Dr. Jacobs and their staff are the best. I've been a patient for almost a year now and cannot say enough good things about them. They are so knowledgable and are always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is right. They are transparent about everything, and ensure that you understand every procedure. Cleanings with Angel were especially nice and the dental assistants always offer you a blanket if you're cold in the room.

The best dental team in the area! They are kind, compassionate and truly care about their patients. The assistants are amazing, the hygienist is extremely sweet, and the front office ladies are a hoot. Dr. Jacobs has done an amazing job treating every patient like family so they can call Northwest Family their dental home. Definitely stop by if you are looking for a place to feel comfortable and at ease with your dental needs

Dr. Jacobs and the entire NW Family team are wonderful. They've taken care of my entire family for several years. We appreciate how thorough they are with our dental care. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. Call me weird, but I really enjoy my visits to the dentist!

I am 54 years old and have seen more than my fair share of dentists. With the sudden arrival of a serious issue and being between dentists I was directed to this office. I cannot, simply cannot, describe the difference between this office and everyone I encountered here and every single other dentist I have ever been to. Like night and day. Everyone I encountered at Northwest Family Dental was the friendliest, kindest, and most compassionate people I have ever met in the industry. Dr Jacobs was absolutely, hands down, the best, gentlest dentist I have ever seen.

While working on my disaster of a mouth she was as gentle and compassionate as humanly possible in an unfortunate situation. The best mix of professionalism, personal ease, and genuine concern for her patients that I have ever seen in a dentist. I honestly had no idea that her level of care actually existed in the profession. In this day and age of generic cookie cutter dental offices more concerned about how much they can squeeze out of your insurance than who you might be and what your concerns are, Northwest Family Dental was an amazing revelation that there are really dentists who genuinely care about and for their patients on a deeper, more comforting level.

You could and will probably do worse by considering any other dentist or office for your dental care. If you're lucky you get to pet the therapy dog and the relaxation room is an awesome treat. 5/5 stars. Would definitely extract again

I want to thank Dr Jacobs for always taking the time to care for me and my family members like they were her own. She is one of the most knowable dentist i have been too. Her Staff is always polite and will go out of their way to help with any concerns you may have. Beautiful office. I will only go to NW family dental for me and my family. This dental office is extremely organized, clean, and hosts a friendly and knowledgeable staff! Our family was visiting the area and had a few dental emergencies occur, and this office was more than willing and determined to help our family. My daughter has extreme anxiety with dentists, and they were able to keep her calm and complete her dental work.and most of all were able to make her pain free!

We live in another state (military), and she requests for them to be her dentist.which is how much we trust this office. Thank you for going above and beyond with your customers! They truly care about their customers!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jacobs for years. Location is very good and easy to get too. The office is always welcoming and very interesting with the decor that is put up for different seasons. This helps the patient relax and not worry about the appointment. I understand my treatment plan. I like the dental hygienist, she always makes me feel comfortable, and treats me in a positive manner. Dr. Jacobs is always very professional, encourages me to stick with the plan, does a through exam and tells me how good Im doing. I am glad she is my dentist.
