Horrible service. I came here for a cleaning that I SCHEDULED. They cancelled because I didn't confirm the appt, only could see me for X-ray and exam. NOT the cleaning, which I scheduled for. Talked with the manager and she told me the same thing. Started raising her voice at me, I told her good luck with your practice we'll see how far it goes. She then proceeds to get upset and tells me to leave now.
Also got upset because I told her to not raise her voice at me, told front desk lady to sign a release of records because she's dismissing from her horrible practice. Sad I've been coming here since Dr Dunn was a dentist here. Disgusting to see the way a "manager" acted. Don't worry I did report your sorry attitude to corporate! Get better training to be a manager.

This is my 4th cleaning with Reina and I have to say. I am impressed! Super friendly, knowledgeable and great at explaining what was and is going on with my dental care. I cannot say enough good things about her. Not only was she patient, but she made my teeth look amazing . Sid at the front desk was also super kind and did a great job helping me out with my paperwork as well. Overall- I've had a 10 experience every time I've been in!

Worst dental experience of my life! Dr. Kachur is very unknowledgeable does not really care about the health of her patients they just want to charge you for anything they can while you're there she did not examine me properly try to rush me in an out I had to practically beg her for a referral to get my gums checked for gingivitis then I received a bill in the mail for $150 after they told me it was a free consultation so when I called to ask why I have this bill they reduce it to $41 because of the x-rays but at this appointment she did not examine the x-rays well enough because I just went to a new dental office today and guess what the tooth that I had her examine is dead from the root!
The whole appointment I was telling her what I needed and she was just agreeing with me she did not take the time to examine me properly or to her job whatsoever so then I get transferred to the manager and she right away gets on the phone on the defense side claims that I am yelling at her when I am just trying to explain that the dentist did not examine me properly and her response is "wow you are really going to argue with me over $41" and I tell her I'm not arguing with you over $41 I am trying to explain to you that I am being charged for something that they did not do the proper exam on and she hangs up right in my face the disrespect and the unprofessionalism is only the first reason for you not to come here need I mentioned that I was waiting in the waiting room for over 40 minutes past my appointment time to only be seen for 10 minutes despite being 15 mins early and be charged this outrageous bill which they knew they were in the wrong for or they would not have dropped all of the other charges need I say more? stay away from this place at all costs & to the manger Paula Hyatt and Dr kachur I will be reporting you to the BBB. Debra at the front desk and the other front desk lady are sweet though sad they have to work for such a dishonest and disrespectful company.

Going to the dentist has never been easy for me. I have small teeth and my teeth have never been strong. I've also had a myriad of negative dental experiences in the past. Because of this, I have heightened anxiety regarding the dentist and put going to the dentist off for way too long. I will say, my negligence led to having to go in for oral surgery, which does not help my anxiety, but the dental team was a dream to work with.
They kept me informed through the entire process. When things did go awry, they led me through my options and explained the cost and benefits of each step. I highly recommend this office and plan to make them my regular dentist from here on out.

Had a great visit, it has been a while since my last visit. My hygienist Reina, was great, very professional and explained what was going on. Some very impressive new equipment and exam processes. I have a lot of great confidence in the Doctor and staff. I highly recommend if you have dental needs or concern call them.
