The dentists here are frauds as I have Worked here on the inside and all they care about is making money off you and cheating you. They train there employees to inform the patients "they need work done" when it's not necessary. This office is about making as much money off new customers because of the A/R problems they have. STAY AWAY as strong suggestion!

Dr. Jones and her team are the best! I just had a cleaning there as a new patient and the entire process was seamless. They emailed all my new patient paperwork ahead of time so that when I arrived, Diana did a COVID screening/took my temperature and Dr. Jones' assistant, Justina, took me back right away. The cleaning was great and everyone there is just SO nice! I highly recommend Oak Park Dental Studio!

Nevr coming here again when i walked in and talked to the lady at the front she was super rude to me for no reason i greeted her with a smile i did my usual check in and she was super rude idk if she was havin a bad day or something but her name started with a C and i will no longer get my teeth cleaned here i will find somewhere else to go.

This is a dishonest dental practice. I very directly asked if they accepted my insurance and they said they did. Shame on me for not doing any further research because what they failed to mention is that they are not aligned with ANY insurance company. So they are OUT OF NETWORK regardless of your provider. Basic things like a diagnostic appointment or cleaning winch would have been 100% covered under my insurance, I received a bill for 2 MONTHS LATER. I'd already had additional work done in the meantime so I had no idea it was coming.
They then charged me $325 for a filling (more than TWICE what my insurance allowance is of $158!), AND preformed a procedure that wasn't even covered by my insurance WITHOUT MY CONSENT. I was furious. The dentist was nice guy, but what shady business practices. They also refused to release my dental records so I could go to an in network dentist until I paid their outrageous fees. I'm out about $435 because they lied through omission. DON'T GO HERE.

Best dentist experience I've ever had. I'm grateful for Dr. Lepkowski and the rest of the staff here. A friend referred me to him and I'm really glad I started going here. Great chair-side manner! Dr. Lepkowski explains things well and lets me know what he'll be doing before doing it. He is kin, thorough and patient in consultations too. And he listens. I highly recommend this dentist. Parking and location are easy and they text reminders of appointments.

I am so happy I found this place. They make my family and I feel so welcomed. I always hated going to the dentist but this dental office makes me look forward to going in. The doctor and staff are truly amazing they take their time and explain everything with great detail and actually care for you. They also, take the time to get to know your name. Scheduling appointments is fun Quick and easy. I love this place

New patients beware. The billings dept here is not forthcoming with information. I called to make an appointment for a standard cleaning and exam as a new patient. I was NOT told over the phone that there is an additional "initial visit" fee. I have visited other dentists, and in my dental plan all preventative work is generally fully covered, and I haven't had to pay out of pocket.
When I made the appointment, I asked multiple times if this would be the case, and the answer was very vague and that a billing/insurance specialist (Lisa?) would call me back, but that they worked with my insurance all the time, and it probably wouldn't be a problem. Guess what - I never got a call. My appointment lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes, and I didn't even get a cleaning out of it!
They took digital pictures of my teeth and put them up on a screen (which I did not ASK for) and then later charged me $34 dollars for digital photos. There is a long-haired dog running around the office (in the actual patient rooms), which I find very unhygienic. The dog did not have a vest on to indicate it was a therapy dog. I can't imagine they can control the amount of fur flying around and touching various dental instruments. It's gross, and I actually like dogs!
I am looking into the state board to see if I can report this condition. When I went to check out, I was presented with a bill for $92 for a "Comprehensive Oral Exam" and $34 for the aforementioned photos. I was confused because I had filled out a form indicating they could bill my insurance directly, and as I mentioned, I've never had to pay for preventative care before.
They offered to drop my bill by 50% because they hadn't warned me about the additional initial consulting fee, and they indicated that their billings/insurance dept would call me to help sort it out. Guess what, they still haven't - and I am not holding out hope that they will. I'm guessing I am out $63. The visit ended with a list of recommended procedures and an estimated fee for them.
How is one to trust the actual costs and that they won't just throw in extra items (i.e., "digital photos") without asking the patient's permission first? I am really disappointed because now I have to find another dentist, the time to have another visit somewhere else so that I can actually get a cleaning done, and figure out how soon my insurance will cover another visit. I feel like my time and money was wasted here.
