I visited New Image Dentistry for a routine dental cleaning. Upon arrival, my temperature was taken. The seats in the patient waiting room were arranged in accordance with the CDC guidelines regarding social distancing. The front desk staff was very cordial. The wait time was less than 5 minutes from my appointment time. Dr. Blourchian and Mrs. Blourchian, the dental hygienist, were all professional and courteous. Thanks to everyone at New Image Dentistry, I had a very pleasant visit. I will definitely recommend New Image Dentistry to my family, friends, and colleagues.

On December 16th I had an appointment with New Image Dentistry on Covey Drive, Franklin. The offices are beautifully appinted and the receptionist welcomed me with a smile. I enjoyed talking to Dr. Allen Blourchian, DDS. He was very kind and patient and he explained the different options I could take. His nurse was very helpful and the whole staff was kind, considerate and at the same time very professional. I can't say enough wonderful things about Dr. B and his Angels! I have always had anxiety issues with the Dentist. I went pretty regularly for a long time and then let 10 years pass when a problem forced me to go. I expected to schedule a deep cleaning and possibly have a cavity filled but instead learned that I had some serious issues if left untreated would result in losing my teeth. Dr. B and his team explained what I needed to do and listened to my concerns and fears about everything. Christine, Dee and Emma (in no particular order) are all my Guardian Angels and got me through two oral surgeries back to back.
When I was feeling nervous and afraid about my procedures they made sure I was comfortable and at ease with the process. They made sure I was healing ok and when I was having a hard time with the healing process they were always there with encouragement. I was lucky enough to get my first cleaning done by Dr. B's wife, she's an Angel too :) They genuinely care about their patients, I actually look forward to going to the Dentist now. I highly recommend them to ANYONE looking for a dentist, especially anyone who needs a little extra TLC this is your place!

Doctor Blourchian or Doctor B as he is professionally called is a dynamic and skilled artisan, he remodeled my smile and with his trained and supportive staff gave me the confidence and assurance that it would be a transformative experience when the work was completed. His office takes extra care in maintaining a meticulously clean environment to protect both his patients and workers with modern equipment to defend against Covid 19.

I contacted New Image Dentistry following a dental emergency. The receptionist was very friendly and scheduled me for an appointment later that day. The hygienist that I had was amazing and made me feel at ease during the exam. Dr. Blourchian explained what had happened in detail and was able to take care of it that day. He was personable and kind. I am thankful to him and his staff for their help!

I had the Zoom teeth whitening done in office and from the minute you walk in the door the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The staff thoroughly explained the process and informed me that there could be some uncomfortable sensitivity afterwards. D was so awesome and walked me through every step. Highly recommend New Image Dentistry!

Word of warning. If you do not confirm your appointment, it will be cancelled- even if you made the appointment in person and are a regular patient for 7 years with no no-shows. I did get an appointment reminder the week before my appointment and 2 days before my appointment that looked like the generic date/time reminder and press C to confirm or P to get a call to reschedule.
I typically see these as automatic, generic reminders and as a fellow health service provider send them myself, but would never cancel someone's appointment without their asking me to do so. Regardless, I was planning to confirm after talking to my husband, but less than 24 hours later got another text and email with: the appointment reminder, no request to confirm, and a "we're looking forward to seeing you" and "see you soon." So, I assumed the appointment was still on (as scheduled). Yet, when I arrived, it was cancelled.
I took off work. My husband took off work to take my son to a later appointment for which I wasn't sure I could get back in time. Also, the first woman I spoke to said that she couldn't read the appointment calendar, so I had to sit and wait 10 minutes after my appointment to be told it was cancelled. There was also no real apology or attempt to make it work- just reading aloud to me the text messages and justifying.
I strongly disagree with this policy. I also highly suggest that the text reminders say, "please confirm or your appointment will be canceled". if you choose to keep this policy. Cancelling without the patient's express request to do so is not the norm. I would also suggest you remove the final reminders that involve the "see you soon" terminology if the appointment has already been cancelled. Also, please consider reviewing the patient's appointment history before cancelling. Otherwise hygienists are friendly. Dentist is straight forward. The office is clean. Dr. B is the best dentist I have ever had, and I have had many. He is very caring and takes time with each appointment to ask about your family. I just love him. The whole team at New Image Dentistry are like family! They take care of you and make sure you are comfortable throughout every procedure! I look forward to my dental appointments!

I love going to the dentist! Katie, Claudia, and Andrea are simply the best and treat me like family with hugs and life updates every time I go (which has been a lot the last few years)! They make me feel comfortable, they make me laugh and I truly adore everyone there! Dr. B is a straight shooter. He does not sugar coat anything and tells it like it is, which I fully respect and trust his judgement always.
He gives you treatment options, his opinions on what he believes will be best, and let's you decide. He's even gone back and replaced a crown for free because he didn't like the way it was sitting in my gums on an x-ray after a procedure. What kind of dentist would fix that to ensure their patients are healthy?! He is absolutely the best dentist I have ever had.
I am now super proactive about my dental care (and a little OCD) simply because of all these wonderful people! Thank you for always going above and beyond in taking care of me!

I got all four of my wisdom teeth removed and The first thing I would like mention is how wonderful the staff has been. ANDREA and CLAUDIA were the sweetest and made sure all our needs were taken care of and doubts clarified. They went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied with the procedure, gave me all the care and attention & patiently explained every single thing in detail. Dr. Allen was very kind enough and did a great job. It was overall a very good teeth extraction experience.

After my post yesterday (image attached), I went back on Groupon today and saw that New Image Dentistry had updated their advertisement (image in next post) to be much more clear about exactly what they are offering and to make the pricing much more transparent. New image is full of super helpful and friendly staff! They all love their job and brighten your day when you walk in! They helped me with any questions in regards to Invisalign and financial planning and helped me understand instead of talking over my head. I would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist to go here :

I found them on the internet here (http://dentist-of-franklin-tn.com/procedures/dental-implants/?gclid=CITFx8_o8b0CFTMV7AodckoAHw) and they show EVERY DAY that they are running a special for dental implants for only $3,400 and the offer ends today. Special: Includes: Post + Abutment + Crown plus FREE Implant Consultation & CT Scan ($665 Value) Well this is pretty much a scam.
I called thinking that the offer ends today (offer expires every day to get you to call) and I tell the receptionist about the internet offer I saw and I want to come in for an appointment. She asked me who I'm insured with and other personal information and I make the appointment for the next day. I get there and speak to the same person whom I make the appointment with the day before and she gets my insurance card and driver's license.
I go back for the Consultation & CT Scan (FREE with the special) and afterwards we sit down to do over the pricing. She then tells me that since I have insurance that I DO NOT qualify for the special I saw on the internet. So let's break this down, they knew ahead of time that I HAD insurance and she allowed me to drive all the way there and allowed me to get the Consultation & CT Scan and then tells me at the end that I cannot get the pricing I thought I was going to get.
So now who pays for the "FREE Consultation & CT Scan" since I refuse to do business with people who are luring people into their office by lying to them? Oh yea that's right they will now bill MY insurance company since I'm not having any work done that now has to be paid. Wow, what a scam and should be reported. Maybe they need to put on their website that offer only applies to those WITHOUT insurance. I'm just writing this to warn others out there that there could be other shady things going on there with the way they are conducting business.
