I've been a patient of the Downtown Dental Group for over 20 years. I cannot express how wonderful it feels to be cared for by Dr. Costello and his caring, professional, and knowledgeable staff. They treat me like family and I know they truly care about me and my dental health. Mary has been my hygienist for most of the 20 years and I absolutely love her! I wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

I've been going here for a few years, and I love it! I'm always raving to friends about how I leave the dentist in a better mood than when I walked in because of how awesome the staff is here. Everyone is so friendly, and I never feel like they're trying to sell me on treatments/procedures that aren't needed. I moved a bit further away from their office a couple years ago, but I still make the drive twice a year because it's worth it!

I have been with Downtown Dental for at least 30 years. I can honestly say I've always experienced professional courteous and kindness on every single visit. I've always been with Dr Costello but I have been with Dr Victoria last few visits, and let me tell you she is a diamond! All of the staff are excellent! And I wouldn't change anyone of them! I have been coming for years and feel that Dr. Costello is the best dentist in town. He keep renovating his equipment and providing top dental care. My family and I feel welcomed when we are here. Mary, my hygienist is the best. She is very caring and after many years of knowing her, I can say that she is the best. I like the family feeling when I come. Would never change them

I'm so happy I found Downtown Dental! Dr. Costello is so knowledgeable and his calm demeanor is exactly what I need when getting any work done. All the staff are kind and so helpful. Not many people I know enjoy going to the dentist, but I can honestly say I have no reservations with Dr. Costello and his team. I highly recommend.

This is the review you're looking for when trying to find The right dental office! Being the child of a retired dentist and a previous dental assistant myself I can tell you that I am VERY picky on who takes care of my teeth. I've worked at some exceptional offices here in Wisconsin and currently have the luxury of staying home with my two little girls which makes it hard to find time to do pretty much anything, but I do choose to drive an hour to see Dr. Costello and his staff because I fully believe they offer the best services, staff, facilities, and care for my teeth.
It is an office that won't push you into unnecessary procedures, they genuinely want you to have a healthy mouth and be proud of your smile. I know a lot of people are very nervous about their oral health and it's not always comfortable to have people who you don't know with their hands in your mouth, but this is an office you can come to without judgement that will just embrace that you're there to take care of your health and your teeth.
You can feel confident and comfortable that Dr. Costello and his staff will offer you the best advice and services you can get in the dental world and they will make sure you are comfortable receiving them. It's also such a bonus that Dr. Costello has the depth and experience he does that you're able to do such a huge variety of dental care at his office. Root canals, extractions, implants are all seamlessly done without having to jump around to other offices and dentists.

Dr Costello's office has been a second home since 2015 (going in 3x a year), and I would not go anywhere else, even with job / insurance changes over these years. They know you by name and are always friendly, on the phone or in person. Whatever work is needed, it is being explained in details, and if optional - it is left to you to decide, no pressure applied.
Downtown location uses Grand Ave Mall's public parking, but Dr Costello's office pays for it when you go to visit them, which is a big plus. Thank you Mary (my hygienist for years) and Dr Costello for all the amazing work done so far.
