Legitimately the worst practice there is. I called more than three weeks ago about an ear infection and still have not heard back anything. This isn't the first time I've called and I was told that I'll hear back from someone. Phone lines are always extremely busy and you can never get through. Staff does not take down messages or follow up. The operations management needs to fix these issues going forward. I would highly recommend looking at a different office.

Absolutely would not recommend the Corfu location. I have seen my actual doctor only once or twice, and I see a different NP just about every time. If you don't answer a phone call or call back immediately, they continue to call daily and sent passive aggressive letters in the mail. Most of the staff is rude and standoffish. I have been made to feel different for being LGBT as well.

Staff is super friendly, however everytime I'm in the office it takes FOREVER! I always sit in a room for at least a half an hour before someone comes in. Even when I'm the only patient in the office. They have always been great about looking into any problems that I might have so I put up with the wait issue. With having young kids though, it gets stressful sitting around keeping them out of stuff.

This place is terrible, Mary O'Bear is a terrible doctor. Everyone of my friends who have seen her has had a bad experience. I went and saw her about 2 and a half weeks ago for stomach issues, but mostly anxiety. She didn't do a single test. This lady is stuck so far in the past that she simply refuses to prescribe people the necessary medication to get on with their daily lives. I'm going to go to a real doctor that can help me with my health concerns, thank you.
