Dr. Bass and his team are great at their jobs but also kind and attentive. They really listen to any issues and take care of me as a person, not just a mouth! My family and I highly recommend their entire practice.

Dr. Bass has been our family dentist for over 15 years. We've had great experiences with Dr. Bass and all the staff. The updated office entrance is nice and the front desk folks have always been friendly and eager to catch up on what's been happening with our family.

First off I can say nothing but good things about the dental assistants as they were possibly the nicest and most understand group of woman who I have dealt with in the dental industry. The same goes for the Dental surgeon himself. They were very quick and the procedure was completed in about an hour. My only issue was with the billing. Post a few discussions they did correct the situation and make an adjustment to the bill.

First visit at Bass and Walton and I was blown away. From the moment you walk in, you are greeted immediately. Dr. Bass and his assistant were very friendly and thorough. They walked me through every step of the process and made me very comfortable. They had a TV monitory above your chair where they show you what they are seeing with your teeth. I left more knowledgeable about my teeth and a firm plan on what I should do to correct my issues. Highly recommend this plan. Wish I found it much earlier.

I got my first crown ever yesterday. I was actually a little terrified. However, Dr. Bass and his assistant, Gisoo, made the process as smooth and pain free as possible. Marilyn, one of the hygienists, also came back to check to see how I was doing. But, to top it all off, the crown is gorgeous! It makes the rest of my teeth look terrible! Love the doctors, love the staff!

I am from out of town and needed to see a dentist and Dr. Bass was recommended. Dr Bass is a very kind person and explained what the issue was and provided treatment options. I was impressed with the latest technology he used and how virtually pain free the procedure went. I would have no problem recommending Dr. Bass and his staff to anyone. If I move here permanently he will definitely be my dentist!
