Very good experienceThe filling is done gentlely skillfully and quickly. While the dentist was working with my tooth she and her assistant kept telling me what they are to do next very considerate friendly.most important they are very professional.

Everyone here is super, super nice, from the receptionist to the hygienists, dental assistants, and dentists. They do their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible. This is from someone who HATES going to the dentist. Shout out to Therese, who is a saint in my book.

New Concepts has always been great. We still go there even though we live 1 hour away. The staff is friendly and the space is always clean and very professional. They have taken care of us for years. I highly recommend them!

The dentist who Reviewed my x-rays and gave me an exam was very thorough and helped me understand the steps needed to getting my mouth healthy. My Dental Hygienist was extremely efficient and very friendly. She made sure I was comfortable throughout my cleaning, which I was. The Dentist came and spent some time with me and he gave me the green light and I'm good for another 6 months. I highly recommend going there. Always prompt, professional yet friendly, all the hygenisits are great. The tech I see regularly, Ellen, is particularly skilled. Always greets me with a smile, takes special care with my teeth and because she knows I am a nervous patient, takes care not to hurt me and checks in regularly to make sure I am comfortable and not anxious. Doctors at New Concepts are equally careful and caring.

I see Dr Estevez at New Concept Dental and she is patient and gentle. The staff is always friendly and the hygienists are wonderful. They are prompt and thorough. The experience is as nice as it can be!

I look forward to my appointments at New Concepts. I've continued to go back 15years after moving out of Billerica because I love my hygienist. Ellen is not only amazing at what she does, but also kind, friendly, professional and efficient. I have always had positive experiences with the entire staff from the front desk to the docs. I didn't hesitate to go during COVID because I know how conscientious they are about infection control.

This dental group has been my provider for well over 10 years. They are the best. They have handled all of my dental work and cleanings with the highest level of professionalism. I have had two emergencies in terms of a broken tooth and a molar which needed to be pulled and an implant. They squeezed me right in to their schedule. Real customer service.

I am 82 I have been to many different dentist throughout my life. These people are the best. I would single out one however it would mean a disservice to all the others who are equally great. I love this group and my wife loves them also. They are respecting of my time and they are courteous to me personally and to other people I have referred to them. Their prices have always been competitive. A real great organization here in Billerica.
