I don't understand why so many healthcare offices suck! This office is awesome. They make it look so easy. If my insurance changes, No Problem! If I need to pay cash or credit card, No Problem. Text to remind you of appointments, rarely wait more than 2 minutes for My appointment, extremely nice polite considerate staff. I really like the Dentists.

They aren't looking to things that are not necessary, and I feel they have me and my families best interests at heart. I think I've been going here for almost 20 years and I've never had a single complaint. I don't think you can find a better combination of office and Dentist.

Great dental office. The dentists, hygienists, the office staff are all fantastic. We have also brought our kids here since they were young. Much better experience than another top rated pediatric dentist in the area. I would highly recommend this practice.

I always have a great experience at Dr. Bruce Matthews' office. I had a dental cleaning this visit. Tiffany my hygienist is very thorough but very gentle and super friendly. The office staff are wonderful with the patients, keeping everything flowing smoothly. I can't say enough about how professional, friendly and caring the entire Matthews team is. His sons Dr. Dan and Dr. Brian are a "chip off the old block" a saying from our parents time, and they mirror his knowledgeable and caring manner.

Highly recommend! I'm new to the area, and hadn't been to a dentist in an embarrassing amount of time. They fit me in for a filling repair within a couple days! Amazingly, they had a cancellation so I could have a cleaning done during the same visit. (Thank you Kerri for being so accommodating!) My hygienist, Tiffany, was absolutely fantastic -. very kind and gentle. Dr. D was personable and seemed conservative in his approach and his assistant Michele was great too! I am so glad I found this well-run, organized, and CLEAN dental office! See you in June for my next cleaning.

The staff at Bruce E. Matthews DDS PA is extremely friendly and considerate. They are understanding to those who are afraid of the dentist. Their compassionate demeanor helps to alleviate my anxiousness. You can also listen to music on them (I usually bring my wireless headphones). They do not attempt to "upsell" dental procedures. I've been coming here for a few years and have only needed a cavity filling once. It was a quick and easy procedure, and the Dentist was very flexible.

They offered a very friendly & welcoming environment. They have quick service as well. As a new patient I was impressed with their speedy accommodation. I called on a Wednesday and they had me an appointment the very next day. I will recommend them to others.

By far the best experience when I visit this office. I seem to have spent more time this year at the office. They will meet you on weekends in ofc if needed and believe it or not, I like to go to the dentist! Thanks Guys

Always a wonderful experience coming to see my Dentist here and his wonderful staff! My Hygienist, Tiffany is awesome so professional and friendly. The service here is outstanding! They are great! My son came back from Nashville, TN for a visit. He when to a dentist in Nashville and was told they couldn't clean his teeth, so they scheduled him to go to a periodontist. We told him cancel appointment and call Dr. Matthews for an appoint for he was coming home for a visit at Easter. Sure enough no gum problems his gums and teeth are fine. It's important to go to a trusted practitioner. We have been going to Dr. Matthews office for over 20 years.

Love this office, the staff, the hygienists and the docs. On the 2 occasions in the past where I needed to be seen quickly because I was going out of town, they were always accommodating. In addition, my mother, whose dentist had recently retired, had her crown come off. I called up the office, they scheduled her quickly and she was taken care of.

My old dentist retired and I made the switch to the Matthews' family of dentists. The building is way more modern and up-to-date than my last dentist's office. The staff is friendly and respectful of safety and time. The team is very thorough and kind. Definitely a warm family feel to this place!

Over 40 years going to this practice. Now relocated in Arizona and trying to find a practice that remotely comes close to Dr Bruce and Sons. It is going to be tough! Tom

Dr. Brian Matthews is absolutely professional, courteous, and most of all compassionate. The staff is great and kind as well. I couldn't have asked for a better dentist in this area; I definitely recommend this "Practice" to others.
