway so I asked how soon I could get in. They at least earned one star for the fact I was able to be seen same day but I'm wondering if that's because the woman on the phone misunderstood what I needed.

I was charged 160 just to be told to massage my cheek. Equipment didn't work properly which is concerning considering this is being used to diagnose patients. They are really overpriced and lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful considering I was a new patient.

Love this practice! The hygienists make you feel very comfortable and I never feel the pain that I always have with other practices. I recently had an abscess and was taken right away and another doctor in the practice was free and took care of the issue. The moment you walk into the reception area, you know right away that you have found your forever dental home!

I have been going here for years and love it! Dr. Mazer treats his patients and staff like family. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming and the dental work is top notch. No other dentist can ever compare to Dr. Mazer. They also try to accommodate any special requests you may have. That I'm so THANKFUL for!

I'm not a huge fan of going to the dentist in general, but going to Old Milton Dental is always a pleasant experience. The receptionist is always very welcoming and the hygienist is professional and kind through the entire procedure. My last visit was very pleasant as they had a therapy dog in the office who hung out with me through most of my cleaning which made the experience so much more enjoyable.

Dr. Reid is a great dentist. She has patience, compassion and highly skilled. Explains all procedures and truly cares about your well being.

Dr. Mazer and his staff are amazing. I've been going there since 2010 when I broke one of my crowns. The front desk girls are professional and very nice. My hygienist, Renee, is the best. I had my teeth cleaned the other day and my teeth have never been whiter. She's such a sweet, bubbly and caring person.

Was looking for a new Dentist and I am 100% happy that I found Old Milton Dentistry. The hygienist, Kailyn, was excellent. She was extremely thorough and very sweet. Dr Reid was fantastic and explained the treatment plan very well. I highly recommend this practice.

Yesterday was my first visit to Old Milton Dental. I was impressed with all aspects of the business. The receptionist was friendly and helpful and my wait was less than 5 minutes. The hygienist, Kaitlin gave me the best cleaning I've ever had. The dentist, Corey Mazer made me feel like I was his most important patient even though we had never met. All in all a first class experience. I would never consider going anywhere else.

My wife had come here prior to my first visit and highly recommended I also switch to OMD. INCREDIBLE experience. Every member of the staff went over and above to provide intentional care and service. Megan was extremely thorough and made the xrays, scans, and cleanings such a comfortable experience I could've fallen asleep in the chair. Both she and Dr. Jarvis made me feel like family, and I could tell they had my best interest for dental health in mind (rather than what I've experienced in other offices where they try to push every additional and unnecessary cosmetic procedure at you). This is a TOP NOTCH PRACTICE. Highly recommend!

We have had a wonderful experience with this dental practice! We recently moved to the area and tried several different offices - hands down this was the best experience. Great staff, great facility - very pleased! Took great care of my kiddos and my husband and I are happy too!

My first visit, staff was friendly and my cleaning was very good. Took lots of time with me and made sure they had everything they needed to give me a detailed status of my dental care. Very impressed, dentist pointed out a flaw in two of my crowns that had open margins. I already knew about them but the fact she pointed them out on the first visit was impressive.

My whole family has been going to Old Milton Dental for 10+ years. Our kids have been going there since their first dentist appointment and love going to see Dr. Mazer and his team! We appreciate how clean and thorough they are, and especially how nice everyone is! They genuinely care and get to know your family.

Absolutely amazing staff. We saw two techs in the elevator walking up to the office, and even from that moment, to check-in, and all the way to check out -- every single person was so kind to us. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the Hygienist who cleaned my teeth, but she was probably the kindest person there. Extremely nice and knowledgeable. Great place. Great people. I was always petrified of going to the dentist knowing i needed some major work done. I went to a few other places that were either totally insensitive or just disconnected. Dr. Reid is AWESOME and guys I'm not just saying this to say it, she is literally AWESOME! She genuinely cares, talks to you about your treatment plan in details and makes sure you are OK.

I told my husband later in the day after i had a procedure done that I loved my dentist and that both him and my daughter were transitioning to Old Milton Dental! they knew that if I was saying that it was because she was the best! I look forward to my visits and my new dental home Old Milton Dental w/ Dr. Reid! Thank you!

Not happy, I had an extraction, then and implant installed at there recommended Dr. I went back to have the impression for the crown. At the counter I was asked to pay $3640 for the new crown installed. They would only have to measure, impression, order the crown, and screw it in every thing else was done. I questioned the price, suggested that it seemed high, finally opted to shop other dentists in the area.

My first call to a competitor got me a price of $2500 less a 10% first time discount. That's $1390 less within 5 minutes of shopping. I have seen many other reviews about there pricing. They have told me themselves that they are expensive. How much is too much? Well that was too much for me. Shop around there are other options.

Everyone I know there is outstanding. They are your dentist, but honestly treat you like a loving relative. They are punctual, attentive and give extra love to your lips with this amazing chap stick during procedures. Oh, did I mention you get to keep your tube? From the front desk to the back door.you will love everything about this group.

Very deceptive and unethical. OVER PRICED.$3500 a crown. Misdiagnosed me twice to a point where I had to go see another specialist a periodontist to diagnose the problem. When I told Dr. Mazer about it he literally dismissed me from the practice after me being a patient there for over 5 years, I was also still going through multiple implant procedures with him at the time of him dismissing me.

Complete abandonment of care! He misdiagnosed me in hopes I would buy more $3500 crowns from him when in reality I needed NOT ANOTHER crown but a gum graft from a periodontist that he assured me I DID NOT need to see, and only blamed the previous dentist for the design of his crown. His office manager Kylie is completely incompetent how Dr. Mazer even allows her to run the place simply baffles me.

She can barely take and extend proper notes from the conversations she has with the patients. They do not file your insurance and THEY DO NOT HONOR INSURANCE MARKET PRICES. So even if you have insurance they will charge you what they want, you will pay double for all procedures! 4 out of 6 crowns chipped, broke, or slipped off not even after 5 years of placement.

I have to go through more restorations with implants now that are costing me a fortune. MY ADVICE DO NOT LET THEM DECEIVE YOU! You will be over paying for service and product that is the same and less expensive else where. BUYER BEWARE! Furthermore Dr. Mazer only knows how to glue and screw on crowns. My mistake was thinking he is a real dentist. He does not know real dentistry at all. Just very money hungry very obvious.very expensive building he is in.

My husband and I needed a new dentist after moving to GA, and we are SO happy we decided on Old Milton Dental. Every single person we spoke to was delightful and so sweet. We had a pair of very thorough new patient exams, with tons of scans and images. Of course, the first visit was a bit long, but it is worth it to be able to track how our teeth change.

The cleaning itself was very good and was not unbearable at all. I laid back in my chair and watched HGTV the entire time. I was a person who hated the dentist, but I can honestly say I am looking forward to going back. The Covid precautions that were in place were excellent. So we were both extremely comfortable during our visit. There is a check-in table outside the suite entrance for temperature checks, then separated seats within the waiting rooms.

Staff offered patients clean pens and wore gloves (and changed them often). There is also plenty of parking! If you are looking for a new dentist definitely try Old Milton Dental. Everyone was awesome.

My mouth was a complete mess. I needed fillings, crowns, cleaning. They fixed problems made by my prior dentist; bite not adjusted properly after fillings which later broke and damage was so bad it required crowns. The lack of adjustment resulted in slow erosion/destruction of teeth over one year period. I could clearly see the difference in attention to detail that Dr. Powell has VS my prior dentist. Oh, and this is just as important, the staff there; they all like each other. It's a happy office.

Full of life! It gave me a sense of relief, which was an unexpected benefit that was serendipitous (yes I just used that word). If you are on the fence and decide to give this office a chance, you will never regret it. Their pricing was competitive. I did look around; but I can confidently say that I am an expert on this place after dropping enough cash to nearly buy a new car.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is rip off, I am not sure how board or insurance companies let this crook get away with that kind of pricing. They are a bunch of incompetent dentists wanna be. Very unprofessional, rude, and a waste of time. I had to go to another dentist to fix their mess.

Excellent; but, very expensive. Upper mouth guard alone was $800.00. In retrospect, probably should have called around and priced it.

Amazing practice with fast friendly on time service! Dr Katie Reid is always friendly and concerned with her patients comfort during all procedures. Her hygienist Tina can be counted on to clean your teeth with minimal to no discomfort or pain. If you are looking for a dental practice that cares about their patients this is the place. You can also count on them to be ready for you at the time of your appointment. You won't be left in the waiting room long after your appointment time like many practices dental or medical

Just moved to town and was fortunate enough to find Old Milton Dental. They are great people and have the latest state of the art equipment to make going to the dentist more pleasant.

Ridiculously high prices! Great service and very knowledgeable, friendly staff but the highest prices for dental services I've ever encountered. A Resin Composite-3s Posterior filling was $437 (do research as this is well over double what the procedure traditionally cost). The practice also does not have in-network insurance companies, so be prepared to pay. Once again, great service and experience, but other dentists with great reviews offering similar services for a fraction of the cost.

My dentist is Dr. Mazer and my hygienist is Leslie. Dr. Mazer is always welcoming and is an excellent dentist. I've had several fillings done as well as my twice yearly cleanings and it is always a great experience. I love that my crazy questions are always answered with professionalism and to make me feel comfortable. Leslie is the sweetest person you'll ever meet, is so gentle with my teeth, and I always look forward to catching up with her during my visit. If you need a dentist who does excellent work and really cares about their patients then give Old Milton Dental a try.

Dr Cory Mazer at Old Milton Dental is my dentist. He is exceptional. I do not fear having my mouth numbed because the process is painless with Dr Mazer. The staff is very professional, kind and caring. Renee, my hygienist, has a very light touch. My whole family goes there. Dr Mazer is great with children too! My grandchildren march right in for their visits! I hope this helps you discover a great place for your dental health.

They are simply excellent. The people are genuinely nice and upbeat and the facility is state-of-the-art. I have been going to Old Milton Dental for years and cannot say enough good things about them. THE BEST!

I wish that I could give them more than 5 stars, so in lieu, I'm leaving reviews wherever I can. I've lived in 6 states and had 7 dentists over the last 15 years, and none of them can even come close to Dr. Mazer and his staff at Old Milton Dental. I got a new insurance policy and had some fine print in it that I missed, and I would've had to pay a lot of money after the fact for my dental work.

Without asking, and understanding the situation, Old Milton Dental took care of a lot of the charges so that I could stay within my expected budget. I don't ever plan to switch dentists, and would even consider staying with these guys if, for some reason, I had to move again!

I had a very positive experience with this practice. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and efficient with my new patient paperwork. The waiting area was clean and quiet and I was taken back to the exam room right on time! Hannah, my hygienist, was great.very nice and gentle, but thorough. Dr. Reid was also terrific. She explained what she was doing as well as the results of her exam and my x-rays, and she completely answered all of my questions. I would recommend this office without reservation.

Although the facility is top notch, I would not recommend this office, primarily due to their overly expensive, but average dental services, and aggressive extortion-like billing practices. I visited this office several months ago as a new patient for general cleaning services with insurance. I inquired about initial fees, and was told the first cleaning and x-rays was a discounted rate of $129; they would bill my insurance company and accept that amount as payment in full.

My insurance company paid $246, which was $117 MORE than their "courtesy rate" of $129. After the initial cleaning, I received a treatment plan for four (4) fillings that averaged OVER $300 PER FILLING! I decided to have only one filling done at such an astronomical fee schedule, because my tooth was really bothering me. My PRINTED out-of-pocket quote beforehand was $153.50, but somehow costed $178.50 after I had the filling done.

I reluctantly paid, only to receive an additional bill AFTER insurance paid their portion for $46. I did not pay immediately, and received several notices with $5 fees incurred because they had to do "additional billing notice." REALLY! $5 per month to send out a notice. Finally, after several threatening notices (IN LESS THAN 90 DAYS), I received a collection letter from a third party agency for $72.00. The sad part is, MY TOOTH STILL HURTS AND IS STILL SENSITIVE TO HEAT AND COLD!

I recently went for a cleaning as a brand new patient. The staff was great. The cleaning was great. BUT they tried to tell me I needed almost $8000 in dental work. I've been to this type of dentist before so I went to another dentist for a second opinion. They recommended 1 filling, NOT $8000 worth of fillings and crowns. The prices here are super high! And they recommended things that were simply not necessary. I won't be back!
