Ease of getting an appointment. Front desk women are very polite and accommodating. Dentists are very professional and caring. Dental assistants are caring and are always checking to see if you are comfortable. Dr Allie pulls teeth like no one else. There is no pain and the healing process is very comfortable, Can you imagine an enjoyable dental experience!

I made an appoint thinking was going to see Dr. Busch- instead I was seen by another dentist- I was not happy. When it came time to pay- as I usually do I ask for a bill and make payment through my banking system. Instead I was treated like a deadbeat and pressured into paying with a cc which I did not want to do. When I asked to see the dentist- I was told I could not- that it was a corporate practice.

I won't get into their diagnosis and "treatment plan" at this point because I am going to take my xrays to another dentist for a 2nd opinion. Bottom line- I did not feel comfortable. Update: 2nd opinion showed work was necessary- got a nice call from office apologizing and explaining that Dr Busch is not in on Fridays and an offer for a complimentary visit. I will go ahead with the work

Today was my first dental visit in almost 2 years and I was apprehensive for my visit. The office was a pleasant surprise, very tech focused and modern. Everyone was kind, knowledgeable and attentive.plus I got to watch Netflix during my cleaning while staring at the ceiling. I've already booked my next appointment and would def recommend it to anyone in the neighborhood.

Can going to the dentist be a pleasure? This one is. Friendly, efficient and effective. I am delighted with the progress of my treatment. Staff are ALL attentive and helpful. I'd recommend the practice to anyone.

As the world's worst dental patient due to sensitivity and dental anxiety, I was pleased that everyone was reassuring and understanding. Each person I spoke with explained procedures and put me at ease. Thank you Angela, Stefani, Danielle, Dr Burgess and Dawn! (Hope I didn't miss anyone!) I finally found a new dental practice and I'm very happy with them. I even made another appointment!

I had an excellent first visit with OG Dental. All of the staff were welcoming and informative. The office is very nicely designed with all the latest equipment & paperless technology for appointments & forms. They also have a huge waiting room specifically for children which I thought was a nice touch. I had one of the most thorough teeth cleaning sessions of my life.

I normally leave my dentist with a great deal of gum pain after cleanings. This was not the case with my hygienist. She was great. I had a brief but clear visit w one of the dentists to review my X-rays & discuss a crown that needs to be replaced. I also inquired about Invisaline to help with my shifting teeth. Their staff created a plan of what and when my work could be done, I met with the finance gal to review the costs & what my insurance would cover.

They emailed me the treatment plan without tons of pressure to commit (The Invisaline process is pricey). I would definitely recommend this organization to anyone who is looking for a positive dental experience.

I've been going the OGD for 3 years now and can safely say this is the most professional, friendly, enthusiastic, clean and efficient dentist's office I've ever been too. It's hard for me to imagine a smoother operating practice or a place I'd rather go to experience (occasionally and always at a minimum) intense boughts of pain. Of course they offer gas to help with that, or local anesthetics. The TVs screens that drop from the ceiling are great for longer visits, just throw on an episode of friends and you're good to go. If you're on the fence, don't be.

Steer clear of this place, their primary objective is to take as much money from you as possible. Our whole family used this practice for about a year and a half but now we're through. First of all, they have a habit of claiming you need procedures not covered by your insurance, but not telling you that, then you walk out and get socked with a $1,500 bill they insist you pay immediately.

And if you have any kind of emergency come up and have to reschedule an appointment last minute, they charge you. I tried rescheduling once when my father was in the hospital, was told I had to pay $50, decided to reschedule other appointments to avoid the fee, but when I showed up to the appointment, was told they cancelled and they still charged me the $50!

My two daughters and I are each getting fillings replaced by a proper dentist. Our family will not be returning. The issue is the conveyor belt approach Dr Bush operates. Never enough time to do a proper job. Beware.

Just sat on hold for 20 minutes before giving up. I simply needed to tell them that a patient was running late and not a no show. I called the first time, the receptionist answered and immediately said, "Please hold" and put me on hold. After 5 minutes of being on hold, I hung up and called back again - I cut her off before she could say it again and said "Please don't put me on hold" before I even got that out I was on hold. Hung up called back again waited for 15 minutes more minutes when the person who was running late text me they have arrived so I hung up! Good grief! That is a simultaneously exceptional and unacceptable amount of time to be on hold without speaking with someone. Poor phone soft skills!

I went to OG Dental For 11 years and in that time I found the hygienists to be delightful and friendly. Dr Busch has always done good by us. But my experiences with the other dentists there were so negative that we had to request not to be seen by them. Yet we were continually given them. I explained that I can not continue there if these other dentists continue to come in and misdiagnose is over and over. Sure enough it happened again so we had to leave. After 11 years no call from them and no attempt to try to salvage the 5 clients they lost.

I just had the best root canal experience ever! I would greatly recommend the office to anyone who is looking for the best dental services in the area. Excellent customer service and care. Technology, expertise, atmosphere.all that I look for and deserve. After the procedure, I went to the gym and then had dinner - absolutely no pain! Thank you! 20 years of excellent experiences at this place. Graceful! Melissa is absolutely phenomenal! I have no reason to go anywhere else! And with the way they do my teeth - I look younger and younger : love and smiles

We've been going to OGDC since we moved to town in 2012, have been having as positive experiences as I feel you can have at a dentists. Recently I went for a clean and was told by Dr Silva that I had a cavity that needed to be filled ASAP. I was shocked because I felt no twinge at all in the tooth. The procedure was fine but Dr Silva and the hygienist spent the entire time talking about a trip the office had just taken to a brewery.

Not very professional. Then once the anaesthetic wore off at home I couldn't go near the tooth, even room temperature water was agony. I went back and was told that she had filled it too much and she would file it down. Flash forward 3 months and it's better but I can't chew on that side of my mouth or drink cold water. Weirdly my dad had the exact same issue with Dr Busch but his was so bad he had to take Vicodin to get through the work day and Dr Busch stayed after hours to fit him in to correct it.

His is still not perfect either. Dr Busch has done my mums invisilign and she's very satisfied; it took longer than she expected but that happened with mine and my sisters braces at a different dentist anyway so that's not abnormal. The only redeeming factor is that my mum is happy with her care.

The team at OGDC is very empathetic and supportive from my first phone call onward. I've been in the office 4 times and their systems, office presentation, organization and quality of service are totally 5 star. I have had a profound gag relax. it previously prevented all dental work. Sedation handled it all and left me with a better frame of mind. Dr B did multiple complex dental procedures at one go. what a relief! highly recommended.

Dr. Busch and his team are amazing, and all really good looking. Not that looks matter when you are trusting your oral health to them, but it helps. The new office space is very hip and comfortable. I have been a patient for almost 10 years and have no complaints. I look forward to my visits.unless they aren't routine.

I strongly recommend OG Dental for those looking for a new dentist or looking to switch. The front desk ladies were very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful with scheduling and finances. My hygienist, Leah, and Dr. Busch were both great at educating me in the procedures/treatment plan I need to have done and the reasons why. I hadn't been to the dentist in years and the quality of care and attention was excellent! This office is beautiful, modern and also family friendly!

I have never been to a dental or medical office that was so welcoming and efficient my first visit went with ease. The receptionist knew who I was upon my entering the greeted me with the biggest smiles which was a great start. I then went on to meet the hygienist Kate who cleaned my teeth like never before she was very knowledgeable and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, she then called the doctor in who was a really cool dude he spoke to me in dental language I can understand made sure before leaving I understood everything we discussed. I do need a few more visits, but I plan on now switching the rest of my family. Thank you Dr. Busch and Staff

This is a wonderful dental practice, which we can fully attest, since our entire family has been going there for over 10 years. After experiencing many other dentists, we can clearly rate this practice at the highest level. The office is pleasant, and entire staff is highly professional, personable, skillful, and knowledgeable. They are prompt, take time to patiently explain options and procedures, gain your prior approval for procedures, and clearly answer questions, including those involving billing.

It is rare to find a dentist who has excellent credentials, state of the art knowledge and equipment, and a responsive and caring staff. Dr. Busch and his support team accomplish this in an exemplary fashion. His care has been excellent in all ways. I would highly recommend his practice to anyone with dental issues.
