For more information concerning pediatric dentistry, please visit the website for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. The pediatric dentist has an extra two to three years of specialized training after dental school, and is dedicated to the oral health of children from infancy through the teenage years.
Our office, as well as the The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), the American Dental Association (ADA), and the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry (AAPD) all recommend establishing a "Dental Home" for your child by one year of age. Children who have a dental home are more likely to receive appropriate preventive and routine oral health care.

I absolutely love all the staff here, everyone is great with my children. Everyone always takes my questions/concerns as a top priority.

Extreme lack of communication, very unprofessional, and flat out rude. My sister works a full time job while also being a full time mother, so she has a lot on her plate. These people were very rude/condescending and made it seem like an inconvenience to reschedule her child's dentist appointment. Needless to say our family will not recommend nor be using this dentist ever again.

Very poor communication, professionalism, and attitude. Not to mention we were told first patient with autism was longer than expected, wouldn't this violate hippa. Between last few visits it has gotten way worse and we will be finding new dentist for our 4 kids. Seems to be trending opinions of this establishment

Rude. Rude. Rude. I have no idea who the receptionist is but she is the rudest person I've ever had to deal with not only that she has some seriously underdeveloped communication skills she needs to work on along with that attitude. If you have to act like that to people you should get a different job.

Nobody ever answers the phone I've been trying all week to get my daughter an appointment. As this is the only place in town that will see a 3 year old and accepts soonercare. It's very frustrating

I don't appreciate this place with the lady in her office. Very unprofessional and miscommunication. I highly recommending you not going there. You will not like it for sure. I am deaf mother of soon to be 5th child. I tried to calls them many time, not respond it. It keep head to leave a message often. So I did left a messaged to them and never call me back at all.

I need to make dental appointment for my 3 years old son from Washington Head Start school required it and reschedule appointment for my 9 years old son, due to moved into the new house recently and I lost paper of appt. Also, I need to change address too. So, my good friend of mine wanted me go in the office. I just did it today. I showed up and talked to the lady.

She won't give me reschedule appt and new appt for my little boy. She was rude to me. I told her that I moved into new house and I need reschedule appt since they never answer my calls before I moved into new house. She wanted me to get new dentist somewhere else. They are not kind people and very rude communication. I am done with them! Just don't go there!

My children have been going to this dentist for several years. It takes months to get in for an appointment. They are often closed without any notification. My daughter has several painful teeth issues, her appointment was scheduled for the end of March when she had been seen in December. Her pain has got increasingly worse so I called on Monday to request an earlier appointment.

They had none at this time but would call if they had a cancellation. They called and said they had an cancellation on Monday at 8:30 AM. I was so grateful because my daughter is hurting. This is Thursday my phone rings at 8:37 AM I'm told you had an appointment this morning are you not coming? I am livid because if it had been today Thursday I would be there I was told Monday so my daughter still has not received treatment. The lack of communication and consistency in this office is ridiculous. Time to find a new dentist.

My kids have always been patients here. After the way I was talked to this morning though. never again. There's absolutely no reason to be rude over a miscommunication. I don't know who answers or does call backs but wow. I'd hate to see her talk to someone like that in person. Very unprofessional.

Appointments are 3 months out and if you are running late forget it they will not see you even if you made the hour drive to get there. And good luck trying to call and find out anything or even see if they will see you if you are running late. They just lost a customer of serveral years over this and I will tell everyone I know not to go there.

They treat my little one like they've been friends for a long time, family feeling. All staff members are friendly, love it!
