Dr. Nugyen and her staff are awesome. They're so friendly and taking care of their patients with care and courtesy. I am Dr. Nugyen's patient for more than 7 years and so happy and satisfied with her work. My husband and I both love her personality and her expertise and the way she cares about us. I recommend her to anyone wants to have a great dentist with genuine care.

Dr. Nguyen and her staff Kelly and Helen are a great dental team. The staff always addresses me and all of my family members by our names and are friendly. We are all her patients. Dr. Nguyen is one-of-a-kind. Out of the 30 years of going to dentists, she is the only one that I will miss (we are moving out-of-state) because she is so genuine, kind, and has such an endearing personality.

I don't have to worry about ever getting a second review because she is honest and extremely knowledgeable. I have never gotten charged for unnecessary procedures and she even gives me tips that work to prevent cavities and receding gum lines, meaning I save money down the road avoiding costly corrective procedures. She is well-read, talks about as well as shares relevant research study articles with me, and keeps up with her CME.

She values the importance of staying up-to-date and attends the annual UCLA Hawaii Symposium. The best part is she is always sharing her knowledge with her patients. She even checks for lumps near my jaws and head because everything is connected in regards to my dental health. We trust Dr. Nguyen and her staff and hope that we can find someone almost as good as her at our new place.

I love Dr Nguyen she is all about her patients! Anytime i have an appointment she gets the job done and i have no complaints! She has by far been the best dentist I've ever been to and now my forever dentist, this was my second visit of having major work done, The first time she did my top front teeth which look amazing and was done almost two years ago. Dr. Nguyen is the best Dentist that I have ever experienced! She takes pride in her work and is smart, gentle, kind, thorough, and honest. Dr. Nguyen consistently goes out of her way to explain things to me and make sure that I am comfortable (before, during and after any procedures). Dr. Nguyen is a friendly and knowledgeable, I have been visiting her for 3 years. She has spotted details in my X-ray that my previous dentist did not have insight into because of the fidelity equipment she uses. She has also been open and encouraging to second opinions over different diagnoses and treatments from my previous dentist and other specialists.

I have had several procedures with Dr. Nguyen from regular teeth cleaning to other special procedures. She has always made sure I am feeling comfortable and makes sure to let her know if I feel discomfort.

I have been a patient of Dr. Nguyen for a great number of years and she's and her assistant Kelly are just the bomb, you will not be disappointed. The only dentist that I fell a sleep in are chair while working on my implant.

Just had to write when I saw someone imply that Dr. Nguyen advised a procedure, just for the money. Back when I was a Case Manager working with the homeless, Dr. Nguyen saw an article in the newspaper which mentioned one of my clients -- a Vietnam-era Marine Corp Vet -- couldn't get help from the VA for his bad teeth. She contacted the journalist and offered to fix his teeth for Free!

She followed through, too, even though he was cranky, difficult to work with, and some would even find him scary. That beautiful set of teeth helped him get his first job in 27 years! Btw, she was the ONLY dentist who responded to the appeal for help for my client. Thank you, Dr. Nguyen, you are a kind and good person!

Was in town visiting family and had a god awful tooth ache which turned out to be a cavity. Called around to a couple of places and finally came across Menlo Park Dental. They were able to schedule me right away for an exam. First, let me say, thank god for the short wait! My tooth was killing me! At my local dentist I usually wait at least 30 minutes.

I got to Menlo Park and was taken right away. Second, everybody was super professional and friendly. I am not sure what it is but for some reason every dentist I have every gone to typically staffed the rudest and most unprofessional people I have ever met. Once I sat into the dentist chair Dr Chaulong looked my tooth over and immediately got to work!

I was in and out in a flash. I am not sure if technology is just that good or Dr Chaulong is a miracle worker but I hardly felt a thing. Took all of 30 minutes. Wish these guys were down in LA where I live. I would recommend them to anybody. Thank you so much!

I really need a good quality dentist that would be able to provide some quality care for my family and I. I am glad I found Menlo Park Dental Experience because they were everything we were looking for. They have a great facility that is up to date and doesn't feel like the same place that you went when you were a kid, it is extremely cutting edge in terms of there care and procedures.

Extremely friendly staff that really helped us feel at home and we never felt like we were stupid for asking questions. Would definitely recommend giving them a call and taking the time to visit, you won't regret it.
