Denise got me in for an appointment and him and his assistant Linda got me fixed up and to my interview on time! Such a fantastic, efficient, professional and high quality dental work. Dr. Koko and the entire staff are amazing! They are very caring. I needed extensive work done on me for a major infection and root canal that took a couple of months to complete. Dr. Koko always explained things very well to me, let me ask any questions I had and reassured me that everything would be alright. I can't thank him enough for the work he did on my mouth and tooth.

Everyone was very professional and efficient! I'm so glad I found them. Tori was exceptional! She didn't beat me up, at all. Best flosser ever. I'm used to other offices that have sliced my gums with floss like slicing cheese with a wire.

It seems like they are trying to schedule multiple patients in each time slot without spending the appropriate time with each patient. Today I went in for my appointment that I made 6 months ago. They contacted me a day before to try to move it to a different time slot, but I couldn't do any of their openings. Again, I made my appointment 6 months ago!

I got to the office early, at my appointment time, I was seen right away the tech/assistant. She was great; she did my cleaning and took X-rays. However, I was told the dentist couldn't see me right away as he was busy doing another patient's procedure, and it would be awhile. They asked if I had concerns I could come back. That's ridiculous. In my option, if you make any appointment, the dentist should see you. And what a waste of insurance money that they took X-rays. I bet the dentist isn't going to even review them.

My friend was in a horrible accident that resulted in him having some pretty bad trauma to his two front teeth. I called New Age and Dr. Koko and his team were fabulous. Pricing and each step of the process was explained in great detail. We had to travel and hour and a half to get to them, but it was so worth it. Their work is among the best!

Dr Koko is amazing, besides being our family dentist, and great at what he does, he is also very humane and a great person. When my wife passed, him and his entire staff showed up at the funeral. Actions like those coupled with his amazing talents, will keep meas his patient for ever.
