Dr. Boyd was so gentle and I even got serenaded with his great voice. No pain, no waiting and extremely professional and pleasant staff.

I have been going to see Dr Newell for over 20 years! He and his staff are so kind, friendly and compassionate. This was a happy place! When is daughter joining the practice things were even better. They are clean and have state of the art equipment. He turned my trailer park teeth into a beautiful smile, . BUT. since Dr. Newell has retired I have seen this happy place transform into a not so happy place.

I would have seen Dr. Clarkson but was put on the new guys schedule insted. I gave him a chance. I came to them in pain, had a tooth pulled, told to take Tylenol and Ibuprofen, told antibiotics were not needed, suffered through the weekend in excruciating pain to get a 3pm appointment on Monday. Dr Boyd my jaw was infected into my ear and throat. You did not get everything and Tylenol and Ibuprofen does not touch that kind of pain.

I am a grown woman but cried from Friday to Monday. Dr Newell would have never let me suffer that long. I found a new dentist who would see me right away, treated my infection and relieved my pain. I will never go back to Dr. Boyd and his confrontational dental assistant. 6/7/2022.

This practice is amazing. The office staff is always welcoming and friendly. Mark, the dental hygienist, is wonderful. He has a great personality and does a phenomenal job of cleaning my teeth.

I have been a patient here for two years or so and I cannot say enough about this place! Every time I go there everyone is professional and friendly, with some emphasis on "friendly". Lexie, in particular, is so warm and caring! She talks to me like a friend and I truly feel like she wants the best for me, not just the best for my teeth! I recommend this place with absolute confidence!

Have been going here since my previous dentist retired several years ago. Everyone is extremely pleasant and a big shout out to Dana who is best dental hygienist I have ever been to.

Great experience today with Dr. Carrie Clarkson and her assistant who were able to take me in with less than 24 hours notice because someone cancelled to do a big job, the start of putting in two crowns. Both she and her assistant were super. THE BEST BESIDE MANNER. ( Which is very important for me as I would rather give birth than have anything done on my teeth.) She talked me thru what she was going to do and what she did and made me feel so much more relaxed than I ever thought I would feel.

She knew exactly what she was doing and they both worked as a team with great precision! Also, MIchelle helped me understand the insurance part dealing with two insurances and that was extremely helpful. I really appreciate how gentle all were with me today I will see them again in two weeks to get the permanent crown put on!

Had my first appointment there today and everyone there were AWESOME. I'm glad to have become a new patient here!

BEEN THERE TODAY AND THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE. I dont know where they got all these good reviews. looks like they bought it somewhere. there were ZERO clients, but 5 elderly leddies on reception, who were so sarcastic while talking to me and every one of them tried to shout something sarcastic to me They refused to tell me anything about pricing until I pay them $250+ for estimates. so they overcharge you from very beginning. how these types of con organizations are still legal. Right after them, I went to Aspen Dental, where was provided all info I asked for and even offered completely free 1st visit consultation for free estimetes.

I followed my husband to Dr. Haley after my dentist retired. I was greeted when I entered the office and everyone I met or had contact with was very pleasant. My new patient visit was very professional. Ryan took his time to get to know me. He was very thorough in his questions and answered my questions. He took xrays and examined my mouth. Then Dr. Haley met with me and also spent time reviewing my records and x-rays. My 6 month cleaning was scheduled before I left. I definitely recommend Dr. Haley and the whole staff.

As a kid I was never a fan of the dentist office, but I don't mind now! Love my girls here! Very polite, honest, and comforting! Thanks for being a great office, especially you Dana!

My dental hygienist, Diane whom I been going to since 2004, has done an outstanding job looking out for my good hygiene when it comes to my teeth and gums. She will be missed but I wish her the very best in her twilight years. Michelle in billing and Devina up at the front desk are both outstanding at what they do. Dr Newell, Dr Clarkson and Dr Haley have been nothing but STELLAR and have set the bar for all their employees. Everyone is warm and friendly always.

My first visit here and the staff was very friendly. I let them know they need to claim the bussniess on Yelp. They are taking Covid precautions very seriously, the location is very clean and the staff is super friendly. I came for my first dental exam and will be back in the morning for a cleaning. It's very close to my home so that is a plus. They ask you a lot of questions to get a full understanding of your dental needs and history. If you're looking for a new dental place in Kempsville. Give them a shot!

12/23/20 RE: Mark/Dental Hygienist Greetings! My first time experience with Mark was EXCEPTIONAL! I have battled with anxiety for years when visiting the dentist and I can truly say for the first time my anxiety level was ZERO! I'm trying to figure out what was DIFFERENT. So, here's my assessment of the visit: 1. Mark talked to me! Which calmed me down a great deal!

We talked about the virus, his family, high school, his career and we were still done in a timely fashion. Someone who battles with anxiety when visiting the dentist, the conversation distracts them from focusing on their fear and reduces the anxiety. I did not have to use my phone and ear plugs! 2. He did not lean directly over my face AFTER I explained things are over my face increases my anxiety.

He accommodated me! 3. Mark's was calming, relaxing, chilled aura made me feel calmed, relaxed and chilled! 4. He was pleasant, friendly, and professional. Prior to my visit I have to mentally prepare myself days before the visit! If possible I would rather have Mark regularly. Thanks for listening Deborah

This practice won't be in business long. I had the worst experience ever in a dental office. Not sure how they even stay in business. They have ruined three of my teeth in just two visits. Do yourselves a favor and stay away from this place. A crown they put on cracked before 4 years had passed and they said it wasn't them LOL! Then tried to give me a quote of $900 to fix.

Then as I was leaving after going back and forth of how I know it's them because I haven't used another dentist in the past 5 years they tried to make it $450 to fix. There's even more. they broke a tooth while cleaning my teeth too! This place needs its license revoked.
