I was very pleased with my first experience at McLaren. Dr John gave me options. No pressure. Andrea took all the time I needed to answer questions. They both were very open and honest. Allison, who checked me out, took special care to make sure I understood all my financial options. I'm very excited to be connected with them.

No one enjoys visiting the dentist. At McLaren Dental you're treated like family in a sense. The staff is always nice and very helpful. It's aways so impressive that the staff remembers you and things you share about your family and work. Needless to say the dental treatment is First Class and aways done with care.

My first cleaning here went very well and the staff was super friendly and inviting, I hate the dentist so they made sure I was comfortable and taken care of the whole appointment. I wish I remembered the name of the lady who did my cleaning she was awesome! Can't wait to go back for them to make my teeth all better!

This was the first time there, and the staff was very helpful and caring! The dentist I saw was great, looked at everything I had done and made me happy with his positive attitude. I will be going back to them next week. I need dentures and they made me feel comfortable with the process. Would recommend!

I have a big fear of dentist caused by past experiences. I knew I was having issues with a tooth so I googled local dentists and read the reviews and had to try McLaren Dental Associates. I have been there twice so far and both times my experience has been great! Very friendly staff and hygienist's. I felt absolutely no pain during my procedure including the shots for numbing. Very clean, friendly, and welcoming. I would definitely recommend.

I needed to find a new dentist after mine retired but my insurance isn't widely accepted. I was scared to see what my options would be. I could hardly believe it when I found this place. If you read the bios on the website you'll see these doctors are extraordinarily educated and accomplished. The ladies behind the front desk are very welcoming and my hygienist does a fantastic job looking for issues and always listens.

The doctors come in and get right down to business, which I like. The building is clean and beautiful. I'm extremely grateful to these highly qualified professionals for being willing to care for the less wealthy. This place has given me peace of mind knowing I can trust the quality of the care I'm getting. Thank you McLaren! It means so much.

McClaren Dental worked hard to schedule me in quickly during a "dental crisis." The offices are lovely with each room feeling private and contemporary. The staff always seems as though they are having their best day ever - without being insincere. The equipment is the latest in technology and who doesn't love a massaging dental chair? The doctors are caring and gentle. The pricing is excellent.

I struggle with the dentist bad I have had horrible experiences so going to the dentist is terrifying for me. I love this place they do great work and I have never left the dentist with a smile on my face. They let me listen to my podcast on my headphones to keep myself calm. They listen to you when you feel pain they don't just tell you it's normal and keep going.

My teeth look better than they ever have they don't do procedures just to make money off you. They take care of issues and make it so it lasts. All I can say is if you are reading this and your part of the staff you guys are all wonderful. You make me feel welcome and you're so kind at reception you care about what you do. Every member of this team is amazing. Five stars will never be enough

Best place to take everyone in the family. They treat you like family and make everyone feel comfortable, even those afraid of the dentist. Awesome payment plans and insurance accepted. Denture procedure was an amazing process for my husband. And the kids are never afraid.

I have the biggest fear of the dentist and I walked in having a panic attack and I left with a smile on my face. To all of my fellow dentist phobia people, this is the place to go if you have one. Lexie who works at the Bay City office is one of the most kind and caring people I've ever met. She genuinely cares about you and how you are doing at the office and outside of the office.

She is a 5 star person and is incredibly kind through and through. Dr. Charles listens to my fears and is so gentle and genuinely cares about them and does everything in his power to make me feel at ease and comfortable. I broke a tooth and Lexie got me in the next day. About an hour after my appointment I broke another, I was back in the office the same day. Dr Charles was so kind and since the tooth needed work but nothing could be done that day, he smoothed down the tooth & then didn't even charge me.

He knew I was struggling and it was the kindest gesture. The staff at both offices make you feel like your a part of their family. I will never go to another dentist office ever again. Thanks to this office I now can take impressions, have a root canal, get a teeth cleaning without being in a full blown panic attack. If you're looking for a dentist, look no further this is the dentist office you've been looking for and will never consider going anywhere else after first visit!
