My first appointment at this dentist was amazing. The place is well kept, the employees are professional and very welcoming, the dentist I saw really listened to me and my concerns/questions. They helped me create a plan for payments if my insurance didn't cover everything. Also, I had my permanent retainer come loose and they fit me in same day. This place is definitely one I would recommend.

Excellent service, excellent staff, always. I've been going to Dr. Lum for years (15+ yrs. I can't remember exactly. It's been so long). I've been to the Kahala location, then their old Pearl City location, then back to the Kahala location when I lived town, and now that we live on the west side, the newly renovated Pearl City location. Most of my family goes to them.
The entire staff is pleasant. Russelle has magic hands. She is so gentle yet so effective at cleaning your teeth. Dr. Lum is great and the few times I've had his daughter Dr. Lum have been really good experiences.

Dr Dayton Lum is so amazing! I've had so many bad dental experiences in my life and Dr Lum has been able to fix the work. I had an uneven bite from a crown that was too high, I had a broken crown from a previous dentist, etc. One time I needed an emergency root canal & he worked late just to take me. His professionalism & bedside manner is bar none! He's so thorough I love him & his great staff!

Dr Lum and his team are awsome! I have always hated the dentist untill i started going here. They make me feel so comfortable and ensure im ok through out my appointment since they know im always so anxious. Dr Lum pulled out my wisdoms, which i was petrified about, but it was so easy and the next day i was good as new! When i had an emergency due to a tooth ache they got me in within hours and was able to fix the problem right then. Tasi is a great help and always accommodating to my schedule when making apointments and follow ups. Highly reccomend them for your dental needs!
