I have to share my experience at NEDG Wilmington. Dr. Lee is the absolute best! She is kind, patient and so willing to do whatever it takes to be sure her patient is comfortable. I feel so blessed so have found her, now I just have to hope & pray that she never leaves this practice!

I had my first appointment today with NED and I would rate it a 4 Starz. The entire crew were extremely polite, fast, and on point. The 4 places I went prior to here absolutely stunk. But they know how to keep customers. Now the only reason I didn't give 5 was due to the prices. It's not expensive, just pretty lined up to the other places. The entire appointment went very well and the dentist was also very nice and knowledgeable. I would most definitely recommend NED to my family and friends.

Went in for a consultation and beyond excites to go back! The hygienist was great and Dr. Lui really took the time to see what my goals were as far as how I wanted my smile to look and really made me feel comfortable also helping me understand exactly what to expect. I also love the upfront pricing. The Lauren at the front desk was so easy to work with and worked arohnd my schedule to get me back in asap. Great experience overall!

New England Dental in Wilmington is awesome! It's the first dental practice that I've actually enjoyed going to and they are all very friendly and welcoming. Dr. Ramano and Maggie have been awesome throughout my time going there.

New England dental is always such a pleasure to visit! This place is really great! It's been a long time since I visited a dentist and every single person that I interacted with was amazing and willing to help. They made me extremely comfortable and there was absolutely no judgement about my condition. Now we have a plan and I am excited to get my smile back!

This is what every dentist experience should be like. The staff are so warm and friendly, and they involve you, the patient, in every step of the care plan. My dentist took photos of my teeth before and after cavity fillings and explained them with me, so I could see exactly what they looked like and understand in detail where I need to brush better. Every time I've had an appointment, I've never had to wait longer than a few minutes to be seen. I would recommend the New England Dental Group to anyone!

I know how important finding a great dentist is and that's why I am sharing my story. It's a long funny story how I found New England Dental Group, but the end result is I am so glad I did! They are hands down the best dentist I have ever gone too and I am so glad I found them. They have the latest modern technology and the BEST staff. Everyone is always so nice and will go above and beyond to make sure you get the right care. I could go on forever just how good they are, but check them out for yourself you won't be disappointed and you will never go to another dentist again. :

My daughter had tooth pain today. Dr Panajoti and her team took some X-rays and assured us that this was from her adult teeth pushing on her baby teeth. Normal growing! The nice part is that we found out that she needs an orthodontist. We set up a consult. So nice to have pediatric dental and orthodontics in the same place. The practice is constantly working to improve and stays on the cusp of the most current dentistry techniques. I love my dentist! Top notch care with the best bedside manner. Thank you for caring for my whole family for 7 years now!

Always dreaded going to the dentist my whole life until I started going to New England Dental Group in Wilmington, MA. The staff is amazing, the equipment is next level, and they make every procedure easy! 12/10 would recommend to anyone in the area! Maggie is the best in the business as well as Dr. Ben and Dr. Fooks!

Extremely disappointed with the service I received today. I received a cleaning and the hygienist recommended things to take care of. I was sat down in the secretary's office and was given a $15 bill for a cleaning because of PPE. I've been going to this practice for years and didn't notice a difference other than the front desk lady wearing a mask under her nose when I arrived.

I was never told about this bill prior to my appointment or even when I arrived! The secretary found all of the messages the office sent me prior to my appointment and couldn't locate any that said there will be a $15 fee added. The problem isn't the amount of the fee, it's the fact that they never notified me ahead of time. The insurance company won't pay for this fee because it's bogus. I told the secretary that I was disappointed and she stated "What can you do". Beware of fees being added to your bill, I no longer trust this place.

Highly recommend Dr. Basha and Nancy as they were both very nice and professional and did a beautiful job on my veneers!

Love my dentist! Its not often you say that since the whole dental experience can be painful. At NEDG they have all the latest equipment and experts. It is important to me that they have the equipment to offer state-of-the-art "fixes" to my teeth. I am also very excited they offer Invisalign. They are flexible and usually can combine multiple visits for you which is convenient. I received an Invisalign consult and then had a filling in one visit. Usually I will combine my cleaning with any dental work needed as well.

I came here for an emergency tooth pain, and everything was sorted out the same day. The previous two days I had experienced pain that grew worse as time went on. I googled for the closest possible place that would take a look asap, and I found these guys. The office was very well decorated, surprisingly, for a healthcare place. A woman showed me in and had me take a look at what I assume was state-of-the-art equipment (maybe a bit show-offy?).

I think it doesn't take much for me to assume that a place is professional, so it didn't seem necessary but it was appreciated. The best part was that they x-rayed in minutes, deemed the pain caused by a cavity in a wisdom tooth, and was able to extract in the very same appointment. The doctor herself was a bit tricky, saying she was "testing for pain" when she actually extracted the tooth.

It only took a good 30 seconds of pulling and it was all done. Surprisingly quick and effective. Price for the extraction seemed to be within "norms" that I googled (200-300), so that was good as well.
