I went in looking for help with my teeth. I was very impressed with the latest technology that they had. They did a 360 degree scan of my teeth and even after that used a handheld x-ray device of my mouth. My previous dentist had X-Ray machine from before I was even born. They not only sounded professional and well trained but they looked the part as well. They were very friendly took the time to re-explain things to me because I have a hard time concentrating. I will always from this day forward go to Family First Dental.

If you have been putting the Dentist off like I have, stop it. This place is great! Their quotes have been spot on, several times have even been less than expected! the staff is awesome, just a great experience overall.

Cant express enough how well I have been treated since I first started going to Family First dental. I'm very insecure about trips to the dentist but have always felt at ease with the wonderful staff and have had the overall best treatment of any practice. Even a root canal was relatively quick and painless and they set me on a path to better oral care. When I had a dental emergency and showed without an appointment, they took care of me in a moments notice and I am forever thankful.

I have been coming here for years and this is the best dental office I have been to. Everyone is so kind, tells you exactly what they are doing, and go the extra mile to make sure you are as comfortable as you can be at the dentist

Geraldine is the best hygienist ever! She's professional, has a great personality, and she's extremely good at her job. She never hurts you, but also does a great cleaning. I honestly really appreciate that she's so good at her job, it makes going to the dentist a breeze.

The staff here are always friendly and professional from the front desk to the hygienists and dentists. Most importantly they do a really great job and make sure you don't experience pain. I had a wisdom tooth extracted this time and Dr Almond was great about explaining everything thoroughly before starting, l he was gentle when numbing me up and stopped to give more lidocaine when I could feel it. When he called in the evening to be sure I was doing ok I was pleasantly surprised. I highly recommend them.

Excellent care. I fully trust Family First Dental with all my dental care. They make even having a root canal or crown put on with the utmost care to avoid discomfort. I love their attention to detail.

Excellent dental care that we trust. Our dentist and hygenist make each visit very comfortable. We always get very good information to our questions. The wait time to be seen is excellent. We highly recommend Family First Dental.

I have gone to family first since I was young. My daughter had her appointment yesterday afternoon. They do amazing as always. I recommend the Family First Dental on Yelm to anyone. They are all very sweet and patience. Super patient with my daughter and she met some amazing people!

I can't say enough good things about Family First dental! We decided to move to a family dentistry, and even though we have to drive 30 minutes to get there it is so worth it! The receptionists are welcoming along with the dental assistance and dentist! My kids feel so comfortable and actually look forward to seeing the dentist and getting a new toothbrush I genuinely recommend Family First dental to anyone! Thanks again.

I would never go back there, they are crooks. all they care about it time and not the patient care. If they run out of time they want you to come back at a higher treatment plan and pay more. every time I was there that's what happened. I then went to a different dentist and the treatment they wanted to do was not needed. please do not go there, it's a money pit only all the hygienist are in for making this clinic money instead of carrying for the patients needs and what they can afford to have done

I took my 90 year old Dad to Dr. Storey at Family First Dental. He has Alzheimer's and needs special attention. Dr. Storey and her staff were beyond amazing to my Dad. He had a three hour appointment for a bridge prep and they were so gentle and kind. I had taken him to another doctor for the work and he refused treatment so after research we found Dr. Storey and am I glad I did Although he is currently sporting his temporary bridge, he still looks like Steve Stunning Thank you, Dr. Carey, for employing such amazing, skilled and compassionate staff in your practice.

Great people that are really good at what they do. One thing that really stands out with this place is the education part. Instead of just running by you what's going on they'll throw up a picture and explain exactly what's going on/what to look forward to/what I can do to help myself. I've been to 7-8 different dentists moving around a lot & this place is my favorite.

I love the staff and service here, however, on my last visit for what I thought was a routine visit, I was actually billed for a deep cleaning. I was assured upon checking out that the visit was covered by my insurance and then received a bill in the mail for $100+. It's all about the way the service is coded, according to the insurance company. Unfortunately, they don't have to inform the patient of this difference. I'm bothered by the lack of transparency.

I will not be referring anyone to this office and will be sure to let others know about my experience. (I should have written this review months back when it happened in the spring).

The staff at Family First is very professional and polite. Guess what? They listen and is very meticulous in their work and their concerns for the patient. The wait time is short. First family will also work around your work schedule. From the OD to the hygienist to the office manager they were really awesome! The hygienist explained everything from the start to after care.

She was very gentle. Before I had my teeth cleaned at a dental office and the hygienist was so rough I thought she was destroying my enamel and the office manger was so unorganized. I refused to go back for the 6 months follow up and found another dental clinic. I was really impressed with the quality of service and professionalism at Family First. I've always thought no one does it better than Texas. We've definitely met our match. I highly recommend.

New to the area and after driving by several times, made appts for my 2 sons. Dr. Watkins was great with both of them, especially since my youngest has never been to the dentist. Treatment options for both sons given detail. All staff were great with smiles. The boys loved the treat dispenser full of different toys. Boys are scheduled for treatment. I scheduled myself for a new or after the great experience. Thank you!

Family First Dental is a great place. The staff behind the counter are always friendly and helpful. They always help and remind me the name of my insurance company which I could never seem to remember. Pat, who cleans my teeth is quick and efficient and remembers me when I come in. I think I have met or worked with just about every Dentist in the office and each is kind and professional. They talk to you and not at you. They allow you a voice in how you want to proceed with a course of action to protect your teeth. An overall great place.

Dr. Watkins and staff at Family First are wonderful! Our 6 year old had never had any dental work done before aside from cleanings so he didn't know what to expect. The process was very quick from start to finish and the staff was calm and friendly with him which made the whole thing go a lot smoother. Would definitely recommend them if you child needs dental work.

I have been going to for many years. I haven't had a bad experience. Trish my dental hygienists always does an excellent job.

At first I was a little upset because I got seen 15mins from my exact time and other people that came in late would go right in. But other than that they were very nice and very talkative and they even remember our conversation from last time. Like umm sorry totally forgot we talk about that. Haha but anyways they were very careful as well with my teeth. Very nice dentist to go to I reccomend it to everyone glad they did to me!

I just moved to the Tri-Cities and found Family First Dental on my list of providers. It was so easy to make an appointment and be taken care of. Everyone in the office was simply amazing and helped me figure everything out. I get nervous at the dentist and they calmed me easily.

Always seen as scheduled, no waiting and great care provided. Been going here for ~ 40 years, regardless of the hygienist or dentist always get a good exam and great care. All the staff are always helpful and cheerful from the time you walk in the door and it always easy to reach them for an appointment.

I've been going here since I was two. Although they have grown, it still feels like they know me and care. They will remember your name and are great at communicating appointments. Everyone on the staff is friendly. I'm kept aware of best dental practices, but they do not nag. Great place and highly recommended.

The resignation of Dr. Dean to become an assistant professor at the University of Tennessee's acclaimed dentistry school prompted my switch to Dr. Frometa, and my first exam by her was a comfortable one. Her professional, gentle and straight-forward approach put me at ease and left me feeling confident that my search for Dr. Dean's replacement had ended. Kim Miller, who continues to do a great job as my hygienist, again has earned my trust by including "Dr. Gabby" among the list of dentists at Family First Dental who are in a position to accept new patients.

Recently relocated to Tri-Cities and I'm thankful to have found Family First Dental. From the moment I walked into the office I was impressed by the level of professionalism and care put forth. Every staff member I met was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I actually text a friend looking for a new dentist's office right after I left to tell her about this office. Highly recommend Family First!

I came here for a regular cleaning after trying to find a new dentist. It was by chance I picked this place and I've never been happier. The staff is so helpful and kind. They are just so freakin pleasant! I've been back 3 times this year for exam, cleaning, and mouth guard fitting. Totally excited to be getting my teeth to 100% with these folks.

Dr. Dean has been my dentist for going on 10 years now. He is extremely knowledgable with all things dental. The office staff are super friendly and the dental assistants feel like family.
