I found Dr. Scola and her staff to be quite professional and competent. Dr. Scola answered all my questions regarding my treatment and possible future treatments. Alexis the hygienist thoroughly explained what was wrong with my gums and teeth and advised me on how to improve my dental health. I highly recommend this dental office!

Had a 7 am appointment and the staff was ready to go. The appointment went well and my gums have improved a lot over the year of treatment. Finally found a dentist office that I trust for the entire family.

Dr Scola family dentistry is amazing. My husband and I started coming here 3 years ago and couldn't be happier with Dr. Scola and her awesome staff. Everyone treats you like you are family and really give you the first class treatment every time. They have excellent communication and I appreciate the text reminders we get for our upcoming appointments. We are so happy we found them and I would highly recommend Dr. Scola to anyone looking for affordable and quality dental care.

Dr. Scola and her staff are truly amazing. Throughout my life, I've had horrible (and painful) experiences with dentists. I can honestly say that Dr. Scola and her team not only make me feel comfortable, but have restored my faith in the profession. She and her staff are compassionate and highly skilled. They use modern technology to provide the highest level of care, and it shows.

I can't thank them enough for walking over these hurdles with me when I've needed them most. A shout out to Faith and Emily too - they're both rock stars in their own rights.

This office has some of the nicest people I've ever met, not only is Dr. Scola incredibly sweet but made every experience pleasant even the bad ones. The dental hygienists and the front office ladies make you feel so at home and you could just sit and talk for hours. Thank you for taking someone scared of the dentist and giving them a wonderful outlook on it.

Dr. Scola and Alexis are amazing. I have extreme dental anxiety and they showed so much compassion and professionalism that it had me near tears. They did a very thorough exam and actually listened to to my concerns and issues and helped with constructive resolutions. Alexis was great with checking and cleaning my teeth. She was super gentle, explained everything she was doing before she did it, and worked quickly.

She also keeps her work area very neat and clean, washing her hands and wiping down everything as she worked. First time in my life I've actually enjoyed going to the dentist.

I went to Dr. Scola on a reccomdation of a friend, and was extremely satisfied with the services I received and the staffs professionalism, and patient care they provided. Dr. Scola made me feel very at ease and explained everything in great detail. She is also very personable and knowledgeable. She is Wonderful dealing with Veterans like myself.

I'm deathly afraid of dentists so I normally just don't go. Over the weekend I had a toothache and called Dr. Scola's office and was able to get in the next day. The office staff was super nice and very helpful with the questions I had. Dr. Scola was amazing! She made me feel right at ease although I was trembling with fear. I had to get 2 fillings and she truly made the whole experience that much better.

I walked out of that office called my husband and said that it was truly an amazing experience at the dentist. I would totally recommend Dr. Scola and her office staff, I even scheduled an appointment to return for a full cleaning.

The search is over! This is the best Dentist I have ever seen. Dr Valerie and her staff have always taken great care me and my family. I have started sending my mom there, and my kids really like the friendly atmosphere and the toy box. Dr. Valerie always puts her patients first. I have even reached her for an emergency.

I adore this place, especially Dr Scola herself! She is soooo personable around town (at the Rod Run), and, professionally, I could not imagine a finer dentist. She recently wowed me even more than I thought was possible by calling to check on my dental follow up (to an extreme sensitivity I experienced). She'd said, "We'll call you" and she took the time to call me herself. This woman has 4 kids and a full time job! And obviously, a heart of gold. My socks were blown off. I'd give 10 stars if I could. A true Inland Empire GEM!

The staff and Dr. Scola are all very nice and professional. I am sad that they are no longer taking my insurance and that my family and I will have to change dentists.

The staff is very professional and personable here! Loved my experience today. Alexis cleaned my teeth and we chatted about all the good shows out there to binge watch. Melinda Anderson filled a cavity and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond and didn't let me leave till my smile was perfect! Best team in town!

Love it here! Haven't been to a dentist in a couple years, but found Dr. Scola, and I'm so glad that I did. Their office staff is super friendly, and the hygienists and Dr. Scola herself are awesome. Their prices are reasonable, and they don't try and "oversell." I would give a sixth star if I could!

I hate the dentist, but I love this place! Dr. Scola and all the staff are friendly and make you feel at ease. I recently received internal bleaching on a tooth that I had knocked out while playing soccer and I'm in love with the results! Highly recommend this establishment!

I've been devoted to this dental practice since the building was built back in the early '90s. I've experienced all three dentists that have had their practice here. The office is clean and inviting. I can't imagine going elsewhere. The staff is nice, and Lori & Natalie are two of the best hygienist.

Outstanding dental and customer services! The office is very clean and I liked the open feel it had. Not like I was trapped in a room. I needed to get my teeth cleaned before my wedding, and even with a booked schedule, Dr. Scola's team made it happen! Natalie provided an incredible two hour session with a full work up of X-rays and cleaning.

She made me feel relaxed and was incredibly knowledgeable about ortho, and was just down right funny. She's a very pleasant person (the kind of person you trust all up in your mouth lol) I'm going to embarrass myself here, and admit I haven't been to the dentist since college back in 2012. that's 6 years people! *gasp* and she got all the nasty plaque buildup off my teeth!

I then asked about cosmetic whitening services because I wanted to spruce up my smile before my wedding day. So I opted for the GLO whitening treatment. I loved it! Thank you so much to everyone who helped me today. You made me feel like a million bucks when I left.

Dr. Scola takes a Personal Interest in you and her staff treat us like members of family. I am a very nervous patient when I go to the dentist and am so relaxed when I have to visit Dr. Scola! Go See This Lady - you will love her and her staff.

Valerie Scola is by far the greatest dentist in the Inland Empire. I had some office issues with regards to their previous staff but she stepped in and made it right. Other then that I have recommended all my friends and family to Scola Family Dentistry over the past several years and will continue to do so. Thank you Valerie for making a wrong a right!

Dr. Scola (and staff!) How do I love thee? Seriously, amazing experience every time I go. It doesn't matter if it's me or my teenagers, consistency in care every time. Today, I had the "pleasure" of having some fillings replaced. I almost fell asleep in the chair. Dr. Scola is so gentle and her voice is so soft and soothing, it makes the experience so much better. Shout out to Natalie too! She's the coolest hygentist around!

I am cancelling this appt with the office I do not want to feel harassed by my dentist or hygienist. This is exactly what I told you on my first visit that I did not want to feel like I was at a used car lot. Your comments to me about expecting to be addressed about my decision and having to sign a refusal form are absurd. You can also check out my comments on yelp!

Bad office policy Really bad. 8/14 at 2pm is reserved for you! Please keep in mind, your dental hygienist and Dr. Scola will address the need for scaling and root planing again, and may ask you to sign a treatment refusal form. I just want you to be prepared.

I'm super glad I was recommended to Dr. Scola. She's the best and so are her staff. They are compassionate and knowledgeable. I'm a cancer warrior. Everything about my health is particular. They "put up" with me. And for that I'm thankful. They work with my insurance. Dr. Scola pulled a tooth out for me that I really needed. Out. That was over a year ago. Dr. Scola is my Dentist. Another 5 star appointment! This is my third time there, 2x 6 month's cleaning plus a repair of a filling not done correctly at another dental practice. The staff and doctor are attentive, patient and friendly AND they do a great job. Highly recommend!

Their staff, spams your email and phone with messages about appointment reminders. Scare you with cancellation reminders. But twice I clear my schedule for appointments and they don't make sure insurance is covered before I drive out of the way to come to them. I have had full insurance coverage both times this happened. I figured the first time it happened it was a a fluke. But the second time, was disappointing. Such a shame, I would have liked to stay with them, but their front staff were curt and incompetent.

I am new to Temecula and have been looking for good, attentive, caring doctors and dentists. Finally I have found a dentist I am sticking with! (Now to find a doctor!) Wish I could give this group more than 5 stars, because they deserve more!
