Every appointment that I had made in last two years, was canceled. There is no concern for customers' dental health in this place. All this talk about total dental care is just a marketing malarkey. Clinic doesn't have enough staff. I am done with metro dental and going to find a different dentist. When I called to talk to the leadership, I was told that there is nothing that management would be able to do, and offered next available appointment 7 months ahead. Don't waste your time and find something small, where patients are still treated as patients.

I was in to have my chipped front tooth fixed. It chipped less than two weeks after having it done by Dr Lugo. With insurance it was 120.00. My thought us that it should have been fixed for free but Dr Lugo would not.

This is a great dental office. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. I have been going to this office for about 4 years and have gotten to know my hygenist and the dentist and feel they care about more than just your dental needs. I highly recommend this office.
