I've been a patient at Aesthetic & Family Dentistry for almost a decade now and I can't imagine going anywhere else for my dental work. The entire staff is friendly, considerate, and attentive to my needs. Scheduling is easy and they are up front and communicative about insurance coverage and cost. Recently, I've had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Bruhn and Lamika-both of whom I trust completely to provide the highest quality advice and treatment.

As always, the staff and treatment at Aesthetic and Family Dentistry was professional and caring. I give them total credit for the healthy and attractive condition of my teeth. My family and I enjoy going to the dentist! It is a peaceful and rewarding experience every time.

Aesthetic & Family Dentistry on Wisconsin Ave is the most incredible dentist I've ever been to! Every staff member is friendly and helpful. From booking to insurance to the services themselves, I am extremely satisfied! I was able to get a desirable appointment time (4:45 pm) that works with my schedule. While there, I found out I needed 2 fillings.

During the appointment, Amie checked with my insurance so when I checked out I would know the exact cost to pay when I returned. She also helped me find an appointment just 5 days later to get the fillings! Khina was an amazing hygienist in my cleaning and was very friendly. Lamika was incredible as the hygienist during my fillings. Both Khina and Lamika made me feel so welcomed and talked with me as a person, not just a patient. Dr. Obholz is without a doubt a phenomenal dentist.

She talked through every step of both appointments. She helped explain every step that she took and even showed me the pictures of the teeth that required fillings. Dr. O also provided above necessary care in offering numbing gel when she knew it would be a painful area. She talked through what the process would be like at my initial appointment and the day of.

She completed both fillings with no numbing and I was in and out of the office within 15 minutes. I felt very comfortable the entire time and I am extremely happy to have found such an incredible office right in my neighborhood. If you are considering booking here, I highly recommend!

A visit to the Dentist is never a trip that's high on most people list of places to visit. If you struggle with that problem, please switch your regular dentist office to come here for your routine visits. I promise you narrative about dentist visits will change once you step foot into beautiful facility. Actually you don't even have to step foot in the building to feel the hospitality and professionalism, Ami took my info over the phone and was clear and concise with booking me an appointment same day!

Let's get into how amazing Dr. Bassily and Khina are. They were more than helpful, informative and did not make me feel uncomfortable in any way. I have ever been more excited to return, and grow on my oral health journey!

The family here at A&fD are great. I had a lot of work that needed to be done because of my stress levels when it comes to Dentist's. These ladies here are great, they ALL make me feel welcome and at ease. Lamika is a great addition to the team but they're all great! Thank you ladies

My 16-year-old Son, who usually doesn't relax in the dentist's chair, was made comfortable and easily treated and cared for by the dental professionals at Aesthetic and Family Dentistry. I strongly recommend this business for all aspects of dental health. Moreover, the care and professional services rendered to my 14-year-old Son, who was maturing from one pediatric dentist for the past 10-years, was exemplary.

Always a pleasant experience (not something you usually hear related to a dentist's office) with Aesthetic & Family Dentistry of Washington. Dr. O always exceeds my expectations for educating her patients on their dental needs and making recommendations for their care. Her awesome staff mainstays (namely Amie) add to the comfortable environment. I'll definitely be back and I highly recommend this practice to anyone that asks. Kudos all around!

Chipped my tooth and was able to get an appointment right away. They handled it quickly and made me feel as comfortable as possible. Lamika was wonderful and has a great sense of humor. They have a great team!

After my last dentist retired, I was on the search for a new one. Fortunately, I was referred to Aesthetic & Family Dentistry. It is a clean facility with a kind and professional staff. My cleanings and other dental work have been excellent. I appreciate the amount of care Dr. Bruhn and Tania took to ensure my comfort during my last appointment. Dr. Bruhn and Ning did an amazing and thorough job of conducting my annual cleaning today. The front desk staff were also very warm and friendly. Agree with all the other reviews-the team is very efficient. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for my next cleaning!

Dr. Bassily and staff are highly competent and responsive to patient needs. Unfortunately, I broke a crown while traveling and it was necessary to have a replacement immediately. I was welcomed into the practice and within two hours I left with a brand new crown that fit exactly. It has been almost two weeks since the work was done and I have had no pain or sensitivity. To me it was remarkable that they actually produced the crown onsite and within the allotted time frame. Thank you, Dr. Bassily and staff!

Dr Obholz leads a team at Aesthetic & Family Dentistry that is second to none. Not only is Dr Obholz generous with her time, but she has a staff that prioritizes the patient experience. And she treats every patient with kindness and professionalism. Tania supported Dr Obholz on a recent visit for crown replacements, and her patience was so appreciated. I no longer fear going to the dentist and it's because Dr Obholz and her team are so good at what they do.

Wonderful, friendly, attentive and experienced staff. Our family has been with them for years and have always had a positive experience. If you dread going to the dentist this dental practice may change your outlook.

Fantastic office. Dr. Bassily, the dental hygienist Mary and the entire staff are great. The work is high quality, no pain and very efficient. They're busy but work with your schedule and always get you taken care of. I needed a crown and they were able to make it in the office the same day without the need to come back for a staged procedure as is common in most settings. Would absolutely recommend!

UPDATE: So, after many years of coming to this clinic and getting an excellent service, I was really disappointed today and will STOP going here. It is really unfortunate because I loved the doctors who are amazing! After many years of going to this clinic and getting all types of procedures and treatment there, today I had to cancel my dental cleaning because of something unexpected at work (Friday is a working day!) and was told that I am going to be charged $75 for cancelling later than 48 hours before the appointment.

Although I explained that this was out of my control, and despite having a simple 15 min cleaning planned for today they told me that "it's their policy" and that they could do nothing and will be charging me. The issue is not the charge, which is nothing, but the attitude towards it's customer! Customer, who has provided numerous references, bringing more clients and business for the clinic!

Apparently $75 is more important than the thousands we are paying to the clinic! Unbelievable! I will STOP going there, along with my wife and I will also make sure that my many friends from the World Bank and others will know about this and find another place, where customer service and the value of a customer is put above a "policy". Again, it's not about the $75, it's about how much more important it is for the clinic to stick to it's policies, despite losing much more business!

I wish all the best to this clinic, and hope that they will show a bit more flexibility and customer care in future to avoid losing more business. PREVIOUS REVIEW: As always an excellent service and a pleasant experience - something that is hard to even imagine when going to a dentist! :)

They are always prompt, friendly and efficient but you don't feel rushed either. Thorough without being overbearing and they don't push a bunch of treatments on you. Very professional. Highly recommend!
