After long time I can say I found the dentist who is able to give right guidance and not create mountain out of tiny things. She has soft hand and very soft spoken to explain issues, treatment options and urgency. Thank you so much for Dr Somani for great dental care.

Dr. Somani does great dental work but most importantly she is kind and cares about her patients comfort. I am so thankful to have found a dentist who talks me through the dental procedure and makes sure I'm comfortable and never in any pain.

Dr Somani did not follow up on anything she advised would be done for on going tooth pain. In fact Dr Somani requested I do the leg work and report back to her. Dr Somani was very caring when assisting new patient appointment and requesting a Google review - since then she's been no help! ^ I only selected 1 star on this review so it could be posted, not because it's deserved

Worst dentist ever. This dentist will not process your paperwork without any action leaving you in pain for months as she promises to take action and tells you that the insurance told her something different. When communicating with the insurance telling you that this "so called dentist" person have done nothing on her end. Do your research before entering a place, this place is a dump. If I could give this place a zero star, I DEFINITELY WOULD! dont go there.she is lazy

I visited Dr Somani six months ago and started my journey of fixing my teeth she did all type of stuff you can imagine from deep cleaning, gum treatment, Filling, Root canal, and crown. she is knowledgeable and values her patients. I highly recommend her.

I was looking for a dentist in Anaheim. My insurance gave me a list of name. I choose Dr. Somani. I'm so glad! Her office is clean, she explains everything and she observes all covid restrictions.

Dr Somani is the best dentist anyone can ask for. Always very gentle and concerned about your well-being. She's also very accommodating when it comes to appointments.

My mom had extractions done by Dr. Somani a couple of months ago and our experience was smooth. My mom had severe dental anxiety to the point that she put these extractions off for YEARS.Dr. was very patient and made sure that she received enough anesthetic and was as comfortable as possible. She's looking forward to scheduling her other dental work with Dr. Somani in the future now that her anxiety around the dentist office is less. We appreciated Dr's kindness and patience.

Dr Somani takes caring for your teeth seriously. She will take as much time as necessary to explain any procedures or dental concerns with you. I am happy with her work and can recommend her with confidence.

I'd like to start by saying, I went here because of her great Yelp reviews. lol. I am heated, but I'm going to try and be as fair as possible. TLDR: Unless you have no insurance and plan on paying out of pocket, DO NOT GO HERE. The first thing I found very odd (and am now extremely uncomfortable with) is that, not only is she the dentist, she is also the receptionist and billing person. I'm all for small businesses where people where many hats, but she has other employees.and they should be doing that not her. It's a conflict of interest.

So if there is an appointment issue or billing problem you are dealing with the person who will be using scary tools in your mouth. Not a good setup. That was a major red flag and I should have listened to my gut. Long story short I was overcharged by over $400 for fillings because she either doesn't understand how insurance works OR she's deliberately trying to scam people.

I have a really strong feeling it's the scamming. My appointments were end of August/early September and I am still going back and forth with her office and my insurance. Cigna has told me probably 4-5 times that I was overcharged and am owed a massive refund. She claims that she is waiting on getting money from the insurance and will only refund me once she gets that. Fine.

But it's been over 3 months! Cigna says they have completed the claim and she has what she needs, but she provides me with a new excuse with each and every communication. As of today, I am still waiting on my $400+ refund. It would be really nice to have back in time for the holidays. I will update this review if/when I receive it. I have obviously changed dentists (and am paying the correct amounts for services ) and will never go back to Nee One last note: there was a "yelp deal" for her that I purchased prior to my appointment and when I tried to use it she said "Oh. umm well that's for non-insurance customers" but then immediately followed with, "We don't have a yelp deal, I don't know what you're talking about, you should call yelp and tell them to take it down" Not believing a word, I asked her if she could please be the one to contact Y elp about her own business.

I did get a refund from Yelp. At least they came through for me! UPDATE: After over 3 months of near constant follow up on my end I did receive almost all of what I was owed. It not until after this review was posted! Convenient?

Another example of how uncaring this business is- the owner responds to my negative review and experience over 2 1/2 years after I wrote it. lol. And acts like she remembers what happens and puts the blame on me. The actual reason thing "didn't work out" is due to this business's lack of attention and care to their customers.

I had to find another dentist because I turned 65 and new Medical insurance. Was super impressed on how fast I got in and got x-rays. Not only that she proceeded to do light cleaning and polish.deep cleaning later when insurance clears. Never had such good professional work done that fast and would highly recommend Dr. Somani. Real soft gentle hands.and very professional staff.

Worst dentist ever. The dental assistant was very professional and helpful, she took my dad's x-rays and told us to wait for the dentist. When Mrs. Somani (dentist) came in the room, she had mean face on, no smile (being a dentist). She didn't even acknowledge me and my dad, she just started looking at his x-rays and than she goes he needs deep cleaning so we need to reschedule him. I have never seen such a rude medical professional like her. Not coming back here. She acted like she was doing her job for free. If I could I would give her 0 stars.

Neeta is an amazing dentist. She has been honest with her prices and she explains well what is needed. When I got the final bills is was way lower than I thought. which is a good thing. I still need more work done, and plan on going to her to have it completed.

In the age of the aggravating "press one for." voice answer machines, it is very refreshing to get a human answering the phone most of the time when you call this office. On the rare occasion that you get an answer machine, your call is returned in a timely manner. Often it is Dr. Somani herself who answers the phone. Dr. Somani is very caring, personable and patient.

When I brought in an intellectually challenged adult who acts more like a child, Dr. Somani treated him with care, gentleness, patience and respect. After a number of shots, he still complained that he could feel the work - even though he was obviously numb and just trying to avoid treatment. Dr. Somani respected his wishes and rescheduled the appointment giving us prescriptions for antibiotics, pain pills and relaxants.

In between the two visits, Dr. Somani gave me a call and said that she had been thinking about him and thought that an MP3 player with headphones might be helpful to relax him. On the second visit, with the meds taken in advance and headphones on, everything went smoothly. Dr. Somani also wrote off all of the charges for the first visit - including her time and the injection costs. I was very impressed with the personalized service, caring and generosity. We need more doctors like Dr. Somani in all medical specialties.

Sooo happpy I found Neeta Somani, DDS.I have been having problem areas on my teeth and she was able to educate me with xray proof of why all the discomfort. I can't wait for her to fix those areas. Come here she is awesome! Lynda

Dr. Neeta Somani has been our family doctor for the past 10 years. She is always friendly and very accommodating. She always helps plan our appointments months in advance and is also very accommodating with her times. Having read the other reviews, it seems the patients were annoyed she couldn't make an appointment right away. All I have to say is, she is a great doctor and I assume her schedule is very filled.

It is probably wise to not try to book an appointment as soon as possible since she has quite a few patients. However, once you get an appointment, it'll be hard for you want to switch anywhere else!

Dr. Somani is the best dentist I ever had. She is thorough and takes care of every little thing to make sure you stay healthy. Since I started with her my dental health has improved and surely have not had any major issue in the last few years. Thanks so much Dr Somani.

This is a great office and the dentist is truly caring and very friendly. She takes the time to explain what is going on and the treatment that she recommends. Dr. Somani is not only a very fine dentist, she is knowledgeable, compassionate, and values her patients. The office has impressive use of technology including lasers. I highly recommend her.

A few days ago, I went in for an initial exam, and from that experience, I feel that Dr. Somani is very personable yet professional and conscientious yet efficient. She explained thoroughly of my dental health and educated sincerely on the proper care. I am scheduled today to continue with her with full trust. Her assistant Sarah is professional and courteous.

The office is small but enough for one dentist and old but clean. It's more about the care that I receive that matters to me. 2nd visit: Correction, waiting room furniture is classic but exam equipment is new and clean.

This review is way over due. I've been coming to Dr. Somani for two years now and I live it. Very curious and general to my needs. She is always making sure that I am comfortable. I love the way she send reminders. By text and email, she makes sure to remind me and also sends confirmation email. Unfortunately I will have to move, but I will make it a point that I make my visits back home every six months and squeeze In a Dr. Somani visit too. All around the best dentist I have ever had. I wish you can do no starts because that is exactly what this office deserves. I bought a Groupon to test out the whitening at this dentist, I called several times to set up an appointment the office is closed several times finally spoke to the dentist and scheduled an appointment and let her know that it needed to be at 5 because I work in Irvine and would get off early at 4 in order to make it.

She put me down for 4:15 because that's what she wanted, I told her the earliest I could get there is 4:30. Today was the day of the appointment I arrived at 4:45 and she told me that I would have to wait at least 45 minutes for me to be worked on because she just started an oral surgery. No courtesy call to let me know that I would have to wait and I can stay at work or do my other running around that I put to the side.

She was very rude and not helpful, she will schedule an appointment when she sees fit and that's it not when you can actually make it. I was very excited after reading the reviews to get veneers and continue with her as my regular dentist. Looks like that won't be happening. Would definitely NEVER recommend to anyone I liked or cared about. Good luck. The office is very sketchy and in a bad neighborhood.

I just have to share a big thank you to Dr. Neeta Somani for getting my smile back! I totally recommend her for all your dental needs. Her and her staff are very courteous and professional! I had an outstanding dental experience at Dr Somani's. She and her staff have it down when it comes to dental care! I never knew my smile could be so much better until Dr Somani showed me models and pictures and convinced me to go through the process. I've been avoiding the dentist for quite some time now, I mean with bad past experiences I learned to hate it! I recently had a lot of pain on my jaw due to my wisdoms tooth growing out. My friend referred me and so I gave it a try he talked very well about Dr. Somani. When I went in I automatically felt more comfortable it's Dr. Somani and her assistant who are both very very patient and helpful.

I know I am not the easiest to work with especially with these kinds of things. Luckily at this office I was working with people who knew what they were doing and also explained everything to me! I definitely found my go to dentist I will be back for all my dental services!

Dr Somani has been my dentist for about 5-6 yrs now. I have had a good share of dental issues with multiple crowns, broken molars etc and she is hands down one of the best dentist I came across. She is very talented and gentle with her work and shows genuine care towards your discomfort during procedure. She has never hurried me and always listens carefully to all queries. Once I had some complications with last molar and she performed a minor surgery around gums and put crown. She was fantastic through the procedure. Thanks Dr Somani.

This place is a rip-off. Dr. Somani does a good work, but she is definitely shady when it comes to prices. She'll tell you one price, and then next time you come she adds on more to the bill before any new services are rendered. In fact, she'll haggle with you about the prices while you are in the dentist's chair. The last time I saw her, she told me I owed her $62 on my balance, and I told her I could pay her in a couple weeks.

She said it was ok. When I came to pay my balance, she added on another $40. I showed her my balance from the slip she gave me, and she agreed to the $62 balance. Pardon the pun, but I left her office with a bad taste in my mouth. If you do go to her, make sure you ask for any receipts, and make sure she gives you what the balance is on a piece of paper. BEWARE!
