Although our office receives patients that other dentists refer, it is unnecessary to have a referral to schedule an appointment. We are located on the corner of Highway 169 and Dean Avenue in the Champlin Services Center. Highway 169 is Jefferson Highway at this point in Champlin. We see patients by appointment only.
