My hygienist was January and she was nothing but amazing. I have severe dental anxiety and she made sure to do her best with making me aware of what was going on as well as letting the dentist know and be aware of my anxiety with going to the dentist. Everyone was awesome and worked with me in getting through the appointment step by step. Will be returning and recommending to everyone in the area.

I want to thank all the ladies at Nature Coast Dental Care, such a caring staff. They made me feel very comfortable, I haven't seen a dentist in many years and to say the least my teeth are really bad. I was so embarrassed and ashamed about the condition of my teeth. Ok so the first time I went I was doing a special with x rays and cleaning and when I went to check out they were talking about me having to pay some extra fees for a mouth cancer screening that I never even asked for. I was like they didn't tell me that this was extra nor did I ask for it and they said ok we'll waive the fee I thought ok cool. So went back for a recent cleaning and the assistance said she wanted the doctor to come and look at a tooth whatever she thought it might need a filling. Was like ok no problem whatever and I went to check out paid cash for my cleaning and left.
Today I get a bill for $98 for the exam she did which I had no idea was going to cost extra. Needless to say this office charges you for things you don't ask for and they don't tell you which like at least let me know it costs so I can decline. Anyway if you don't have insurance stay away from this place.
