The professionalism and friendliness of the whole team is outstanding. I've been going to Dr. Mark for a complicated process, and he made everything seem so effortless. After years of painful dental procedures, I finally have a very knowledgeable, caring and gentle dentist. I couldn't be happier with the results. I highly recommend Dr. Mark McOmie!

Excellent professionals, very efficient and sweet. Their office has cutting edge technology which is so helpful to the stuff - to do the job the best, and for the patient - to ease the procedure. And the results are absolutely perfect! My whole family see dr McOmie. We highly recommend this practice to all our friends and family.

As long as this dentist office is open, no one else will ever get my business. Not only are the staff members polite and professional, but the work is prolific and painless. I have always been afraid of dentist and doctor's visits. Nearly 16 years ago I needed an emergency root canal, called around and they got me in. Recently, I needed more work done and guess who I remembered.the office that came through for me when I needed them most. Nothing has changed in the service they render. Top tier!

Just a cleaning this time but my technician was quick and thorough and a pleasure to chat with (when possible). All of my cleanings have been first rate and my visits are always good ones-the docs, technicians and staff are consistently friendly and helpful. It's also a very professional and very well-run business, which is often not the case with medical and health-related organizations. I have only good things to say about McOmie.

I had a root canal and two crowns. The people there are fantastic. I actually overpaid a bit on the out of pocket estimate, and they refunded the overpayment back to my credit card with no hassle whatsoever. Very impressed with their service.

They were able to give my teeth a superb deep clean and saved me money by discovering I had less work that needed to be done than my previous dentist wanted to schedule. Dr. Tori was super compassionate and kind while doing my cavities. The numbing agent made my throat feel like I couldn't swallow and like I was choking but she was very patient with me. She allowed me to sit up several times and drink some water to feel better even though it slowed her down a bit. The rest of the team was very nice as well. Really a terrific experience, thanks so much!

I've had trouble in the past finding dental practices and dentists that I feel comfortable with due to my dark dental history, but Dr. Mark McOmie and his staff not only changed my outlook but they also changed my life. I have gone to McOmie Family Dentistry for several years after going to other dentists in Chattanooga without finding a good fit. The service here has always been outstanding. I have never had a wait and the staff have always been very personable and friendly. The McOmies themselves are very good dentists and had to correct some work that other dentists did. I have been more than pleased with every aspect of my care there.

I asked about my insurance if in network before scheduling. I was told they took my dental insurance. When I got there it was Not In network AND the dentist refused to provide me with 2-3 dentist names (I knew he wouldn't know if I'm network I wasn't asking that just for good dentists) and he refused. FURTHER, the receptionist/scheduler screwed up my appt and double booked him and wanted me to change even though I was first scheduled.

Everyone was polite but poor info and schedule problems plus refusing to give me other names "cause we do all general dentistry ourselves" even tho I wasn't asking for network names just good dentists was just rude and came across as profit lingering because they get more $ for Out of Network. How else can they afford TV commercials? Run don't walk

I'm stingy with my five star reviews, and only give them to businesses that go above and beyond for their customers. I feel extremely fortunate to have found this group of truly caring people who provided me with amazing service. It's been alot of years since my last dental visit due to what I believed to be the pain associated with going. Well, now I feel just plain stupid. These wonderful people, not only put me at ease, but got me through two visits now, and had me leaving with a smile. Do I dare say it.looking forward to going back.yep!

These folks are the best! Haven't been to dentist for many years and was a tad apprehensive, but, after my second visit today I'm even more convinced that choosing McOmie was one of my best decisions this year! Cannot recommend then too much.

I was not happy with the care I received. Most of the focus was placed on the dental appliances which kept breaking, teeth coming out of the appliance, etc. Except for one cleaning and some x-rays, nothing was done for my natural teeth which are not in good shape.

I really cannot say enough good things about this facility. But let me start by saying, the staff are top of the line. Warm, friendly, and super professional. When you are here, you are taken care of. The facility itself is super clean, and they use the most up-to-date dental technology, creating a comfortable and pain-free experience. I always look forward to my next visit here. Thank you McOmie Dentistry staff for always providing an enjoyable dental experience!
