I see Dr. Wisdom at Naples Dental Studio and I have a good experience with him. The staff is great and they play great music. They make you feel very comfortable and they helped me get my teeth into tip top shape.

Dr. Cortez is the most amazing dentist I have ever encountered in my 50 some years of going to the dentist. I can't say enough about her and her team. She is compassionate, friendly, funny and just an outstanding dentist, as well as her team! They take their time, make sure you are comfortable, and are extremely thorough. I will definitely continue to see Dr Cortez on a permanent basis. I highly recommend her and her team to anyone without or with a dentist already. You will not be disappointed!

1/2 my front tooth was chipped. First visit was the x-ray. Second visit, Lucy provided a great Zoom Whitening Treatment which lightened my teeth several shades lighter. The final visit addressed the large chip. The entire staff was incredibly friendly. By far, best experience I have ever had at the dentist. By far, the best results I have ever had at the dentist. I had a wisdom tooth extraction today with Dr. Wisdom. I was so nervous but the staff and assistants made me so comfortable. The dr himself was amazing and kept me laughing the whole time. BY FAR the best dental experience I have ever had! Thank you everyone involved.

I would definitely not recommend Naples Dental Studio. I had my first appointment with the new staff back in February. They took my insurance information, which I've had for years, and all was well. In August I went back for my 6 month cleaning. They didn't confirm with my insurance that the appointment and X-rays were covered until I got there, thus making me 20 minutes late for my appointment.

I also needed some filling repairs done, which I scheduled for the next week. They gave me an estimate after checking with my insurance, which I paid. After the repairs, I was in pain for over 3 weeks, as was my Dad after his procedure. Last week my PARENTS, whom I don't live or share insurance with, got a bill for over $300 for my appointment and dental work.

I even had my Explanation of Benefits for both appointments in front of me stating my insurance had already processed the claim and it was covered, which I told the office. After speaking with the staff, they told me that they didn't have my correct insurance information (even though I've been seeing them since February and had confirmed estimates with them several times) and they couldn't even confirm which service it was for.

I then called my insurance, who told me that Naples Dental Studio actually filed my dental claims incorrectly and were if fact already paid by the insurance company. With so much back and forth on my part with no help at all from the staff, they claimed they touched base with my insurance afterwards and it was my insurances fault, which is not true.

It seems like the staff overall is very inexperienced and dishonest. Being a business owner myself, I would never treat my clients the way they do. My parents and several of my friends that are patients here will be going elsewhere from now on.

I am taking this opportunity to inform all my friends and coworkers about my great experience at Naples Dental Studio. I woke up today with severe pain and, they took me in right away. The staff at the front desk were super nice and friendly. The dental assistant was amazing, loving and, caring. Dr. Carolina Cortez came in after the xray was taken, she took her time to explained with details the procedure of a Root Canal.

I have always been afraid of the dentist, however, Dr Cortez, made me feel at home. Dr. Cortez is an Army Veteran, my husband is also an Army Veteran. Knowing this, made me feel at ease. I am a very lucky patient. I recommend Dr. Cortez to anyone looking for the Perfect Smile.

A very friendly, welcoming, knowledgeable, and courteous staff. Dr Cortez was gentle, caring, professional and excellent at job. I had a broken tooth which she fixed for me immediately! I highly recommend this dental office.

I Went to Dr. Carolina Cortez's dental office last year (2019) due to some sensitivity on a couple of my teeth. Dr. Cortez performed a very detailed exam with a great explanation of my teeth condition. Well, after completing all the work Dr. Cortez recommended my sensitivity completely went away almost at the very next day, and the best part is that two weeks ago I finished my Invisalign treatment which she had also recommended.

I have to say that my teeth look amazing. I am very confident to smile without being ashamed of showing my teeth. And even better she included my teeth whitening. Great experience!

Having had some bad experiences with dentist in the past, I was very skeptical of going back to see a dentist again. I have to say thanks to Dr. Al and his great staff for the best experience I have ever had. No longer will I put off going to the dentist, but instead look forward to being treated by the best in the business! I can't say enough great things about Dr. Cameron and the staff of Naples Dental Studio! They are all in it for the right reasons, and don't tell you that you work done if you don't need work done! I've been their patient for over five years now and even though I've moved to Estero, I still make the drive to their office. They run a very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly practice that I highly recommend!

Love the Doc, it's the front desk staff that needs to go home. They are miserable. Have been for the years I've been here. Never a hello. Never a smile. Never a thank you. Never a please. If I ever leave it's because they make you feel so unwelcomed. So be ready. At least once you get past the waiting room, it's a whole different world. Doesn't have to be like that.

The doctors in this office are nice. However, the office girls can be rude. I have referred multiple people here and we have all had the exact same feedback. I just went there for an emergency and was given two options, both of which cost over $2500 to fix my issue. After getting a second opinion, I have found a dentist who gave me several options, took the time to listen to my concerns, and quoted me 1/3 of the price that Naples Dental Studio did. Also, I referred my fiance there when he needed work and it cost us $500 to pull 2 teeth. Weeks later, they're calling and telling him he's insured under two policies and he owes another $200.

He repeatedly told them he is not dual insured and he has no idea what they're talking about. Rudely, the girl says, "well maybe you should ask your mother about it.", which hit a nerve because his mother had just passed away. Then, a coworker told me that she was receiving phone calls about her adult son's bill. When they asked for his address, my coworker said "I don't know his address off the top of my head, I just know where he lives." The response was, "what kind of mother doesn't know her son's address?" Talk about out of line. Just not a good experience.

Love my dentist, everyone is understanding and kind. My entire family is seen here. We have personally referred many people.

I am still in awe of the service I received yesterday. Best ever. Makes me feel stupid for waiting 5 years to see a dentist. They exceeded all of my expectations and then some! My original dentist couldn't get me in for another 2 weeks, and with severe tooth pain, that wasn't going to work. I began calling every dentist in town to see if ANYONE could get me in.

The soonest I was able to be seen was in 72 hours. until I called The Dental Studio. Without hesitation, they said "Can you come now?" I said "YES!" I was only there an hour, and got several things done, including a tooth extraction. It went so seamlessly, I actually didn't know the tooth was out until he showed it to me in his hand! I have definitely found my permanent dentist. I will recommend The Dental Studio to ANY and EVERYone that needs dental work. Thank you Dental Studio!
