Extremely friendly staff from the receptionist all the way to the dentists themselves. They explain things very well including a camera that can display images on the screen and show you exactly what they're speaking about. The facilities are not flashy but I'd rather save money and pay for what is needed versus the ambience.

Let me tell you that Dentists and their medical staff are great but what sours the whole experience is the front desk staff. To put it shortly 2 appointments I was given were never put in the system. One of them they were able to see me but the other was a root canal that I waited 2 weeks for and took off from work, when I got there I was told nothing is in the system for me and person who scheduled me is not in and apparently is also a manager.

I was told very rudely there is nothing they can do for me and I have to wait another week and again take off from work and bye bye pretty much. I asked to speak with a manager and was told since she is not there, she will call me. Well, she never did! I work for a medical facility and if I spoke this way to a customer and especially if we made a mistake then it would be my last day at work. If my time is not valued and my teeth health are not important than I will find a place where it is.

I am 65 years old and have experienced many dentist offices in my life. Dr. Diksha and the whole staff have earned my respect and admiration for their professionalism, demeanor and commitment in providing exceptional care for my difficult dental situations. I highly recommend this office.

This is the great place to take care of your teeth. Dr. Diksha is the best Dentist I've ever met in my whole life and also her assistant Brisa. Doctor is very professional, courteous and explained every procedure that she would do to my teeth. Staffs are very nice and kind as well, especially Doctor Diksha and her assistant Brisa. I felt I was in good hands.

I was also amazed that the Doctor speaks many Languages , she is very talented indeed. I would highly recommend this location and choose Doctor Diksha. Hi Doctor its me Maria F.

My experience at Ogden Dental was phenomenal! The staff is very professional and it is very sanitary. Dr. Agrawal is amazing! Very attentive and always has a positive attitude. Hands down best dentist I've ever been to. Normally I don't like dentist visits but I always look forward to coming here!

Okay where do I start! This dentist is by far one of the best dentist office I have ever been too! I've been experiencing some pain in my teeth due too cavity's. I am not a huge fan of the dentist and usually panic but Dr Diska always make my visits so much easier. She's patient, kind, and make sure that you are not feeling any discomfort while working on your teeth.

Today I got 3 cavity's filled and she made sure that I did not feel any pain and kept checking on me. I wish more Dr's were like her because I've been to offices where the doctor did not care about your level of pain or care to make sure you are comfortable. I absolutely love this location and I absolutely want to thank the staff for being patient and super nice to me! You guys are the absolute best! Wish I can give a 10star.

The hygienists and assistants here unprofessional and rough. They seat you and make you wait for a long time. There seemed to be a lack of coordination that resulted in an unnecessary wait time that took a routine cleaning and exam over 1.5 hours. The dentists are okay and the older lady in charge of front is nice so 2 stars only for that.

A week ago, my old dentist pulled two molars. It got infected and I had a dry socket. My old dentist said she was too busy to see me until next week. I called Ogden Dental on a Saturday, and the receptionist was so sweet. She asked if I could be there in 45 minutes. The doctor immediately addressed my pain with novicaine and didn't make me wait. She then treated my infection. She was SO NICE! I'm not a big fan of the dentist, but she made it comfortable for me. I have Medicaid and they took my insurance.

Dr Diksha is THE BEST Dentist I have ever went to. She explained everything I needed ( crown) and did the procedure with ease. I am super happy with my results and truly grateful for all her help. I was unemployed at the time and on state insurance and I was very concerned not having regular Healthcare. That did not matter. She did an excellent job and I highly recommend anyone with Regular or Medicaid to Ogden Dental!
