Services
Meridian and Middleton Dental was established in 1974. We do not subscribe to the old premise, "When it hurts - fix it." Through proper preventive care and regular checkups, we believe that it is highly likely that most of our patients can expect to keep all of their teeth for their whole lives. Our dentists and staff are dedicated to providing our patients with the best dental care possible. We also provide our patients with the knowledge that they need to make educated decisions regarding their dental needs.
Restorative procedures are done to replace tooth structure that is lost or damaged due to decay, fracture or other defects. Composite fillings are a white resin material that is bonded to fix small or medium sized defects. Advantages of composite are that they are bonded to the tooth, are esthetically pleasing (white!) and they can be a very conservative restoration.
Cosmetic dentistry refers to any dental procedure that improves the look of your smile. Our doctors provide many cosmetic services, ranging from small composites and whitening to all ceramic crowns. Bonding is used to repair small to moderate sized chips, spaces, discolorations or other defects in teeth.
Veneers are thin layers of either composite or porcelain that cover the teeth to correct shape, color, length, decay for other defects in teeth. Veneers can be either made of porcelain or composite. Porcelain veneers are the most commonly used veneers. When used in the correct situations, they can correct a variety of problems and are both conservative and long-lasting.

Snotty receptionist. Insane billing department. I hope this place closes down. You are a number to them and will be treated as such.

My wife and I love Meridian Dental. They have evening appointments, so convenient. Everyone there is friendly and professional. Clean environment. I just had Kimberly do a routine cleaning, I have never laughed so much during a dentist appointment, thank you Kimberly and The Meridian Dental team!

Ok dentist for small work, if you need crowns done go elsewhere. I went in for gum bleeding under 3 tooth bridge cause tooth on one was getting infected with food getting under it. Ended up replacing crowns and that's when things go not as expected. Long story short $8000, 6 months, and endless stress and headache I walk out of there with issue still there.

I was told by Dr. Redd that my gums just irritated and it will go away, well 3 months later issue still there. I waisted my time, money and sanity on this place, billing department is a joke with surprised charges at the end after I paid in full first weeks of treatment, and their hygienist not knowledgeable and basically practice on you. after my experience I took my whole family elsewhere and not regretting.

This place is connected with Middleton Dental. I absolutely love Dr. Reed he's fantastic. But the billing Dept has serious integrity issues. First went to the Middleton office about 11 years ago. Had some fillings done and was quoted $115 with insurance. The bill came back at $260. I argued the difference with billing Dept and they simply threatened to send us to collections. Fine, they got their $ and lost a family of 5 for 10 years.

I went back a Couple years ago to get a filling replaced. Bill mailed to me was $95 but When I paid In person it was $45. No complaints. Last year my dental work was quoted at $480 and they wanted me to pay up front, which I refused, I wanted to see the final bill after insurance adjustments. Billing woman said their insurance quotes are always right.

I disagreed. Ended up being $135 after insurance and with a late fee waiting for the final $number. Dr Reed is great, billing has serious integrity issues. Won't go back. Dr. Reed you'll be missed.

Very friendly staff. Doctor was great and took the time to answer all my questions. The hygienist was phenomenal at her job, first time ever that it wasn't an unpleasant experience. I've always dreaded going to the dentist but with this staff I look forward to my next visit. Great Job Meridian Dental!

MY wife has went to this office for years and always said they were great & very nice. Now it was my turn and I will tell you THAT DENTESTS AND ME DONT NOT GET ALONG! The wife said I think this is the first time since we got marries that your going to a dentist other than cleaning. She was almost correct in 44 years I had been once. Saying all that I had to go yesterday and met MIKE CAMERON and his staff and I will tell you that the have the very best staff I have ever been around.

He and the staff are first class and very honest. Had a temp. crown put on and then felt so comfortable I had them cleaned. I have had a few bad experiences at the dental offices in years past. I would recommend this office from here on out. Thanks again DR. CAMERON for your staff taking such great care of me. When I say staff I mean from the front door to the back door. The girls at the front desk were outstanding as was the service in the back.

After 5+ years with Meridian Dental, I have decided to seek dental care elsewhere. The staff and Dr. Cammann are very friendly caring people, but information he related to me proved to be false. First, a crown he had made had a substantial gap on the back side and didn't appear to fit flush on the front side. Dr. Cammann said that was normal. I was worried bacteria would eventually collect and cause infection down the road, so questioned the fit again on 2 separate occasions.

All normal, he said. Second, a resin filling on my front lower incisor (tooth 26) had chipped off after 25 years. Dr. Cammann said a filling won't stay fixed and that now the tooth should be crowned. Third, after a root canal a few years ago out of state, sensitivity still remained. Dr. Cammann sent me to an oral surgeon across the street who said he couldn't find anything wrong, but that the tooth next to it probably had a crack and recommended a crown on a perfectly normal tooth. Sensitivity was subsequently calmed with sensitivity strips from over the counter.

All of these incidents just didn't add up, so I visited Dr. Harker at Dr. Scot Grant's office. A very impressive state-of-the-art office. He said I had an ill-fitting crown and the chipped tooth could easily be filled with resin, which he did on the spot. Beautiful work that will probaby last another 25 years. The crown will need to be replaced at some point. It is disappointing to learn you have been given bad information for what dental work costs; thus, the change in dental care.

As an orthodontist I have the opportunity to work with lots of dentists. I have found all the dentists at this office to be extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They keep up with the latest in technological advancements in dentistry. I personally go to this office for my dental treatment. You will be treated well here.

I had an appointment to see Dr. Reid. Pictures were taken and Dr. Reed looked at my tooth, probed and then referred me to the office next door. My appointment was less than 5 minutes. This place also took pictures and charged my insurance. These pictures were the same shots my insurance is being billed for at Meridian Dental. It was ruled I needed my tooth pulled.

I tried calling back to Dr. Reid and he told me to call such and such place or walk across the street and then come back to him for an implant. When asked about rescheduling to have a cavity filled, Dr. Reed response was it will be fine I would just leave it until your next cleaning. Needless to say I went to Boise and had my dental work done. Yes that was a cavity that should not have been ignored.

This is an insurance fraud scheme these businesses have, and lining there own pockets. I would not recommend Dr. Reed to anyone. If he is too busy to take care of his customers he should not have any.

After being left waiting in their waiting-room for 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time, I was FINALLY taken back only to receive 1/2 my appointment! I had my cleaning and then was rescheduled for my patient exam 2 weeks later! Then they asked my husband to come back in for a second cleaning, after setting the appointment, sending us a reminder post card and calling to confirm, when we arrived they did NOT have us on their books and REFUSED to see him even though we had our reminder card with us and could prove the appointment was set!

After being sent home, they still charged our insurance for the appointment that THEY CANCELLED! Now they are harassing us for final payment of an appointment THEY DIDN'T KEEP WITH US! I would NEVER recommend this office to ANYONE! They are disrespectful, have a consistent lack of punctuality, and an exceptionally dishonest staff running the billing and patient satisfaction department!
